    The hairstylists at this salon are wonderful! Very professional and efficient. Tami and Dawn are the stylists I use! Dawn did a perm for me on 9/29/24. I was surprised and disappointed, however, that the owners have changed the policy, where I do not get a trim anymore with my perm! I won’t pay the 20+ dollars extra for the hair trim, as I have other shops around me that are quite a bit less! So I plan in a week or so, to get my hair Trim from another location! The owners may want to consider how this affects their customers!

    Susan was absolutely delightful and a great stylist. Knew exactly what my daughter wanted and delivered to perfection. She even helped us learn how to style the cut my daughter wanted. Will 100% be back for her when she needs it cut again.

    Always go here for my haircuts. I always have either Rachael or Dawn cut my hair because they have been my stylists for years now.UPDATE (01/2024): I always receive great service from Rachael and Dawn. I have been coming to them for approximately 14 years. In that time, there have only been two occasions, once when they were located in Bayshore, and once here at the Walmart location, that neither were available and I had to use another stylist.UPDATE: I was able to get a same-day appointment with Dawn today. Always a great experience!

    In a spur of the moment decision I decided to stop by for my three year old son’s very first haircut. Renata cut his hair. I showed her a photo of the style I had in mind and she executed it perfectly. Neither myself nor my son could’ve been happier with how it turned out. Both Renata and the other woman working there were really sweet and attentive. Even with me being emotional and crying lol. They gave me an envelope to keep a little of his curls from his first cut. My son left saying “thank you for my handsome haircut” without being promoted by anyone. ♥️ It was truly such a lovely experience.

    It took me six years to find someone to give me the hair coloring and hair cutting experience that completely satisfied me. As I am fussy, I can tell you that Tami is an outstanding hair stylist. She worked with me to get me the wonderful coloring for my hair and the haircut that I love. She is patient and kind. The other members of this salon are so friendly with always a smile for you. I have been to very fancy salons that have cost twice as much and did not get the service that I receive at this Salon!! Give this Salon a try---you wont regret it!!!!

    I had a color and trim today. Rachael was very kind to repair my bad attempt to trim my hair. She kso did a fabulous job in coloring my gray hair poking out again. She asked if I wanted sane color and if I wanted any changes. She provided reading material while I waited for color to take. She is always pleasant, helpful, friendly and professional. She makes sure I am happy with the styling. I have been with the current staff for years and I am happy to be a repeat customer.

    I had gone to smartstyle for years with my stylist Phillips in cortez rd but unfortunately he retired I tried to book with someone else there but found excuses, I came here booked my appointment with no problem they are great very professional Suzanne and her staff are great, they let call my stylist to find out what color he used for my hair and they did a wonderful job, I had a wonderful time and experience there I recommend all Phillips customers and new customers to come you won’t regret it. This is now my new salon.

    New to florida just moved last week from Michigan and we Took my 7 year old daughter to get a hair cut on tuesday. Seen becky i think her name was. Got home once it dried and realized it was a little longer than we wanted i called Wednesday morning to see if she could cut it a little shorter and how much it would cost me. They got us right in cut it perfect and didnt charge me. They really do cater to the customer. I will for sure be back for every hair cut!!! Amazing place and very trust worthy with my daughters very thick and hard to maintain hair. They did great!!!
