    Go see Varsha!! This eyebrow threading shop is Brandon’s best kept secret and I hope more people find it. By far, the BEST eyebrow threading I’ve ever experienced. Varsha is a master at her craft. She takes her time, is very professional, and is a lovely person to boot. These pictures do not do her work justice. You will have to check out this place for yourself; it is no comparison to anywhere else!

    I love coming to Roops with my husband Jason!! We both get our eyebrows threaded here and Varsha does a wonderful job! She does my upper lip as well and I always leave feeling beautiful! 😍 Dipu is a very skilled waxer, I get my armpits waxed and a Brazilian every 3rd or 4th week and Dipu removes ALL the hair with no pain! I am so glad I started getting waxed at Roops and stopped shaving! The prices are great for the service we get here!! At least once a month we come because of the service and beautiful, peaceful atmosphere! 💆🏽‍♀️😌

    I LOVE getting my eyebrows threaded here so much! Ive been coming here for the past 7 years because they do such great work and for such a good price and not to mention the ladies are so kind! My eyebrows stay nice and clean for up to a month, it’s the only place I let touch my eyebrows. I live 30 minutes away but I don’t mind the drive because I know every time I come I’m leaving satisfied! 10/10 recommend !

    Not only do they get it done just right, but they seriously do it in under 5 minutes (mine usually takes only 2 minutes). They also have such a nice staff, I seriously love going here. The threading usually lasts me around a month and a half but it may be different for everyone else. Regardless, it’s definitely worth checking it out and seeing if threading is for you. But yeah, I definitely recommend coming here if you have the chance!

    I have been going to this salon for years for my eyebrows and always loved it. Today I have done my facial for very first time and wow!.. What an amazing job.! I have very sensitive skin and can barely use anything on my face, but with facial done here my skin felt smooth and very clean immediately and no redness even a bit. I will be going to this place every time I need my facial for sure. And the bonus massage I received was complete relaxing. Everything about this place is amazing.     I’ve been going to Roop’s for 2 years now and every experience has been amazing. I had my eyebrows done too thin somewhere else, and even though I went to different people each time, they all shaped my eyebrows with room to grow in naturally instead of keeping them thin. They actually listen to what the customer wants done. I have PCOS and this is the first place ever (NYC and FL) that takes the time to really remove the coarse facial hair that comes with it. I also get waxed here and they work so efficiently and always do great quality work. They make me feel super comfortable. I am so glad I found them.

    My girlfriends convinced me to get a brazilian wax done. I’m 40 years old & have always been terrified. Well it’s been a year coming here to Roop’s for a brazilian wax.     I absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years and they do my eyebrows perfectly every time. I travel a lot for work now but they’re still the only ones I let touch my eyebrows. I usually go to one of the ladies specifically, however they are all great at what they do and very sweet. I always get compliments on my eyebrows and refer my friends/ family here and now a lot of them come here too. Definitely worth a trip!

