Im extremely happy with the experience at this location. I was taken care by Rossi and she was the sweetest lady. Very friendly and always attentive to my specifics needs. My pedicure turned out to be a very relaxing and invigorating experience. I was treated with extreme care and patience from Rossi. She even found a better color for my nails than the one I picked.Definitely coming back and requesting for Rossi again! -

This place is clean and the people who work there are nice. I have been going there for a while and have only good things to say.Mia does an amazing job! I made a bad decision on my choice of colors. When I called the front desk person asked if I could come back in. When I got there she was waiting for me and was happy to fix it, no questions asked! Thank you for taking care of everything! -

Was so excited to try this place since its so close to home, and I was very impressed! Its beautiful and relaxing inside, and everyone was very friendly. Ben was great for my pedicure--he gave great attention to detail and was very pleasant to interact with. Ann did some magic for my eyebrows for a wax as well. Cant wait to come back again in the future. Definitely my go-to place! -

I tried Ann’s Spa & Nail Lounge today for the first time for a pedicure and it was hands down the best pedicure I’ve ever had. The front desk greeted me immediately and was very kind. As soon as I sat down I was offered a drink and was made comfortable. Mimi did my pedicure and she was amazing! 😊 Can’t wait to come back. -

100% recommend Rossi for a pedicure. I am from out of town an decided to get my nails filled an a pedicure. It was the best pedicure that I have ever had. I will definitely be making the drive back to get my pedicures done by her!!! -

Rossi and Jennifer are the BEST! This is my time to relax, and they always take excellent care of me and leave me feeling beautiful and refreshed. They are friendly, detail-oriented, and never make me feel rushed. This spa is very clean and has stylish décor. It’s conveniently located, so I can grab a few groceries when I’m done. The selection of colors and products is great, too. I got the glow in the dark colors the past few times, and my granddaughters love it. I have never had a better pedicure and manicure experience than the ones I’ve had with Rossi and Jennifer at this nail spa. -

I am visiting from Canada and was taken here by a local friend. It was my first time getting dip powdered nails and I absolutely LOVE them! The place was extremely clean and I had the pleasure of having Mimi do my nails. She was so friendly and it felt like we were old friends catching up! Wish I lived closer so I could be a regular! Would highly recommend! -

A client of mine recently came to the gym with the prettiest pink to white gradient. Im getting ready for my wedding and her nails were so pretty I had to know where she had them done at. It was a bit of a trek for me from Lake Wales but sooooo worth it. I came in with a pinterest board and a dream and Jimmy made it happen! This is the prettiest set of nails Ive ever had. The picture doesnt do it justice. -

After two not so great experiences with different nail techs here, I decided to give this place one last shot today. I’m so glad I did. Rossi greeted me with a cheerful smile and energy. She was so helpful and hospitable. She took her time with me and made sure I was satisfied. This place is so lucky to have Rossi there. She really went the extra mile to make me feel special. My toes look amazing and I can’t wait to go back and see Rossi again. Highly recommend her! -

Rossi took so much time and care into my pedicure. She did an amazing job making me feel so relaxed. She massaged my whole leg and really scrubbed my calluses - she will be my go to person and this is my new go-to salon. Was told by a friend to check this place out. I was hesitant because it was quite a drive for me but I can tell you it was well worth it. The place was beautiful and so clean and organized! Definitely will be going back! They even offered me complimentary water which I’ve never been offered at other nail salons. Anna did a great job on my nails and Johnny did a wonderful pedicure! They were both so gentle and took their time 💗 -

Ben and Anna were amazing at our pedicures. We got the voilet pedicure.Ben did mine and Anna did my husbands. This place is brand new and it shows. So sparkling clean! Everyone was nice and friendly. JIMMY IS THAT GUY!!! I have never had nails last me 3 weeks with no chips, breaking or ANYTHING. Jimmy makes that possible. He pays attention to detail, asks about your preferences and makes sure it gets done how you want it. I wont get my nails done by anyone else, jimmy is just simply the best! -
