    I came down here for a trip and got my nails done. It is the best work i’ve seen on nails personally and I let my nail tech do what she wanted and I loved it. Best place to go to while you’re visiting down here or live here.

    Just started coming recently and I love it so much!! The ladies are so sweet. Alice has done an amazing job on my nails and toes. She really takes her time. I get dip on my nails and gel on my toes. Also have never had to wait, they always start right away. Will definitely keep coming back!

    Love coming here! Its my home away from home. Theyre so friendly and always so nice. Alice is my go to person to get my nails and toes done, but theyre all fantastic! Ive brought so many friends here and now they all come here all of the time too! Jane, the owner, always welcomes you with a smile.

    My mom and I have been coming here since the new owners took over and this place is phenomenal. They take their time with their work, are thorough, make sure you are happy with their work before you leave. They have become our go to place and remember us every time we step into the place it feels like stepping into the show Cheers but for a nail salon that provides exceptional quality services from nails to waxing. It’s a phenomenal welcoming environment and Jane the owner is always present and welcoming and Alice and Kaiting do the best nail work in the game. But everyone is great. Truly couldn’t recommend this place more!

    I had a wonderful experience today at Encore Nails. My nail tech Alice did an excellent pedicure! Alice is lovely! It was definitely worth my time today :-) The owner Jane is fabulous!

    10/10 Most definitely recommend, I went to this location and was recommended the Deluxe lavender pedicure and it was worth every $$ Absolutely great customer service was provided by “Amy “ I arrived soon as they opened and she still took great care of me and got the job done perfectly. I can’t thank you enough for the awesome service that was provided. If anyone is ever in need of service this is the location to visit for sure they will not let you down

    Amy did my Mani/Pedi and eyebrows. She took her time and I didn’t feel rushed. I showed her a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like and she did them perfectly.

    I am so blessed to have found this nail shop. They are so gentle and respectful. My nails were brittle and beat up from other places that didn’t truly have a passion for service excellence and great quality but since coming here to Encore nails and spa in Brandon, FL my nails has been strong and well taken care of. They care and respect everyone that walks through the door and treat you like family.

    Alice did a phenomenal job on my pedicure! It is so hard to find a good pedicure and Encore did not disappoint. The chairs are fantastic and the whole salon is very clean!

    The ladies at Encore Nails & Spa are absolutely amazing! From the minute you walk in everyone is so friendly and polite. Service is always perfect! I started coming from a recommendation of my best friend and have not stopped (and I live an hour away now). No service I’ve gone to has been as great as this place!

    Love it here!! Alice is the best. I get full det Acrylics. As a personal trainer working on a harsh environment I very rarely break them! Sometimes a weight falls what can you do? And she does amazing designs.

    THE BEST POSTPARTUM SELF CARE DAY!!!!!! I was trying to sneak in a pedicure before my little nugget woke up, and they were able to get me in right away. Im a mommy first, but my feet were starting to look like the Crypt Keeper. So worth the trip!!! My feet look absolutely gorgeous and Im happy I didnt put off my pedicure ONCE AGAIN 😆 My little nugget still woke up from a short nap and had us all swooning lolThank you ladies so very much. Made me feel amazing!! I will certainly be back! ❤️Now I just need to find a stylist that can do a wash/blow dry/style in 45 minutes 😆

    This was my first time at this salon, I went in only an hour before close and Brian was so sweet and welcoming. He sat me down and worked with me to create these perfect, cute polka dot nails! We sat and chatted the whole time and I will definitely be setting up an appointment with him!

    I broke my nail playing basketball less than a weekafter I got them done by a talented nail technician here which they looked amazing previously and went in today prepared to pay.. not only did the nail technician match exactly what I had previously but they did not charge me to fix it. I don’t normally leave reviews, but when I see excellent service it should be highlighted because that’s hard to come by. Highly recommend this nail salon super clean and professional. I will be back :)

    Tim is the best with nails - especially dip, and Julie does great with brows. Pedi’s are also good here. Prices are about the same as everywhere else. I’ve visited other salons throughout the years but always come back, even though it’s 20 minutes from my home and I pass multiple salons on the way. Only salon I recommend consistently.

    Tim does the best dip for nails, mine last 3 weeks, no chips or cracks. My nails grow fast and Im very hard on them, so thats saying a lot. The whole salon was just redone and it looks beautiful, but their prices are still affordable.

    I have used this salon for the past 1 1/2 years. I absolutely love it and I highly recommend them! I have had several different technicians and the part I love is that they do my nails the way I like them. They dont push you to get something you may or may not like. Theyve done it right for me each time and I will look forward to always going back!!

    I went with my daughter and daughters-in-law (4) of us at the same time last week for the works, Gel Manicures, Gel Pedicures, Acrylics, and I got Dip Powder Nails! I dont get my nails done often, as I am rough on my hands and Hai told me Dip Powder is long lasting. So far, they look fantastic! Girls all got different nails, my daughter got color changing gel and she has gotten SO MANY compliments. She also had her eyebrows waxed and was pleased. They were all so nice! My DIL suggested going here because she likes Vivian. I had Hai and he was awesome too! The others were very pleased with their nail techs as well. I was skeptical based on some of the reviews I saw, but they were great! Highly recommend!**Update 6/7/17 - almost 1 week later, one of my nails chipped (I told you I am hard on my nails). I went back in and they fixed it...NO CHARGE!! :)

    I live in Temple Terrace and decided to try Creative Nails because I shop in Brandon. Glad I did! It is extremely difficult to find someone who does a mediocre job, let alone good...and Lenny ROCKS! He was sooo nice and did a fabulous job with my pink and whites! Ill make the drive to see Lenny from now on! The other staff were all friendly with smiles too. They do NOT disappoint!
