    I walked in and did not have an appointment and they were so wonderful and everyone took such good care of me. Thi *Tee did my nails and I am obsessed. This was my first time getting chrome and she did a beautiful job. The people here are so lovely and I hope to return again soon as I only do my nails once in a while! Wonderful salon.

    My experience here was great. This was the first time I came into the Venetian Nails at Mission Bay. I can tell you that I will be back. Tiffany did my nails. She did an amazing job. Highly recommended

    I love venetian nails. My nail artist is amazing, professional, creative, respectful and welcoming. The place is very upscale clean and inviting. The receptionists staff is also Top Notch!

    Venetian nail spa in Mission bay is awesome!! The management is knowledgeable ,the front desk staff-is always polite , and accommodating. Venetian has a wonderful vibe and is kept extremely clean. Great manicures/ pedicures . I would totally recommend for an enjoyable experience. 👍🏻

    Second visit in 2 weeks.Last visit was with Kelly, she did a wonderful job helping me pick out a color, and whether to do acrylic with gel or dip. Together we decided that acrylic would be a better option for me based on my lifestyle. (Pink nails)Second trip was with Annie, adorable young lady who listened to my needs and did a wonderful job on both a gel pedicure and acrylic fill with gel manicure. (Teal nails)Highly recommend this location, from the front desk to the techs, it’s seem less. I watched the owner walk around helping out his employees the entire time me and a friend were here getting our services done. It speaks volumes of him and shows in the happiness and kindness of his employees.

    I’ve been going to the one near wiles road once and awhile so I knew what to expect as far as decor, BUT the friendliness of the staff, especially the front desk manager was over and above my expectations. He was so kind and welcoming and super attentive.My nail lady Helen was so nice and great to talk to. The eyebrow wax lady, Kelly, was very sweet and quick, she did an amazing job.The place is stunning and the decor is very chic and I love their pedi chairs.They have a nice spa menu if you want to add upgrades to your pedi or mani.Honestly I’m thrilled they opened across the street and since their prices are so reasonable and their staff is awesome i won’t be going anywhere else.Highly recommended mani & pedi & eyebrow business. 5 Stars across the board.

    Absolutely love this place! They do a great job and are always so accommodating. Love the free refreshments. The gel pedi’s are amazing (hot towels!) and Juan is amazing with acrylic! Highly recommend you give this place a try, tell the front desk what you want (have a photo ready), and they’ll put you with the perfect tech.

    Having lived in west boca for over a decade, I’ve visited my fair share of nail salons. Today I decided to visit the Venetian nail spa next to the fresh market for the first time today. I got gel weeks ago from a previous salon that was in dire need of repair (note: never peel gel nail polish from your nails). My nail beds and nails were weak and ugly. I needed to fix them up and strengthen them. I’m so incredibly thankful that I came here. The amount of care and the attention to detail in the services I got was INCREDIBLE and nothing like the other salons I’ve been too. They also repeatedly asked if I want anything to drink (which was so nice! what an added plus!). My mom comes here too and we are now loyal to them. I’m so so happy with my dip nails— just look at the pictures!!

    I have been going to Venetian for a few months. I highly recommend Juan or Thi. Thi does my nail art, she’s amazing! She listens to me and is honest about what she can do. She loves the creative process and I give her freedom and she never disappoints. These are Disneybound Beauty and The Beast nails for my birthday. Absolutely gorgeous!! The owner and his wife are always honest with what technicians can do and whose best with which techniques. I’m surprised to see so many complaints because every time I’m here it seems to be full of regulars. Definitely recommend this place, it’s been about 6 months and I haven’t left with a pedicure or set of nails I haven’t liked yet.

    My new pedicure place! I came here on Mother’s Day for a mother/daughter date and we both got Spa Pedicures. Helen was my daughter’s tech and unlike most pedicure places I’ve taken my daughters to, she took the proper time and care with her service (even though my daughter is young). She even happily fixed a nail when my daughter accidentally smudged it.Andy was my tech and I highly recommend him. He does not pull or hack at the cuticles at all, but carefully and gently cleans up the nails.The front desk staff is cheerful and greets you with kindness and respect.

    I have been coming here for 2 years and never once have had a bad experience. The staff is always kind, offering me something to drink and making sure I’m happy with my nails. Jen and Eric do a great job and I always leave feeling so much better.

    Eric is a phenomenal manicurist. He keeps my French gel manicure looking perfect at all times. The salon is beautiful, peaceful and clean. John the manager is cordial and professional. I highly recommend this salon and nail technician.

    Incredible customer service, where do I start? I asked for a female tech but there wasnt one available, and I didnt want to wait but they were very kind and accommodating to my request. The tech that took care of my mom upsold us and it was worth it. My mom noticed on our way out that they didnt clean up the polish very well, the owner or manager literally squatted and cleaned up the extra polish. There are drinks - water, soda and coffee. This definitely helped with the wait. There was barely a wait because the place is so big

    I did a walk-in appointment and had a great experience! The person in the front desk was very sweet even though they were closing in an hour. Lisa did a great job at my pedicure and was so kind and Tom did a great job at doing my manicure and was also very sweet. Amazing service and would totally recommend

    Got my nails done at this Venetian Spa location and Lisa was incredible. Everything was perfect. I got my nails, toes and eyebrows done and she was so nice and did everything exactly how I like. Highly recommend coming to this location.

    Had the best experience today with a new tech Trang! She was patient, gentle, excellent with cuticles and ingrowns, and so sweet! She did a fabulous massage as well, much needed! Definitely already looking forward to my next visit!! Thank you Trang! When walking in this morning 5 minutes before actual opening time, the front attendant welcomed me with a warm smile and said not to worry, and come on in! She was also very helpful and organized all the nail colors so well which made it very easy to chose my favorite shades. Space was clean, organized and very comfortable.

    The spa is clean and they are doing a great job with Social Distancing. Eric did my manicure and pedicure and it was worthy of 10 stars. This is a place where you can go to get pampered and not feel like you are going to get any germs because there is no overcrowding or overbooking. I will definitely go back.

    Venetian nails is my go to for nails, the customer service is top notch, the spa is always immaculate. Every tool that is used is sterilzed and sealed into individual packages. Eric is one of the best, book an apt if you want to make sure theres not a wait.
