    I have been going to Lotus Dermatology for quite a few years and have never been disappointed!The doctors and the entire staff are consistently thorough, knowledgeable, kind and patient. Even when at their busiest, you dont feel rushed. Its a good feeling to know I am being cared for by the best!

    Very positive exrience. The office is very professional, polite, and punctual. I had no wait time before being called in for the exam. Dr Shah and her assistant were both caring and thorough. I was very pleased and comfortable with my first visit and felt very confident with the treatment.

    Dr Patel was very thoughtful and approachable when it came to figuring out what was going on with my child. He was intuitive and insightful and his enthusiasm towards finding the best solution for my child was truly appreciated. Hands down the best dermatologist in the area - we drove over an hour just to see him!

    I have recently moved to the area and started seeing Dr. Shah. I have been seen promptly at my appointment time. She has shown care when I’ve had in-office procedures done. She explained what was being done and appropriate after aftercare. I highly recommend her.

    First, Im an established patient, I called with an issue on my legs. I got an appointment for the next day. I was late because the prior appointment lasted 2.5 hours! They were still able to take me. I did have to wait when I got there, but once in, DR Shah and Becca were extremely professional and helpful.Honestly, if youre going to a dermatologist, this is the best place to be! The whole staff is cheerful and helpful. I saw the receptionist work with folks on their health insurance and what it didnt cover in an extremely professional and helpful way.Highly recommended!

    Reminder call which I appreciate. Dr Shah first dermatologist that gave full body exam. Had cancer on left hand. Dr ordered surgery and surgery was so successful there is no scarring. At all. Follow up. She is worth the hour 20 minute ride. Sean was assisting that day and was polite and respectful. Asked if I would be comfortable with him assisting and told him can always learn so I was fine with him. Awesome staff. Always respectful and pleasant to patients. Can’t say enough. God bless them all. 👍

    Our favorite doctor by far. He is caring, informative, and has a pleasant personality. Dr. Patel listens carefully to your concerns and responds quickly and professionally to your questions. Sometimes wait times are longer than expected, but he will explain the problem which is usually an emergency surgery.

    Dr Patel is extremely talented in both mohs surgery and standard skin cancer removal surgery. I have never been treated better by any dermatologist, he takes all the time needed to answer all questions and gives an abundance information on what treatment is needed, never rushing through any explanation.     The staff is very efficient and you can tell that by how busy they are but they still get their job done. If you have to wait it is completely worth it as the physicians spend as much time with you as you need it as they probably did with the patient before you.I am actually glad that the physician I saw prior is no longer with the practice so that I could begin my relationship with this new physician.My only suggestion is a call system that would remind you of your appointment prior. Unfortunately, I have missed appointments because I didn’t receive this, I am not blaming them. It is totally on me.

    Great experience all in all. Felt they had a good understanding of my issue and remembered it through follow up visits which I always respect out of doctors. As a self-pay I also felt they were being very considerate to the cost of things for me as they presented options and also allowed me multiple free follow-up visits too.My only critique really was their still going overboard with covid stuff very late in the pandemic era when I visited (like 1 person at a time in waiting room stuff, like cmon), but considering the majority of a dermatologists clientele are elderly it was at least understandable.

    The receptionists were polite and reassuring while I was having a mini panic attack about my procedure. The assistant was very kind and gentle.     I went Lotus Dermatology for basil cell cancer on my face. Met with Doctor Petal and assistants, very good initial consultation, my questions were answered throughly. Appointment scheduled 30 days later to arrange VA benefits for me. On the day of MOHS surgery everything went as scheduled.This type of surgery is done in steps to insure minimal removal of skin but to make sure all cancer was removed. Three times I went in for surgery then the removed skin was tested. After third surgery they deemed all cancer removed. Then plastic surgeon closed up incision. The whole process took about four hours. Durning this procedure I felt no pain, I was kept informed, comfortable and well taken care of. After two weeks everything seems to be going well. I will update this review after follow up visit.I WOULD DEFINITELY USE LOTUS DERMATOLOGY AGAIN.Large staff of helpful people, professional and courteous.

    I see Dr Utpal Patel on a regular basis for skin cancer checks. He is meticulous, professional and above all an excellent clinician.
