    Came in for a cut and all over color to just do something nice for myself. I set an appointment with Jade, and had the best experience! Not only did she make my hair look and feel healthier with a wonderful cut, but the color she recommended for me was PERFECT! I prefer effortless and low maintenance hair that can be beautifully lived in before my next appointment. Going with my root color and making it simple was just perfect. So many compliments on my hair and it’s only been a few hours since leaving. Thank you so much Jade, I really appreciate your attention to detail and just connecting. I look forward to seeing you again in February!

    Today, I went to this Ulta to grab a few things. I needed some help and had a few questions. (Im not the greatest with makeup) There was an employee there named Hannah who was available and was able to help me. I need to tell you all that this young lady was beyond knowledge about so much. From the different types of brushes with each mascara to the different textures of lip gloss. She didnt try to sell me things I didnt need. She even told me (some) stuff I had in my hands I really didnt need. She showed me great colors to go with my tattooed lips, where I would never have thought to look at those colors. (When I left, I tried that lip gloss color on, and she was on point) When I checked out, I spoke with the manager and gave Hannah praise! I highly recommend that if you go to this Ulta, ask for Hannah!

    I took my daughter in today to get her hair cut because it was so long and way too heavy. She saw Jeanette and got a cut with layers to remove the weight and my daughters reaction to seeing her new hairstyle for the 1st time is everything! I will absolutely be going back to see her again! We are so happy!

    I went into Ulta tonight and needed help finding a concealer in the correct color. I am in my 40s and havent done my make-up in over 2 years. I am getting back into it and needed MAJOR help. Amber helped me find the exact shade and also helped me find another product for my red skin! Also helped me find an awesome nail product! Amber THANK YOU SO MUCH! Excellent customer service!!!     Amber did such an amazing job putting in rainbow tinsel for my five year old! She was super patient and very helpful with tips on aftercare and helping me learn how to put the tinsel on the beads so we could get as many pieces in her hair as possible during our time a lot. She was very sweet and kind to my daughter! Just look at that smile at the big reveal! Thanks Amber!!

    I visited Ulta for the first time yesterday! I had such a great experience. I walked in not having a clue how to match my face with the right shade. Anastasia was more than helpful. She picked my shade on the first time and took time to walk me through step by step on how to apply all of it and picked out everything I needed. I’m beyond grateful for her help. She knows her stuff for sure and was so great to work with! Thank you so much Anastasia and Ulta l! You have forever customer in me.

    Im so happy to have finally found a hairdresser that suits my needs & is educated and professional. I started coming to Ulta a few months ago and Amber has been doing my touch up and new color formulation. My hair has never looked and felt so healthy. The color is perfect & Amber took her time to find the perfect formula that Im in love with for my hair. I used to travel to Orlando to an Aveda salon until I found Amber. I love her & am a new devoted Ulta customer thanks to her expertise!!

    Amber is a really great stylist! She colors my greys with an express color and it is perfect coverage lasting until the next time they grow back in. She also recommended a great cut for me and my hair falls really nicely without spending much time styling. She has a great personality and really desires to have you walk away completely happy with your hair.

    I went in today for a haircut, it was way overdue! Jeanette was absolutely lovely to me. She took her time and meticulous about making sure everything was cut properly and all the lengths and layers matched up. It was over a year since Ive had my hair cut and it was in bad shape.     I just wanted to write a excellent review of my experience at Ulta cosmetics in Brooksville. A lovely consultant named Amber helped me find all the right products. I initially came in needing help with my eyebrows because I had just had a laser procedure to remove microblading and it left me with some orange colored eyebrows as they are fading to normal skin tone.I was quite panicked and Amber was incredibly understanding and knew exactly what products to use for me to cover up the orange tone and get a natural looking brow.I was so happy when I saw how nice my eyebrows looked after she applied the products.and then from there she helped me to find a whole bunch of other items as well including press on nails and foundation blush mascara and other items as well. I definitely will be going back to Ulta for all my future beauty needs and Amber is definitely a excellent representative for Ulta if you need any professional advice or guidance on beauty products she is a person to ask!

    Im a Jeanette customer for more than 8 years and I never I had problem with her. Im traveling from Orlando for see her. She is the best stylist than I have in years. I dont understand can have people when they go to the Salon and they want to look the same like a picture or a model like a Jennifer Lopez or Kim Kardashian . When this people have different texture, lengh, color and previous chemicals in the hair.How is possible when you have foils with highlights and lowlights your head will be on fire?I dont understand? Because the hair when have foils the chemicals dont touch the scalp. This is people than they want unrealistic or a fantasy services than they cant have.This is very very good example than you cant believe everything what the people write or say.

