    Wonderful work done at this nail salon. I got a pedicure with gel polish and my total after tip was approximately $55. Staff was personable and continued to ensure I had an enjoyable experience. I will return to this salon for future services. Salon is a little smaller, but it was not overly crowded and I was immediately seated at my appointment time.

    Picky girl here… I finally found my gem! A huge thank you to Lilly for the most beautiful mani-pedi Ive ever had. After trying several salons over the past couple of years and never quite being impressed, Im so glad I discovered this place. Not only is the service top-notch, but the entire atmosphere is incredibly inviting and welcoming--its clear that Lilly and the team truly care about creating a great experience. This level of warmth and professionalism is what truly sets them apart from the rest.If you havent been here yet, do yourself a favor and book an appointment with Lilly--you wont regret it! 🫶⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I would highly recommend you give this salon a try and support small business owner.For the person that put the review below please know the truth before you spread ill rumors about a business. I would gladly to lend them the money to get an attorney involve in pursuit a lawsuit against the previous owner and whoever never get their nails done by the new owner and come up here slander their business.They sold the business to the new owner with broken pedicures chairs and equipments needed to be replace. When you sold a business you suppose to help the new owner with clients transfer or at least let them take clients to work and earn an income to support themselves and paying rent. However, the previous owner wouldn’t let them have the right to Facebook page, no appointments interacting with current clients they obviously have the right to have a chance to service the clientele’s since they bought the business. The previous owner is a liar and a con-artist, told the new owner the husband is sick and have to go back to Vietnam for treatment and silently left and took all the clients with them to the new location. Everyone have the right to loyal to their nails technician they love and follow them, it’s normal and it’s ok. However, as an old couple always open their mouth and talking about helping people and do good deeds in this world but turn around and do this to a new family they sold their business too is such low and uncalled for. It is what it is. Karma will come to people intentionally hurt others to gain their success. To the new owner, just held your head high and continue to do your best. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    I highly recommend Trinity Nails & Spa. Lilly’s gel nails stay perfect from appointment to appointment. I have found the staff to be friendly, courteous, and very good at their jobs! There nailed art is beautiful and unique!

    For me quality and attitude is everything and the customer service was very good. The friendly and warm attitude of everyone was very welcoming. The atmosphere is very simple but functional, the massage chair was definitely a plus. I will be back.

    Everyone was so nice and personable. Antwon and his wife Kim, and I’m sorry I forgot the other lady’s name. Kim talks so much that Antwon can’t get in a word edgewise! Antwon calls himself the Asian redneck. Loves music and movies! 😝 we passed thru for our cruise today and we are glad we did. Got a great massage, toe work, and made some Tampa based friends. Now we are ready for our cruise! Stop by this little place! You’ll be glad you did For $140 we got 3 deluxe pedicures, my husband, father-in-law (his first pedicure) and myself. Bon Voyage!

    We were in town for my daughters wedding. We were taken care of without appointments. Antwaun gives the best pedicures and has great stories to share. Gel manicure and prices are unbeatable. Please stop by if you are local or just passing through town.

    Andy was so friendly and welcoming! I just moved last week and he helped me heal my tired feet with an amazing pedicure. Never been to a nail salon where everyone, staff and customers, were so talkative and friendly. Very good vibes. I’ll be back soon!

    Very friendly staff...family-like atmosphere. They know their customers by name and do excellent work. Ive been going there for 3 years now and have never been disappointed. Great value as well. If you like creative, out of the box nails, Andy (owner) is awesome! His wife Ann and brother Vinny are also very talented at nail design. I dont even pick my own colors anymore...I let them do it!

    One of the best nails salon I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot lol. I’ve always wanted my nails to have designs and the people that used to do my nails did not know how to do designs so i always did solid colors. I will definitely come back and get my nails done. I’m so glad an employee from bath and body works told me about Trinity Nails. I am beyond happy with Andy’s work, he was the one that did my nails.

    I took my daughter there today for a gel mani/pedi for homecoming and she was extremely happy. She is usually very picky and hard to please but loved the service. She says they actually speak with you and make jokes 😂. Not to mention that the price is very reasonable - no complaints there. We WILL definitely be going back. Great experience for real!

    I L😍VE this place!!! Not only do they do an awesome job but they are always upbeat and extremely friendly! One of my daughters usually tag along (6 & 8) and unlike other places, they treat her like a princess!!! I cant say enough positive things about Trinity Nails...I tell all my friends about them!

    Family owned facility that treats you like one of their own. I have been trying to find a sallon for years that gives great customer service and does quality work. Its been so bad trying to find a good place that I would try a place a few times and then quit going all together for a few months. I would get discouraged either with the shoddy quality of work with high prices or terrible customer service. Today (Friday morning) I called Trinity nails to see if they had any availability for a pedicure. The first thing I noticed right away was that the person on the phone spoke English! They actually had a conversation about their availability and what would work with my schedule! I know this seems very basic but it definitely is not when it comes to nail salons. They barely answer the phone and when they do answer they dont like to answer questions and they rush you off the phone. When you hang up with the other salons youre never really sure if you actually made the appointment. Trinity nails was the complete opposite from start to finish. Later I realized I needed to add another service so I called them back to see if Id be able to and they gladly accommodated.Once I arrived they had me wash my hands and took me straight away for my pedicure. Kim was my nail technician. I was wearing a back brace and moving rigidly and she immediately inquired on my wellbeing to see if there was anything she could do to make me more comfortable. She even got me an extra fluffy pillow to put behind my back to ensure I was as restful as possible. Once I was settled she went to work straight away. She was very gentle and nimble through the complete process. To my surprise we had a nice conversation about the salon, how important customer service is to customers, and how COVID has affected their business. Then her husband Antuan joined in the conversation too. Usually at the nail salons the technicians ignore you and just have conversations with their colleagues in a different language. You sit there uncomfortably, feeling like youre spying on their private conversation that you can not understand. It was so nice to have such a pleasant chat as they pampered me. When my pedi was complete Kim helped me get up from the chair and carried my personal items to the waxing room. Ive only had my legs waxed one other time and it was not a good experience. Therfore I was a little reluctant to have my legs waxed in the first place but Kim put me at ease with her gentle and nimble work. (Well as gentle as waxing can be.) She directed me on what to do and made sure I was comfortable because of my back. She even went over both legs thoroughly to ensure she didnt miss any of those pesky hairs. When everything was complete she helped me gather my personal items and then cashed me out at the front. Before leaving she gave me a rewards card and explained how theirs worked. As I was leaving both her and Antuan said their goodbyes and encouraged me to come back soon. When I got in the car I felt like I had just spent time at my familys house and was very happy with all my services. I look forward to coming back very soon. Thank you Kim and Antuan for such a wonderful time.

    Everyone is very friendly. Kim takes especially great care of my 95-year old cousin who loves having mani-pedis done on a regular basis. Its wonderful to have the level or patience and service.

    I have been going from nail salon to nail salon trying to find the best nail salon for about 20 years now. I finally found my home. This isnt the type of place you go if you just want to hurry up and get your nails done. This is the type of place you need to schedule ahead of time and they do take their time. Ive been doing acrylic on my nails for over 20 years and this is the only place where my nails do not break unless I am careless or start biting them. I see Vinny Hotboy. But I think all of them do great work.

    My daughter has been going to a nail salon in Seffner for years. However, without an appt, we cant always get in when we can get there. So....we decided to try Trinity nails and I think well be going there from now on. They Did a great job on my daughters nails. They even give you a small back massage. Ive made an appt for next weekend, for my pedi and I cant wait !
