This was my first visit to Palace Nails. I stopped in for a pedicure without an appointment. There was only a short wait. Henry gave me the pedicure. He took his time and I did not feel rushed. It was so relaxing! The leg massages are really my favorite. :)All of the staff were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this salon.

YES! I just came to Bonita Springs to visit family and my first stop was a new set and pedicure! I found Palace nails through their review pictures and made an appt. through Google which they responded too very quickly. Lacey (I hope that is her name!) did my acrylic set with gel polish and she is amazing! First of all she was extremely gentle after I told her my nails were sensitive after I overfiled them myself, and she took the time to remove ALL of the leftover acrylic on my nails which not many people do and that drives me crazy! She took her time (without the service taking too long) and listened to exactly what I wanted. She was very sweet and is very talented! The shape of my nails is exactly what I wanted and I am pretty picky! Thank you so much Lacey for a fantastic job!The pedicure was also wonderful and relaxing, and my feet look and feel fabulous! I did not catch the woman’s name though. I highly recommend Palace Nails to anyone from or new to the area!

Louis did a wonderful job. I had to get a nail repaired. I walked in after going to another location ( One New York Nails and Spa) and was not serviced and Louis took care of me with no problems. He did exactly what I asked him to do. Wonderful customer service.

This is a modest business with caring people, seems to be a family business where two generations and work as a team. I received a pedicure from Su who treated my legs with motherly care. She took great care with every step of the process and gave such an amazing massage up to my knees (adding stone massage), - Id consider it the best pedicure I have ever had. This business is on Old 41, a bit removed from the busiest highways, therefore, probably, a good choice for when this area gets busy in the season. This business shares the building with several ethnic restaurants but no large stores, just a quiet collection of small family businesses. And I loved to see how different team members step in to help with communication since, as with many nail salons, there is a bit of a language barrier. Very hardworking team is in this salon, who offer a good variety of nail finishes and designs. Definitely give this nail salon a try.

Second time I had my nails done here. Love this place . Had a fill done and a pedicure. The pedicure was wonderful and relaxing . My fill I had an amazing ombré fill and totally love the way they turned out . The nail tech took his time and did a great job! I highly recommend this place !

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT....the new owners are AWESOME.Very respectful people.So quiet and relaxing. No loud television playing. No constant chatter among the employees.The massage chair and pedicure are a weekly thing for me. The best!! Great manicure also.such a convenient location. I know what everyone is getting for Christmas this year.Pedicure gift certificate!!! Give Palace Nails a try you wont be disappointed.

No idea what the negative reviews are about, had an amazing pedicure with Lee as a walk-in. The basic pedicure is $25 and includes many things like massages, scrubs, hot rocks, hot towel wrap, etc.Will definitely be back!

Had a bad experience with the old owners but the new owners are amazing especially if your looking for a pedicure, this is the place to go to , they are the most affordable and the best I’ve seen in this area and they take there time , they make sure everything is perfect , and there such nice and sweet people , come here every month and will continue!
