    Got my nails done while on vacation after they chipped in the airport. At first the color that came out was not like the reference photo I showed. However after I called them, they got me in the same day and fixed my nails!! Now they look amazing. The staff were so nice and helpful, and even gave me a free gift for the holidays. I would highly recommend this salon!

    Beautiful work!!! The best I’ve found in auburndale. Her work is perfect, so clean and comes out beautiful each time. Not to mention the owner is so sweet and super talented! Love coming here, my new and favorite go to.

    I love this place . Since i moved here i couldn’t find someone like my old nail technician. try one place and had to go 2 hrs to my old nail tech to fix my nails . But this place is warm and homey love it

    I love coming to this place and getting my nails and pedicure done. The owners ste husband and wife. They are very organized and professional. Very clean, organized and above all they treat their customers like family. T is also awesome, you show her a pic and she maked it happen. Thank you Vivastar.

    Tweety done my nails today. The drawings she did are spectacular!!! I got a Tweety Bird on one hand and a Silvester cat on the other. Shes great!!! ❤️❣️

    I love this nail salon! I see a gal named Thi (pronounced ‘Tee’). She’s amazing! I’ve also seen another one of the gals that works there — I have never left unhappy! I do dip on my regular nails.

    I have been going to Vivastar Nails for a little more than 4 years. They are warm, kind, understanding people. Always willing to accommodate your needs. Tweaty is a most talented artist. No matter what I ask for she does it magnificently rightdown tothesmallestdetail. There is nowhere else I will go to have my nails done.

    The place is clean, quite and relaxing. I made an appointment (but not required) and I was taken immediately. Judy did a fantastic job getting me back to my length and added. I will be returning.

    They are best nail place around in Polk county they are nice and friendly they do wonderful work and its worth the wait to get your nails done. I think everybody should go here they are reasonable with their price.

    This is probably the best nail salon Ive ever been to. The service is phenomenal. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have what youll enjoy. The massage chairs for the pedicures were fantastic, they even have a spot to massage your arms. Each staff member worked hard to ensure you were pleased with the final result. I will definitely be back.

    100% recommend! The salon is very clean and has a nice environment. The staff are extremely friendly and polite. I got a pedicure done: my toes are painted perfectly and my feet feel very soft. I also took a peek at some of the other customers’ nails as they were leaving and their nails looked great.

    Found my new nail tech!! Ive been going to the same nail lady for years, unfortunately she had a family emergency and had to go home. I tried keeping my business at that salon, but there was only one guy that could do my nails the way I like them, but he was extremely rough and made me bleed every time. So after searching the internet I stumbled across this place and they had good reviews. Went in and was greeted and told to take a seat and someone will be right with me. Tee took care of me and did an absolute amazing job! Im in love and will be going to her from now on.

    Needed a new salon to come to after moving from Jersey. Staff is super polite and very attentive. Clean environment. You feel very welcome soon as you come in. They offer you beverages and make sure you’re always comfortable. Love it so far and it’s my first time here.

    By far a wonderful place!! I came with my daughter a day before Mothers Day and loved my experience here! They gave roses out for Mothers Day- they are so thoughtful here!They painted my daughters nails and was super patient with her. Then when it came my turn they were able to bring my image into a reality.All the staff were super friendly and caring. The salon was super clean!

    Excellent experience at Vivastar Nails! Great communication, appointment was on time and cleanliness was the best. Judy did my pedicure and manicure. She gave me one of the best pedicure and manicures Ive ever had. I have ingrown toenails and she trimmed them with great care. I got a gel french manicure and it looks great. I couldnt be more pleased!

    The end result was awesome BUT...I had called to schedule and requested someone who was well skilled with dip. I was told all techs were. After being burned 6 times with the electronic file and cut once, nails were not smooth or even, and then when I left thinking Ill never go back, my dip started PEELING OFF. I called, the manager was super nice, he told me to come back and his wife would fix it. The girl who did my nails started the day prior. I dont think he should have put me with her to begin with, but his wife did great and I will go back to see her.

    I was a little aggravated at first because I had made an appointment and apparently my name wasnt on the book so they didnt if I was coming. The appointment was actually for my daughter, a pedicure, but they got her in within about 10 minutes so I was pleased with that and her toes came out really nice and didnt take long. My mom went after and she has no complaints. I will be returning and I do recommend.

    Same day appointment for mani/pedi both awesome. I regret not getting the name of the girl who did them (nail chair #1). Special design for event I have this weekend she looked at it once and it’s perfect. As a full time RV traveler you never know what you are going to walk into and out with. I highly recommend this salon.

    They are very busy so prepare to make an appointment. I was out of town for an extended period of time and had to find a salon (always scary). They did a great good on my gel nails and a beautiful job on my lashes. They are priced very reasonable and extremely nice.

    Best mani/pedi experience I’ve ever had…hands down! (Pun intended) Their pedicure chairs were top of the line. And the technician performed a miracle on my toenails! They offered a variety of pedicures and spa services. I got the Luxury Pedicure with gel on my toenails and powder dip on my fingernails. I’m very pleased with both!

    I have been going here for over a year. I have never had a nail chip crack or lift. Usually my nails are perfectly even and beautiful. I love the pedicures and the relaxing atmosphere.

    First time in - full set of nails. Clean shop, friendly staff. Tweety did my nails and she was great. I love them.UPDATE!!! Over a year later and I go in every two weeks. Tweety is still there and as good as ever, but Ti is my girl!! The shop is getting busier - they’ve added more technicians - but I won’t go anywhere else.I give them a 12 out of 10 and I’ve been getting my nails done for so many years, I know a good nail salon when I see it.

    I came in for a pedicure and refill. This nail establishment is beautiful and the staff is very accommodating. I am from Miami, FL and as many nail places as there are to choose from in a big city, none compare to this one. It is beautifully decorated and they have an array of different services. They have nail colors to please just about anyone. They even sterilize their nail tools, while most places just use a disinfectant spray. I would recommend this salon to anyone and every time I am back in town I will stop by.

    I have been there several times.Then I give birth, went back, then pregnant again 😂Today I went and the service still the same, good quality, able to walk in and get Mani and Pedi.I have had a very good and pleasant experience in here. They are clean and very nice.I am planning to keep going. Just as a coincidence I move and it happen to be closer.Thanks!!!

    I have been to many nail places all over the world and this place is by far my favorite! I will not go anywhere else! It’s just a happy coincidence they opened so close to me. They are very busy and take their time so don’t expect a quick in and out - this is truly an experience & meant to be enjoyed. I’ve done lashes, manis, pedis and waxing there - all great- and an amazing value. 10/10!

    This place did an amazing job on my pedicure and the nail tech was so kind. He was very attentive and trimmed my cuticles better than anywhere I’ve ever been. They offered me soda or water while I got my toes done. I was really impressed- worth the drive from Lakeland!!
