    Every time I come to wellness nails & spa, I leave happy! I see Jae/Jojo for my Dip manicure, she always amazes me with her awesome nail designs and precise nail shaping. Then I see Kim for my deluxe gel pedicure, she always gets my feet fresh and beautiful! Everyone does a phenomenal job there though. The facilities are CLEAN and the place offers a nice open atmosphere, I highly suggest you visit here!

    EDIT:I went the first time and had a woman named Kathy and I didnt like the finished product. The nail sizes were inconsistent and the process was unnecessarily rough.However, I went back and chose Alan. He is a PHENOMENAL nail technician. Its almost 2.5 weeks since he did my nails and they still look perfect.The salon itself is very clean and organized with prompt service. If you come here avoid Kathy.

    I arrived for a business trip and immediately broke my nail when putting my luggage away. I was referred to Wellness Nails by a gentleman working the counter at Embassy Suites. When I arrived the ladies were busy. One of them asked how they could help and I showed her I need a repair and that the color was pomegranate. Not knowing if she even had it in her store. She apologized that she didn’t have the color and that she had another appointment. However she took the time to look at it and glue it together the best she could making it look flawless. I didn’t get her name but a huge thank you to her for saving my 3 days trip!

    Got a regular pedicure and gel manicure with Kim today. Salon is very nice…clean and modern. Kim did a great job. Worked quickly but also taking time to make sure it was done well and not to skip any steps, and I noticed and appreciated her taking time to go back to fix a few things that weren’t perfect.     Kim is the absolute best nail technician I have ever had! She is thorough, careful, on time, kind and a hard worker. If I want to chat she’s up for it and if I simply want to read a book she doesn’t mind. My nextgen nails and regular pedicure always last at least two weeks - if not longer, and on a more embarrassing note she has been such a gem about helping me figure out how to handle ingrown nails. I highly recommend you visit her at this beautiful, clean salon with excellent massage chairs! (Doesn’t hurt that their is a Dunkin Donuts right next door either if you need a quick caffeine or sugar boost!)

    Everyone knows how hard it is to feel comfortable at times.     Customer service walk-in in very poor need to work on their customer service also price of polish ridiculous and there’s no sign to differentiate or someone telling you the polish type and price..
