    We found this hidden gem! Everything was perfect from the clean atmosphere to the professionalism and friendliness! Everyone was so welcoming. Raquel gave my daughter the best haircut and style she has ever received. She trimmed the dead ends, trimmed and shaped her bangs, layered her hair and framed it to her face. Tamara waxed and shaped our eye brows. She payed such close attention to detail while showing so much enthusiasm and excitement. My eye brows have never looked better! You can definitely tell that both ladies love what they do and are very talented in doing it.

    I visited Serenity Spa & Salon for the first time to get a hair cut and style. Raquel took care of me and she gave me such a beautiful haircut, it was exactly what I wanted and Ive gotten lots of compliments. Everyone at Serenity was incredibly friendly and it had a great atmosphere; very clean and welcoming. I will definitely be returning, and highly recommend to others!

    I cannot express my appreciation for Serenity Spa/Salon enough. My family & I were in Apopka from Detroit, MI. & Tampa on December 21, 2023, during our visit my youngest niece decided to get married, I was desperate to get my hair done, and my oldest niece also needed a pedicure & her hair done. I called numerous salons to no avail. Serenity’s salon gave us an appointment on the day B/4 the wedding. Their work far exceeded my expectations. Our hair & nails were BEAUTIFUL❗

    Ive been going here for over 2 years now since moving to Apopka. Jamilla and her mother are, by far, the best stylists Ive ever had. I cannot recommend this place enough. I have never once left there disappointed. And I have never been able to say that before.

    Jamila and her sister made my hair and eyebrows look better than they ever have before! The whole staff was welcoming and the atmosphere is very friendly. Ive definitely found my new salon, and I absolutely recommend this place!!

    Serinity salon is where you want to go for color, cuts and style. I brought my mom here and Janice was fantastic with her. Shes 88 and Janice did a fantastic job coloring her grey and giving her an easy style that looked great on her. This salon specializes in Goldwell color... which is top of the line color. Also they use top of the line hair dryers and flat irons. All the staff are super friendly espically when I called to make the appointment. Dont miss this secret professional salon in Apopka. Weve made a connection with an excellent stylist that I know will last for some time. Thank Janice

    I love that its a local family business. Jamila did such an amazing job with my wavy hair, she knew how to style it and diffuse it, turned out amazing! I love layers and she was able to layer my hair very nicely. If you have curly or wavy hair shell know what to do, highly recommend.Tamera also did my eyebrows, she was so amazing shes definitely the person you want to do them. Took her time and made sure they were perfect! She was very delicate and precise.

    My son took me here quite some time ago, and as before, I did my own hair and needed someone to fix it. The staff is more than stylists, they are the most friendly and accommodating people. The business is extremely clean. I just cant say enough. My final results were exactly what I asked for. Once again, they saved me!!Here are the before and after photos ( my hair was very stringy ) Love you ladies!! I am very thankful my son introduced us, may he rest in peace. #Dannyforever36

    I went in to get a hair cut from Mia and she performed a miracle with my hair! I love that she does a consultation and really gets to know your hair. I don’t usually trust people with my hair; but I CANNOT wait to go back! I had bleached my hair professionally two years back and she helped revive it and gave me a perfect cut that added volume. Many have tried but have failed. It’s been a month and I’m still in love. If you’re wanting to try something new she’s your girl; she is full of ideas! I will be a loyal customer from now on.     I have been going here since 2012 and I will not let anyone else touch my hair. Janice has taken such good care of my hair and always helps me keep it healthy even when I have a hard time taking care of it myself. The salon is always extremely clean and everyone is always friendly. I will always recommend that people come here!

    I love love love this salon!!!! Mila fixed a terrible mishap with my hair from a previous stylist and even discounted my first visit. She is a great listener and will honestly let you know her professional opinion. She is great at keeping my style up to date and amazing at finding new colors that fit me. I am very picky about my hair and its hard to find a new stylist! I will not be going anywhere! Another plus is that the prices are very reasonable and staff, as well as the owner are very nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this salon, and have referred several friends who are equally satisfied!!!

    I was given a warm welcomed and talked the whole time as if we were old friends. A breath of fresh air. She took her time and paid attention to every detail. I got trim and full highlight with my natural blonde that was dull lifted to a perfect color for my skin tone. I received exactly what I was looking for and love the results. Def found my new salon. Super clean. Overall A + experience. Highly recommend.

