    Alissa was an amazing sweet and professional tech. She was thorough with all of the details being it was my first time getting lashes done. Unfortunately, a few of my lashes did fall off as soon as I got home from the salon, but I believe it was the adhesive and not the work itself. Alissa did a Beautiful job applying them.

Jade has the patience and determination to make sure your lashes look amazing before you ever open your eyes to see them yourself. The whole atmosphere is relaxing, clean and inviting.     Great place. Definitely book with Jordan, she’s the best. She’s so sweet and welcoming. She does an excellent job at lashing. My lashes come out so good every time. She is the best, can’t go wrong with her. I get compliments on my lashes each time she does them.

    Jealine (Jay-Leen) did mine today. Ive never done this before, so it was quite interesting, but she did a great job. They dont look like I slapped on fake lashes, and they blend in well with my natural ones. It was painless, I barely felt her working on my eyes at all, and I even fell asleep a few times. If youve never done it, or already do it regularly, go see Jealine at Deka.

    Had TrueXpress Full set done by Jealine, she was wonderful. Was very nice and made sure I was comfortable during procedure, took her time to explain my choices of styles and make recommendations. Best of all my lashes turned out great exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be back!

    Ive been to Deka Lash in Brandon FL several times to have my lashes done by Marissa. She is phenomenal! The whole experience is great from start to finish and I leave feeling wonderful. The lashes look fantastic. If you go to Deka Lash I highly recommend the doll eye look and definitely ask for Marissa! Today she did a lighter more natural looking doll eye for me and I am in love with the results!

    Manager Charlsie Thompson has been applying my lashes at the Brandon location since 2020! I receive so many compliments from people saying that “they look so natural”! I would highly recommend making an appointment with Charlsie and you’ll love your lashes too!

    I have never had my lashes done before but I was getting married 6/12 and booked with Jealine. She did an amazing job. It was such a relaxing experience. I enjoyed myself. Very gentle handed when it came to putting lashes on.

    I had lash extensions done by Jealine and was very satisfied. She was very gentle and as a result I couldn’t tell that anything had been applied to my lashes. They were so light and beautifully done, they looked very natural. I had extensions in the past and they were heavy and clumpy looking. They looked so fake. Jealine is a lovely person and explained everything to me as she worked. She did an excellent job and I will definitely go back again! I highly recommend her and Deka Lash.

    I’ve been going here for a little over a year as it is 5 minutes from my house. I am not a picky person, and have been in the hospitality industry for many years so I’m very patient, I also tip well. I don’t know why, but the employee morale & customer interaction skills are just not good. It’s more than just applying lashes. Being a loyal customer that generously tips, why can not one of the handful employees remember my name? It’s like I am brand new each time I go in..I got my lashes done yesterday and they’re falling off like crazy. I also sat in the bed with my eyes closed for over 10 minutes yesterday with soap in my eyes because the girl had to get a gift card for a walk in along with a lengthy conversation. When she returned, no apology for the wait. Then finishes and has a fan over me on one eye while she checks her phone. I had to ask her the time to get her attention. My express refill was 50 minutes long. I suggest some basic training. I canceled my membership today which I did not want to do but with price increases it’s best to put this kind of money toward a business that values the customer consistently.

    I was a training model for a friend of mine, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! My lashes look AMAZING, I feel so pretty and all I do is wake up and brush my hair. Fabulous. She was very calming and was great at small talk, let me ramble on when I did, lol. The front area with the secretary person (not sure what to call them for the salon scene) was very helpful, calming, mush like everyone else and the whole atmosphere of the establishment. Offered water and checked if we needed the bathroom so she could direct us where it was. Helped my mom who was with me and set up her appointment quickly with no troubles. Will 100% come again when I have the money. As expected, the prices are a bit high, but *definitely* worth it, and I was a training model. I imagine when she’s done training she’ll give you flawless lashes and would expect the same from other employees. I overheard someone who was next to me say they were also in love with their lashes. Again, the atmosphere is so calm and soothing, you could probably take a nap lol. I was tempted. 😂

    The first time I went was an ok experience. But my lashes were falling out the moment I got in my car. Lashes were all gone within 4 days. I was absolutely livid. Took forever for customer service to get back with me and I finally had to call back in myself.They gave me a complimentary full set fix with another woman. She was absolutely amazing! I have had almost no loss in my lashes! I about cancelled my membership... until She took care of me. She is the ONLY reason I am keeping my membership. Super sweet and professional and she does an amazing job.

    Their service was AMAZING. this was my first time getting extensions done and i was a bit skeptical of getting my lashes done after hearing the horror stories of some peoples lashes gone wrong. a coworker of mine recommend them and they did NOT disappoint. their customer service is great and they walked me through every step of the process.     I had my first experience with eyelash extensions while vacationing in Florida. Rosa did a wonderful job and explained the process in detail - she made me feel very comfortable. My lashes came out amazing! The salon was very clean and the staff professional. I would highly recommend Deka Lash to anyone wanting fantastic looking lashes!

    I had an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions in one eye and the original place I went to told me they were completely booked and couldn’t help me for 4 days. I looked up Deka and they have walk in consultations. The women were fantastic and kind. They removed the lashes easily and at no charge even though I am not a member. They’re just nice and professional so thank you for everything ladies.

    Rachel Vega did my classic set and she was super sweet. This was my first time getting my eyelashes done and she made me feel very comfortable. She did an excellent job explaining the process. I would highly recommend her!

