This was my first time at any Pampered Peach. I had an appointment originally scheduled for 2:15P but due to my previous appointment ending a littler earlier I called to see if I could get in earlier. No one answered but as soon as I hung up I a sweet agent from their team called me back and I was able to get in 15 minutes earlier. My specialist was Deaja, she was informative and explained the process to me before starting. I had been going to another well known wax center for 8 years and due to my visit today, I am switching to this location.

Everyone is cheerful and friendly. I make appointments with Odalys - she’s great. Puts me at ease, is concerned about my comfort and does a fantastic job. Ladies- have you tried the numbing spray???? You should. The place is always spotless as well. Highly recommend

I have travelled all around the world, tried many different wax salons in the US, as Ive visited quite often, and I was so impressed by the service received by Pampered Peach! Excellent staff and atmosphere. Jahnaylah was exceptional! As a first time pregnant client, I had recently discovered that pain sensitivity heightens and I was terrified! She was so knowledgeable, explained to me what she would do to ensure the least amount of pain and offered a few techniques during the process to keep me comfortable and pain free. Lexi did an amazing job sugaring my legs! Ive done it at home since I discovered sugaring but it takes me FOREVER. Lexi did both my legs in less than half the time. And for someone who works at home and often goes hours without talking to another person, her bubbly personality had us chatting the whole time like wed know each other for years! Definitely helped distract me from some of the pain as well.If regular waxing leaves your skin irritated, try sugaring! (Its just sugar, water, and lemon.) My skin feels so much better after and I highly recommend Lexi as well!

She’s very professional and knowledgeable about her craft. I’m not sure what kind of magic she uses but the waxes are mostly pain free (no I do not use numbing cream). They also have other waxing services and a budget friendly monthly wax plan. I highly recommend anyone go here over any other wax bar!

I seriously urge you to give this place a try! I’ve had a Brazilian before at a different business. I did not have a good experience. I thought I would never ever get one again. I decided I was going to give it one more try and if it was too much I would stop mid wax. I got the numbing spray (which I feel helped tremendously! Definitely worth the few extra bucks) and the woman who did my wax was so amazing and comforting I went all the way! I’m still shocked I did it because I was not expecting to leave with a full Brazilian. I was so nervous I almost didn’t go into the salon when I got there but I am so happy I did. If you are nervous to get a Brazilian, I would seriously give this place a try. Especially with this specific woman who did my wax named Jenaylah. She is the sweetest thing, and I swear she does not have a judgmental bone in her body. I felt so comfortable with her. I’m going to try and get her every time for my wax. She let me have multiple breaks to breathe in between strips, and she even gave me my own glove so that I could apply pressure myself. I am the biggest baby when it comes to waxing. Its been almost 2 years since I had a full Brazilian wax. I’m so happy I did it, and I’m definitely going back to get the membership. I wish I could give more than 5 starts for Jenaylah!

If waxes really hurt for you, and taking pain meds before your appointment doesn’t help, get their pre-wax numbing. Now honestly, it DOES NOT make it pain free, but it does help it hurt less.
