    I have been coming here for over 10 years and have always been happy with my pedicures. However, the last two times I have had an woman who did not smile, did not speak one word to me and did not even make eye contact. Each time she used some type of chemical on my heels to help with the calluses. She did not wash her hands before she touched the top part of my foot and I immediately complained of an intense burning sensation to my foot. She did nothing, so I told Yen, the owner, and she spoke to the woman to tell her she should have washed her hands before touching the rest of my foot. When this happened the second time, I told her AGAIN that my foot was burning. Both times the entire top of my foot turned bright red and I had blistered skin by the time I got home. Their prices have increased and now they charge a fee if you use your credit card. Additionally, all the points I had collected, in order to get a $5 discount on my very next service, were cancelled when they changed to another computer system of checking in. I hate to leave since I have always had good service until the last 2 times.

    I have been going to VIP for over 12 years. They are trusted and reliable. The atmosphere is relaxing, fun, clean, and welcoming. Always greeted at entrance and full staff to handle the volume of customers. You never wait long even without an appointment. In the whole 12+ years using VIP I’ve never made an appointment and I’ve always got fast service.I enjoy Hung for my pedicure’s he’s young, fun to chat with and very attentive. Yen and Tony are my favorite nail technicians but they have a wonderful staff to be served by.I highly suggest you go and give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!!!

    I absolutely love VIP nails! They consistently do a fantastic job and everyone is so kind. I went with my young daughter once and they did an incredible job not just on her nails but also making her feel special. Months later she still talks about what a great experience it was. I have loved every nail tech I’ve had here but Yen is my favorite!

    I came in here for the first time today not really for myself up for my four year old daughter. She was taken care of by candy. This woman was so nice and so patient with my daughter. She got the full service like any adult client would she was extremely sweet and the work by far was actually a great job. The salon is very clean and welcoming. I came in as a walk in and did not need to wait long to be serviced. I’ll be returning.

    Only place I trust to get pedicures. Very clean,, staff is friendly Mai does an amazing job, always meticulous & remembers how I like my toes done. Never have had a bad experience here. Everyone does a great job . I wish they had more regular nail polish colors to choose from A big variety of gel.

    Went here for years. Overall not bad, but not great. Mostly, Yen did my nails, and she did a great job on them. My nails NEVER randomly broke (unless I hit something really hard or ect), they never lifted ect. However, sometimes even after making an appointment the time it took to get my nails and toes done was insane. On a good day it would be an hour. However, on most days it would be 2-3 hours. Even with an appointment, I would be left just sitting there mid service while my tech walked off to complete services for other people.

    I haven’t had a pedicure like this in such a very long time! I never write reviews, but after my experience it’s rude not to. I had the BEST pedicure, the most relaxing therapeutic experience. The attention to detail is unmatched. Usually you walk in for a walk in and other places want you in and out. This was my first time coming in and I came as a walk in. Didn’t have to wait to be noticed as I walked in, I was assisted immediately. I got a VIP pedicure and can honestly say I found my new nail salon! Not one negative thing can be said... unless you don’t like sitting for an hour. The pedicure was fairly long, but you get exactly what you pay for! 5/5 will be back definitely recommend!!!

    AMAZING!! I went in for two pedicures, one gel & one for my fiancé and we were both amazed at the quality! I had Holly and he had Lam and both were so genuine with what they did. They’re a mighty awesome mom & son combo!! Lam would always ask if he was hurting my fiancé (which he never did), but it was so sweet of him to ask!! Holly had amazing masseuse skills and was so nice. Will definitely be back!!

    The staff here are so sweet and friendly! I had a pedicure done and it was amazing! I was a walk-in and I was served in a good time. I waited maybe 5-6 minutes. I also had my eyebrows done here. 10/10! My eyebrows have never looked this good! I received so many compliments on them.

    Love the pedicures from here. My daughter who is 5 years old goes with me and they treat her like a little queen and she loves it. You do need to make sure you have time depending on what pedicure you get and what polish and design. Im usually there 2 hours or more for a pedicure. But I do get a middle priced pedicure with gel French tips with a design.

    Had such a great experience here! My mom and I did a walk in for mani & pedi and we were helped immediately. Mai did my pedicure and was so wonderful. I didnt catch the name of the guy who did my manicure but he was also really great! It was a really good experience and Ill definitely be coming back here and recommending it in the future.

    I have always been so picky with my nails, and I was very hesitant on trying this place today for the first time but Im so glad I did. Tony was flawless with my pink and white, and was very gentle. Mai did a beyond wonderful job with a cucumber pedicure. I will definitely be going back to them!

    Obsessed with this place!Went for the first time for a pedicure and eyebrow wax since I moved across the street and let’s just say I’m in love !Trinh aka banana is awesome one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had she toke her time and made me laugh the whole time.Customer services is on point the owner is super funny and attentiveSo sweet and friendlyI will definitely be back

    My first visit here was today. Because there are MANY very bad nail salons in the area I was skeptical but desperate to get my nails done and saw vip nails had pretty good reviews. Tony the owner did my nails and they are AMAZING. I got an acrylic fill with design. They are very natural looking and the perfect shape. Not to mention everyone there was very friendly. They are reasonably priced and have MANY color options. 10/10 would recommend for nails

    I had Le as my technician and I will use her again. VIP nails is in an ideal and easy to find location off of 436. They have a seamless check in/out process and the atmosphere is calming. They are a little pricey though

    I think this is one of the best places to do the dip powder. The only thing I don’t like and that’s why I don’t give them 5 stars is that they’re kind of tricky. When they’re done my nails look like I got them done a week ago, from the root they leave space I guess so you can go back sooner only the owners do that!! It was my favorite place when Lily was there she use to do an excellent job, never had that problem with her I really loved it. But she’s not there anymore. So now I don’t know if I’ll be returning.

    Had a pedicure and it was very relaxing and refreshing on my feet. They are professional and very clean. The staff wears mask and gloves while they take care of you. Use measurements of safety. The place looks very updated with new chairs and has a new look. I would say is one of the best nail salons in Apopka. Ladies if you want to pamper yourself and give yourself a treat this is the place to come.

    They took my around closing, they were so nice. I got the dip powder nails. They didnt charge me extra to put a tip on one of my shorter nails and I got a different color on two of my nails. Super polite and pleasant, will be returning.