    This was my very first time applying lash extensions. Appointment set up was online. It allowed me chose which technician(even though I didnt know them). I arrived to clean shop. My tech was sweet and talk me through the entire process. The chairs were comfortable. I will suggest having a light cardigan to keep you comfortable. I had sleeveless shirt and started to get a little cold at the end. I have gotten a ton of compliments from family, friends, and coworkers. I ask for something natural but still had that extra pizazz. I even got my special brush and was taught how to keep my invest clean and lasting. Easy process from start to finish.

    Shaeda was my lash expert and she was absolutely amazing. I have never gotten my lashes done and wasn’t sure about how to care for them or what to expect. She went step by step with me, made me feel extremely comfortable and kept checking to make sure I was doing okay the entire time. My lashes turned out AMAZING. I never felt a thing, I was very relaxed, she used sensitive adhesive(Which held these lashes on long and strong; minimal fallout as my second week went on) ,and before I knew it she was done. Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness Shaeda! You are a 10/10! Anyone would be extremely lucky to have her as their eyelash expert! The hour drive is very much worth experiencing with you, and what you do best! Thank you kindly!!

    On my initial visit I was not completely satisfied…HOWEVER, the GM reached out to me immediately after hearing of this, had me come back in so they could make it right and they 100% did. They did not have to respond as I did not ask for a refund or any special request to make it right, I just gave them my feedback. To have a GM follow up by calling and asking to correct my experience with them without being asked says a lot about how this company views the value of each customer. I will be back and I will recommend them to others. Keep up the good work Brandon’s Deka Lash!

    Hello! I had A Great experience here at Deka Lash in Brandon, Fl. I signed up for a membership and found out I was moving a lot sooner then I thought but there was no locations in the new area so I Had to cancel it. :( Alyssa Was the one who did my Lashes and she was AMAZING! Literally the sweetest and very welcoming. She Thoroughly explained the entire process and how to take care of the lashes after. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

    Ive been wearing lash extensions now for almost 3 years and I was a little hesitant to try a new lash tech to work on my lashes.     I had my lashes done 2 weeks ago by Brandajah. I wanted to wait to leave a review because I wanted to see how long they would last. I have had some fall off, but the ones that did were not noticeable, and it seemed natural. Brandajah was really awesome! Not only knowledgeable, but made me feel super comfortable, and steered my in the right direction for my lash choice. They turned out amazing! During application she was very personable and had a gentle touch. If you want your lashes done, ask for Brandajah!!

    The first time I went, my lashes started to fall off immediately. I’m not sure what happened but I’m guessing maybe my makeup remover that i used before I went caused it. I called and they asked me to send them a pic, when I did they immediately scheduled me to come back in to have a relash completed. Not only did they relash me at no additional charge, I am so happy with them! They look amazing! First thing my guy said was, “wow! They really look great and make your eyes “pop!””

    **UPDATED** read belowThe 3 stars is due to scheduling and communication. I called to schedule an appointment on a Saturday and it turned out it was 4th of July, but the lady on the phone still booked it and I got a confirmation email and a reminder email to be there 9am on Saturday morning. I got there and it was closed and when I called the facility I got sent to voicemail. The voicemail stated they were closed for the day. I was upset because the day should have been blocked off if they were not going to be open for the holiday. The worst part was when I called back a few days later to complain all that was said was sorry and we will talk to whoever booked it. There was no discount offered and they didnt offer to fit me in the same day I called.Besides that big hiccup, Shaeda was great. Very helpful. It was my first time getting lashes. It was nice to have her guidance. I highly recommend her.**Updated**I received a voicemail from an employee/employer saying that they were opened that day, but somehow they must have missed me knocking at the front door, waiting outside for 5-6 mins right at my appt time. Accepting that this is true, their voicemail still should not have stated they were closed for the day. Even so, I was offered a free refill by the person who left a voicemail and that is why I have updated my review to a 4 star rating. They have redeemed themselves for sure and Shaeda is gentle, understanding, and does an awesome job!

    I am really hoping I can change this rating, but I have nothing good to say at this point. I have a very hard schedule w my job and my only day to get this done is on Sat. I’ve had lashes for years & have been giving my lashes a break for the last 6 months. My mother stated that DEKA LASH was having a special and to try them out. I don’t wear any makeup, so lashes are the 1 thing I splurge on. I take very good care of my lashes & normally do not need a fill for 3 weeks ( sometimes 4)! In this case- my lashes started to disappear w/in 4 DAYS. I was losing lashes everywhere. BY Thursday am, I have 15% remaining on the left eye & 50% on the right. I refuse to even go out in public. I called DEKA after I got off work on Friday & was informed since it was longer then 5 days, there was nothing they could do. So, I had to request a mngr to even get a message sent. Hopefully DEKA resolves the issue, but now I will be spending tmrrw trying to find someone to fix my poor lashes! (Rating change on standby.)* I did receive a call back 1st thing this morning. I am happy to say she did try to fix the issue & got me in for a complimentary set but not until next Sunday so I will work on removing these. Sorry to say - she nvr even received a message from my call & was calling due to my review. Extremely helpful & wanted to help. I M much happier w my experience knowing someone took the time to fix it. ( Hopefully it comes out great).

    I have been going to Deka for about 6 months now, I love how they offer the subscription service, its close to home and the girls (Alexa, Shaeda, & Brandajah) are amazing. 1 time I had and issue with shedding and Sara took care of it immediately and with extreme professionalism. The tech I normally go to is no longer with the company & last night Brandajah was my lash tech & honestly can not say enough about her!!! She is gentle, professional, & extremely meticulous. THANK YOU BRANDAJAH & SARA!! Can not wait to try out the new line :)

    I love this place! Shaeda is awesome! The ONLY downfall is the brutal music they play over the speakers. I think it is supposed to be relaxing, but it isnt. Its bad. :(