    Let me just say yesterday I went in just to get my normal eyebrow threading and why setting there I decided to see if they had any appointments available to get a facial. Let me tell you how happy I was cause that Hydra Facial was everything 😍😍 when she finish my face felt so clean, glowing and my body was even felt relax. I have had a facial before but my experience was nothing like this. Definitely can’t wait till my next appointment 🥰🥰🥰. Overall I give them 10/10 the service was extraordinary, the staff always friendly and polite. Definitely recommend to try all they services out especially the Facial, eyebrow threading.     I’d been to Roop’s in the past for eyebrow threading and loved the results. On one of my visits, the person threading my brows asked if I wanted to try their waxing services. I declined in the moment however I filed away the fact that they offered other services just in case. Fast forward to today - my previous wax specialist moved on from the place that I would go to and so I decided to find someone new. I came to Yelp and saw that Roop’s was highly rated and remembered I’d been offered the service in the past. Called up, made an appointment and had THEE BEST Brazilian wax experience ever. AND I got my underarms waxed for the first time, too🫣 Awesome customer service, passionate, genuine folks who go out of their way to ensure you feel both welcomed and comfortable.     Today I decided to try the Hydra facial and it was amazing! My skin looks 100% better already. This was my first time ever and I’m happy I did it. I will be back.     I absolutely love this place. I’ve come here over 5 times the last year for eyebrow and lip waxing and threading and also underarm waxing. These women are so welcoming and kind. They’re fast and efficient and have gentle hands. They always smile and are so thankful for your business. I drive about 20 minutes just to come to then and I won’t go anywhere else. Also worth mentioning my eyebrows are micro bladed and I’m very particular with who touches them but they do an amazing job following the arch and never make them too thin or anything.     I have used Roop’s for eyebrows and waxing for 10+ years now. Their service is absolutely exceptional! Even after moving out of state, and trying different salons, I still came back to them whenever I was in town because the service I got from them was unmatched!     I have visit this place for my eyebrows threading and always is great. Today, I tried for first time henna tint in my eyebrows, and I love it.     The facial I received was truly amazing and relaxing. I could almost fall asleep on that table. The room temperature was nice and cool but the warm blanket made it perfect.     I’ve been coming here for a few years now and even when I moved a little further away I still make the trip to go get my eyebrows threaded there because they are just that amazing !     I called over the phone to get the pricing and I was greeted with excellent customer service that felt like a smile over the phone. We eventually came into the shop and were again happily welcome. After signing in, the wait was less than 5 minutes but got bust right after we sat in the chair.The threading was fast, and accurate. 10 minutes in the chair and I was good to go. My wife did her brows as well and the beautician couldnt be friendlier. I would definitely recommend this place. A nice, clean friendly environment.     I went to Roops last week for a hydrafacial and I go frequently for eyebrow threading. My facial experience was fantastic and very appreciated after a long day of work. They do more than just eyebrows, although eyebrows are my main reason I go there. A friend of mine told me about this place and I have been coming ever since that day. All the ladies are very sweet and helpful. They remember my name and greet me as soon as I come into the store. I have bought a couple of small handbags that I have used on some of my trips. They held up very nicely. They also sell some jewelry and clothes.

    I have thick eyebrows so when I go in I like to ask the professionals to simply clean up around the edges following the natural shape, keeping them as thick as possible. I asked the same when I went in here and Roop nodded in understanding but she threaded them thinner than Im used to. 4 stars still bc a) they somehow still look good? and b) the eyebrow massage at the end feels nice. I likely wont return bc I do prefer my eyebrows on the thicker side but it was an overall good experience. Bonus: she complimented me and said I had nice eyebrows to work with - while its possible all clients hear this it was positive and nice of her to say. The checkout lady was also a doll. They recently started a promotion where you receive little perks here and there if you sign up for the notifications- she wasnt pushy about and was so sweet. I hope this review helps :)

    So, my friend told me about this place and with her recommendation, I decided to go today for facial without an appointment. I had a rough day at work and didn’t realize the time when I walked in. It was 20 mins after 5 pm and they closed at 7 pm. The person who does facial had to leave at 6 pm and she still managed to take me in. I only had to do 35 mins of facial and let me tell you, every minutes of it are worth it. She’s very light with her hands, knows which parts of my face requires attention. The place is clean and it smells good.     I go here to get my eyesbrows threaded and I can tell you now that I really love it. They do it right and how I like it just about everytime. I am in and out rather quickly which I very much enjoy. It takes about 6 - 10 minutes when I go. I enjoy this place very much.

    This is an amazing place with amazing services i have PCOS, and tried tweezing, shaving, nair all of it...i came here they waxed it and i didnt have to come back for almost 3 weeks...the girls are awesome... I recommend anyone that is tired of tweezing or shaving to come here for waxing best money spent and its becoming only a monthly expense and so worth it
