This is my 4th time going to this location, my first experience years ago was ok, I didn’t go back, I tried it again this year in August , that person who did me is no longer there, which is a good thing, because it showed she did not enjoy her job or cared about hurting the customers. I decided to give it another try in November and had Armoni, let me first say how gentle she is, she is very welcoming, she shows she truely cares, she make sure to have you feeling smooth when you leave :). I decided to rebook with her again, I went back yesterday and once again she was so amazing, from her personality to her work,she now have a reoccurring customer , I will not use anyone but her, I recommended her to a friend as well, and she had the same experience, Armoni is all around great!

Wax Specialist Alicia rocks! I am 9 months pregnant and have had extra fluid towards the end. Alicia made me feel so comfortable, less embarrassed, I brought my baby wipes and got finished with the full butt & Brazilian as requested. She was a gentle as she could be (it’s waxing so it’s not 100% painless). I am now ready to deliver my baby girl within a week or two, and thanks to Specialist Alicia I don’t have to worry about that part down there.