    Ive been going to this Ulta since they opened, and Ive been using the same product for about six years now I am getting ready to turn 50 and I have felt defeated because the product I was using just wasnt working for my age skin anymore but then I had a superstar named Lee help me. And who knew that Ive been going about make up the wrong way this whole time. Lee was so comforting and so amazing, and by the time I walked out after purchasing my products, I felt like a 50 year old goddess. Thank you Lee for your extreme kindness and your help

    Very helpful. The manager at closing was a bit rude to her employee which made me sad as no one likes to be talked down to or have a customer told check out or come back tomorrow. I understand its closing but there is a way to be nice to customers spending over $200 in your store. To the employee who helped us she was wonderful, to the rude management maybe this is not their calling for a job. I felt so bad when I left for the employee she was cringing on the way up to the front knowing her manager was mad at her for talking with us and helping out.

    Went to the store to do an exchange, was greeted by a lovely sales associate. Was told easy peasy! Once I was ready for check out, the consultant noticed the powder I had in my cart may be too dark for my complexion and offered to go see if they carried the translucent powder for me. She also made sure my exchange was an even exchange, as I had used a coupon for my previous purchase. I was thoroughly pleased and loved my interaction with all of the staff at this location.

    Jayda was very helpful. Less than 24 hours away from prom and she was very calm and wanted to help even though I had no idea what I was doing. She made me feel 1000% better. She answered all my crazy questions. She was very funny and super sweet. She made me feel amazing about my prom dress when shown the picture she recommended many options.

    If you are looking for the widest selection of cosmetics, this is the place. My friend shops here both in person and online and is very happy with the rewards system. I was a bit disappointed with the limited selection of hair dye, apparently the result of the opening of the new in-house hair salon, but I didnt drop a star because they do such a great job with what they do carry.

    I went for a haircut and a blow dry. Tiffany (master hair stylist) did my hair. She is AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, professional and she did a wonderful job! I am so very pleased and will be returning.At the Cosmetics dpt I requested help with finding the right foundation and although they were super busy and with only a few employees they took the time to help me out and chose the perfect foundation. I greatly appreciate that.Prices for products and services are affordable and worth it.And everyone took safety measures wearing a mask and keeping distance; which I appreciate. There were wet tissues and antiseptic gel available.Overall, a very pleasant experience.

    Wife loves this place. They have excellent deals on gift cards during the holidays. If you spend fifty dollars, they give you an extra 10 dollars. I usually pick up a couple of gift cards for her during the holiday and her birthday.

    I use the hair salon and beauty bar. Little more than some places but worth it to me for good hair cut and color. I use Jeanette. She dies a great job. If you catch sales and clearance items you can find good deals and earn points if frequent shopping. Nice clean store .helpful staff

    Who dosent love skin care and makeup! Customer experience is good. Where I shop for all my personal needs! It is truly a one stop shop high end to drug store.     LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!! What I love more is the customer service!! These girls work great together and under pressure!! I really thought with having kids in there with me was a bad idea, but after seeing how much they went out of their way to help me, I will continue to go back and shop there.     I went into Ulta very confused about where to begin. I wanted a new skin care line and cosmetics line. In no time multiple staff members came and asked if I needed help. I was quickly guided to the person in skin care that was very knowledgeable and helped me get the products I needed. After that, she handed me off to the person in cosmetics to help me. She asked me questions, then suggested products. She did my makeover, which I felt was too heavy, so she took it off and did it again with such a great attitude! I left feeling very satisfied and taken care of.

    This store is always impeccably clean. The atmosphere is inviting. The selection of beautiful supplies is staggering. This is the only place i have seen locally that has the detangler. The only brush my daughters will use as its the only brush that will not tangle their hair. The staff are friendly, howdy, a lady came up to me to offer help and she was a bit pushy. Aside from that, the store visit went really well.

    I enjoy shopping at Ulta. Most of the time they have everything that you could possibly need. Occasionally they are out of a specific item but they generally restock within a week. This is a place that women can get lost in for hours. The decor is pleasing and of course the smell is great. It is easy to lose track of time and spend hours there.