    Jamila has been cutting my curls for 3 or 4 years now, through all the changes of pregnancy, and every time it looks great. She was so patient with my daughter her first haircut too. Its very clean and they require masks at all times for the safety of their customers.

    I finally took my kiddo to my favorite salon instead of a hair cuttery. Jamila is my stylist and she did everything to be welcoming and patient with my son. I told her ahead of time what his sensory needs were, and she made SURE that the hair cuttings wouldnt bother him, and asked before getting his hair wet. She let me put on his favorite music to the Bluetooth speaker, and waited for my son to finish having his meltdown and transition into her chair. My son wanted his hair to stay long, and she really made his natural curls POP. Jamila is very knowledgeable and understanding of ASD related anxiety with new places and people. I cannot recommend her enough for the mommas out there who want an amazing stylist, and also for those kiddos who need a quiet and understanding salon. My son entered with a meltdown and left with a smile, and you know that it worth its weight in gold!

    I got a cut, color, and treatment from them. I am a local in Apopka and I was struggling for months and months to find a good place that’ll take care of me the right way. I came in with lots of dead ends in my hair and a weird color. They fixed me right up! I highly recommend them!

    I moved to Apopka from South Florida and hadnt found my go to hairdresser. Well now I have! Mila at Serenity Spa & Salon is fantastic. I absolutely love my new haircut, with just a few questions she was able to give me the style I was looking for. She spent time asking me questions and making sure I was happy. My mom had her eyebrows shaped and waxed with Tamera, she looks terrific. Not only is the service spectacular, Mila & Tamera are welcoming, friendly and the Salon is super clean. Without a doubt, I would recommend Serenity Spa & Salon, Mila & Tamera.

    Beautiful facility. Very clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. I had natural curly hair wash and blow out and Jamila did a stupendous job. My hair was done in under 2 hrs. Ladies keep up the good work and the wonderful and funny conversations.

    The girls that work here are so sweet and welcoming. I wanted to cut about 12 inches of my hair and I was so scared because in the past, some hairdresser manages to do exactly what I dont want. I showed Ms. Janice a picture of how I would like my hair done, and she did EXACTLY that. She did more than the bare minimum and definitely exceeded expectations. Needless to say, I will return to Ms Janice 100% of the time.

    After finding not so good reviews to other salons in the neighborhood, I came across this salon that had very many good reviews and I will definitely be going back. Very clean and polite staff... I wish I could remember her name but the lady that did my boyfriend and I pedicures was very professional and friendly. She took her time with the 2 of us and I would definitely recommend her and will be going back to her.

    I had highlights and extensions done. It was my firat experience with extensions and at thia salon. The staff was friendly. Janice is very knowledgeable, she took time to answer all my questions. The extensions are seemed with my natural hair. Great care and attention was taken to give me the best look! Its amazing! Definitely recommend this salon for anyone! Simply the best!

    I’ve Been getting my hair done here for a few years. Since then My hair has grown all the way down to the middle of my back. Just so you have an idea..I’m black and rican with natural And very thick coarse hair (4b hair type) . Other people in the past have straighten my hair and because Of this beautiful fl humidity it would frizz up within seconds 😆 .... I don’t know how Mrs Janice and Jamila do it but whenever I get a “wash n set” by these ladies, it lasts foreverrrrr! There was even one time when it was drizzling and muggy outside all day, I had just got my hair done by them and it still didnt curl up! After going to Jamila I don’t even have to use a flat iron in the morning to maintain straightness, a silk scarf at night is all I need! Jamila rinses and washes me with cold and hot water while giving me a cleansing Hair massage 💆 . She even keeps up with trimming my ends without me having to ask! I always leave with my head feeling amazing and hair shiny, silky, black, and straight. Oh and they have me in and out within 1hr and 30 min. Best hairstylists around hands down 😍

    Serenity is the best kept secret in Apopka. I have passed by this place over a thousands times and never stopped by. Well my search for eyelash extensions stops here. The customer service is miraculous. The salon it self is absolutely beautiful😍 My lashes were filled by a passionate young lady that not only was a perfectionist but knowledgeable about her craft.
