    By far the best grooming experience ever. Jackie is not only professional & extremely talented but she is also so great with dogs / puppies! I have a 13 week old puppy (Miniature Schnauzer) who just got his first haircut & she exceeded my expectations! I also through her a curveball by wanting to shape a Mohawk & she accomplished my vision for baby Norman. If you’re looking for a groomer who is high end & worth every penny....     Amazing place! The owner: Jackie, and all the other staff there are wonderful and sincerely love pets! They took amazing care of our dog and sent us daily pictures and videos. The day we picked her up they gave her an fantastic bath and haircut! Couldn’t be a better place!

    Jackie did a great job clipping my senior dogs nails which she put a fight for! She kept her calm, had a helper hold her, and was done in about 5 minutes. Loved the decor, CLEAN space, sanitizer, and multiple masks. Will definitely be back.

    Jackie did a phenomenal job on my dog! He is a st.Bernard/Newfoundland at 135lbs. We were traveling so we weren’t able to give him his anti flea and tick in time and Jackie was able to spot out flea eggs and some fleas! He also had matting that needed to be shaved. She shaved him perfectly. I’m so happy how he looks and he is too! I called her that day and she was able to fit me in. I appreciate it so much! I will be bringing my dogs to Jackie every few weeks now for baths! Thank you so much Jackie!

    I decided to book a 4-night reservation for my dog here at Jackie’s. My experience with Jackie and her facility was amazing. She gave us updates on our dog and made sure she followed his schedule according to his meals and walks. I really appreciate the grooming services given to our dog as well. My dog smelled amazing when it was time to pick him up and he had a great stay while in Jackies care. Her place was super clean and welcoming. Thank you again Jackie!     The best pet boarding facility thus far. I also utilize the grooming services. It felt like home fir my dogs and she made my dogs feel at home. I love the facility. Jackie was so personable. My daughter even says “she’s so nice I like her mom”. My pets’ space was nicely kept and very clean and sanitary. They had pillows and blankets. I felt very comfortable leaving them. Jackie you’re wonderful. Keep up the excellent service you provide❤️❤️❤️

    Jackie is simply amazing. My Schnauzer requires special attention. He does not like getting groomed to the point where other places have refused to groom him. Because of that his hair got really bad. Called Jackie and asked if shed be willing to give him a shot. She was more than willing and was able to groom him. She has that special touch and has earned a customer for life. I HIGHLY recommend her and will tell all my friends about her place.

    After our previous groomer closed down, we spent one year trying to find another that we liked - and we found her! I walked into Jackies Grooming on a whim and was impressed by the very friendly greeting I received. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and our two dogs (one a Yorkie and one a Maltese mix) came back home looking beautiful!They were both a mess going in and they looked so great - they smelled great, their ears were clean and nails filed. Neither dog was bothered by the experience and the location of the shop is perfect. Im thrilled to have found this place!

    Moved to Boynton Beach recently and knew of nowhere to bring my dogs to be groomed. Came upon Jackie’s grooming and gave it a try. She did a wonderful job on both of my dogs and made them feel comfortable while she worked on them. When the time came to go on a family vacation, I tried Jackie’s hotel for the pups because I felt comfortable leaving my fur babies with her. Everyday on vacation she sent me videos or pictures and a text telling me how they were doing and interacting with other dogs. I was so relieved to know she took such care with them and genuinely liked what she did. I picked up two very happy dogs.

    I took my mini Australian Shepherd to Jackie’s Grooming Spa & Hotel for his first ever grooming appointment, and as soon as I walked in I absolutely loved how the lobby was decorated. It was very welcoming and so was Jackie! She was super sweet and she listened to all my concerns on how I would like his fur to be cut and what my dog’s personality is like. She was also very accommodating with my pick up time since I was working that day. When I came to pick Boomer up he looked AMAZING. He was super fluffy and had the biggest fluff butt! I was also happy to hear from her that for Boomer’s first grooming appointment he did really well! 10 out of 10 i’d definitely recommend :)

    Last week I boarded by sweet Boston Terrier at Jackies for two nights and also had her groomed. Jackie was AMAZING!! Not only did she bring my dog to her home (we discussed this before she did this) and treat my dog like a princess, she sent me pictures every day so I didnt worry. I am VERY PICKY about who I leave my dog with and I am so very pleased about the entire experience and thankful for Jackie. I often travel on the weekends and this will soon be Rubys home away from home. Your dog will be in great hands.

    Thank you Jackie. What a fantastic experience. Drop off went so smoothly as did pick. Johnny and Cash look wonderful and their grooming was exactly what we wanted. Friends that came over the next few days all commented about how they looked and how great their scent was. Both of the dogs were happy after their grooming which truly means a great deal to us.We will definitely be back and recommend Jackie to all of our friends.

    Jackie did a phenomenal job of cutting my huskynails, MIKO . Right when I got through the door, she took care of me right away! She’s very pleasant and friendly as well. I wouldn’t choose anyone else to do grooming for my dog, I recommend her to anyone! 💗💗💗💗

My little one had a safe, fun, comfortable boarding experience, came home perfectly groomed, and readjusted instantly.     We took our maltipoo over to Jackie since we just brought her home from Virginia. Her hair was running wild and she was all knotted up. Jackie took her no problem and within a few hours, had shaved her down like we discussed and made her look stunning. Would highly recommend and ill definitely be taking Lacey back to her.

    I have 2 yorkies, one is pretty hard to groom, she has silkie hair but curly. And for that reason I wouldn’t take them any where but Jackie’s Grooming. She is the very best in cutting. I am always so pleased when I pick them up She is friendly and sweet. On my last visit I also had their teeth cleaned, with a no sedation method. Their teeth look pure white. I am very pleased with Jackie’s Grooming she’s the best around

    This is the first time visiting Jackie’s Grooming Spa and Hotel for Pets. This will now be the place I take my fur-babies for grooming. Jackie did a beautiful job on my fur-babies.     Our dogs are treated like family when we drop them off for their grooming appointments! When we needed emergency support due to a family emergency, Jackie, cared for our dogs and kept them safe when we had to travel out of town during a time that our area was on the radar for a major hurricane! We absolutely adored the care that she provided them and the comfort that she gave us!!!

    Acting on an enthusiastic referral from a neighbor, I took our dog to Jackie. Today we returned for a second time. So glad for the referral, and appreciative of Jackie for the fantastic job that she does and for her sweet connection with our dog, who, contrary to her reluctance to step into the door of previous groomers, was clearly very excited to return to the care of Jackie!     Jackie and her daughter are wonderful business owners that really care about the pets they care for. Luci came in for a grooming (poodle cut) and enjoyed herself in their little daycare after she was conpleted. I could tell she was a happy pup. The grooming is beautiful!!