    They stay pretty well stocked. Wish they had more of the higher end products like locations in Tampa. Dont understand why some items are available in store but cant be purchased for curbside. Employees arent always the most knowledgeable about the products but its hard to know about all the products when there are so many. Curbside pickup could be better. Other places have gone contact-less but Ulta still requires you to show your ID.

    Edited:I initially rated this store 1 Star after the incident below took place. But the salon manager Jessica reached out to me to apologize on behalf of the store. I ended up booking an appointment with her because she was so friendly on the phone. Best choice I ever made! Jessica is one of the best stylist I have ever been to. She really knows what she’s doing and is EXCELLENT with blondes. Very personable too. I had a great experience at the salon and Jessica is officially my new stylist. She gets 5 stars and a for sure recommendation.Original review:Went to book an appointment online. Put in what I needed (root touch up) and gave me the option to book at 7pm. Called to ask a question and was told by SANDRA that I couldn’t come in. She claimed a root touch up would take more than 3 hours.. I laughed at that one, she obviously didn’t want to work that night or go home early or something. So I was denied service but yet the slot was available online. Should of went ahead and booked it online but after the response I received from her I will never go to this ulta again.

    They have amazing staff that will help you find the look your going for or product that you need. They have a huge variety. I’ve also had my hair cut done there years ago. My stylist was great! They are a little pricy on some drug store brands of make up. However they do have NYX & Wet n Wild brands for when shopping in a budget.

    The smells of all the perfumes was almost overwhelming. But what can they do as many people try out the perfumes? Prices are a bit higher than what I could get on line, but they havent created smell-o-internet yet so we have to go to the B&M stores for perfumes.

    1st time shopper. This is my first time to Ulta. Im NOT a makeup lady. My daughter has worn out the Ulta magazine that a neighbor gave her. There were so many great deals! And Everything I asked about from the magazine was INSTOCK! Staff was so helpful. They tracked everything down. Never seemed bothered by my lack of beauty knowledge and even suggested some things that we didnt see in the magazine that will SURELY be a hit Christmas morning. Thank you for finding the countdown calendar for make up....and the one for bath time that we didnt see in the book!!! Our whole december is going to be filled each day with Ulta Ulta ULTA!!!! I cant wait for advent to start already. Maybe....i will become a make up girl too after our trip. Cant wait to come back!

    Im not a girly girl, but I want my skin and hair to look good as I age. This is the place I shop because I find innovative products and all my go tos.The eyebrow woman Billie is fantastic! I dont get my hair done here so I cant comment on that part and Ive never had my makeup done here but I did just make my first appointment to have a make up lesson.When purchasing products, some staff are more knowledgeable and friendly than others, as anywhere. I try to find someone wearing just as much makeup as me or the style of makeup I want to go for.The store has everything. Hair products, perfume, face serums, masks, make up in all brands, bath products and beauty products you didnt know existed.

The girls are always sweet & have their make up done up beautifully.Ive had my hair washed and cut by Brook in the salon and she did a great job. The layers were blended and I left feeling 100% better.They always have the newest Tarte pallets and I just love their rewards program.They have a birthday club too so next time youre in make sure you sign up!

    Had my hair done at the salon by Jes (Jessica) the salon manager. She was so nice and did the best job on my color & highlights and even my style. I absolutely LOVE the way my hair came out, and this was the first time I had gone to her because I moved too far to go to the stylist I used to use. I was thrilled they use all high end Redken color products, which is what had been used on my hair before. I wanted to change the color slightly to a warmer brown & less brassy blonde and she know exactly what to do & did it perfectly. Their prices are higher than Im used to paying but that has nothing to do with her, I guess thats ulta across the board, & she did give me a written estimate beforehand si there was no shock or embarrassment after she was done. I would highly reccomend her as someone who really listens to what the client wants and then can do it, as Ive had some bad experiences with colorists & stylists before, & Im someone who went to school for & had my cosmetology license in NY....

    Loved raven. Ive been there multiple times and everyone seems to rush and not take their time to show me what products looks good on me or what not. But raven took her time to show me around what it good and what isnt. There were times where Ive given up on make up but raven helped a lot. Definitely will be going back because of her.     This Ulta has been the best Ulta that I have ever been to in the Tampa Bay Area so far! They had the shade I was looking for in the IT cosmetics section for African American shades and that was very impressive because Ulta NEVER has shades for minorities...Good job Ulta Brooksville
