    As alwaysMy wife and I always get our screenings together. We travel an hour because we really like this practice. Therefore it is convenient having our appointments together.This practice has it’s priorities together.Very friendly staff, easy check in, short wait in the waiting room, quick and efficient intake in the treatment room. Doctor Reed is thorough, always takes the time to explain exactly what he is looking for, what he sees, and what our options for treatment are.

    I went away extremely happy with Dr, Reed, and his staff. Finally got to see a real doctor on my new patient first visit, not a nurse practicioner like most places I have tried in the past. Dr. Reed is very friendly, and down to earth. He made me feel at home in his office. He took his time and examined me, I definetly got my moneys worth , and highly recommend him to others.

At first I was frustrated with the wait but when I received my evaluation and was offered instant solutions to be handled in office during this visit I was elated. I highly recommend this team.

    Brandy is the best skin Dr around!! She and her staff from her nurse assistant to the friendly assistant at the front desk when you check in are all super nice and know their jobs so everything flows quick and efficient. Ms. Brandy treats what would be an embarrassing exam with such professionalism even shy people like myself are comfortable showing everything to her. Florida is brutal on the skin, so get checked often by the dermatologists here!

    My appointment time was set for 10:30AM. I arrived at 10:15AM to fill out paperwork. Once completed, I watched as everyone in the waiting room was taken back to be examined. New patients arrived and once again I watched as all but one patient was taken back. I asked if I had been forgotten and was told I should be next. Yet another patient was called back. Once I was finally called back, everything went along very fast. The doctor came in, introduced herself, did a thorough examination and scheduled a follow-up appointment for 6 months. Total time I was there-over 1.5 hours.

    Brandi is absolutely amazing! Very professional and she makes me feel very comfortable! As are those that come into the room with hwr.The only reason I didnt give a 5 star is because I have had issues with the billing staff in the past. Also, the person at the desk doing the check out wasnt all that friendly.

    It was my first visit to this practice and I was very impressed with Joshua Stough and his assistant, Tiffany. They were both very personable and professional. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and gentle touch. I would highly recommend Suncoast Skin Solutions to any one who is in need of a Dermatologist or even someone who hasn’t had a complete body scan in a while. Better to err on the side of caution!

    I would absolutely recommend this office. I had been to another office and they had recommended a Mohs procedure (been there, done that). I researched and discovered that Dr Reed‘s office had the radiation machine. I came to this appointment and Dr Reed gave me a third and a fourth option. I’m going to try the cream option, it’s non-invasive and I can actually put it on my entire face, if I want to, as preventative. I’ve been paying good money for IPL and peels at the Spa. I’m excited to give this a try! Tanning in my younger years, has caught up with me!

    I was seen as a walk in this morning due to my incision area looking very red and angry. They were able to work me in for Dr. Reed and his nurse to look at and prescribe an antibiotic, cold presses and a pain relief to make me comfortable.     I had my first visit at Suncoast Skin Care, and everything went perfect. I got there a little early and had some paperwork to fill out. Most of it was on a tablet, so it went fast. The MA took me back to the exam room and filled out my history. Brandy, the PA, came in and did an extensive exam, freezing many barnacles (pre-cancerous spots).Ive been to numerous dermatologists in Spring Hill. Most Ive fired for one reason or another.Brandy is a keeper. Ill be back to see her and recommend her to anyone whos spent too much time in the sun.

    Dr. Oliver Reed is the most caring physician my family has ever gone to. He is an excellent doctor and up to date on research and treatments. He is down to earth, comforting, very professional and thorough. Dr. Reed has helped our family since we were first referred to him in 2000, and has cared for us from our youngest with a rash to successfully removing cancer in our elderly grandfather. It is so comforting to have a doctor who is human and will work with you no matter how challenging the situation. I would recommend Dr. Reed with my whole heart.

    Service and providers here at Brooksville location on Cortez are very pleasant and professional.Calling Suncoast Skin Solutions is a different experience.I was given incorrect information on hours of service , specifically the HOURS of lunch break.This misinformation prompted me to change my schedule to accommodate lunch break, but………Lunch break is not the hrs. I was told so now I get to wait an hour.Suncoast Skin Solutions does NOT value my time!

    I love Brandi. She listens and offers managible solutions for dealing with aging skin. She also takes her time discussing the results of her examination. I am on an annual maintenance, but if I need to see her before my scheduled appointment, I know I will be seen.

    Very Professional. My only comment when I called for an appointment and am an existing customer the girl said I owed $5.00 and would have to pay before she could make an appointment. I paid but believe me I did not owe $5.00 because when I go that is the first thing they ask for is your copayment.I had an appointment today, October 15 and had a credit. They do a great job but not sure of their accounting procedures.

    Dr. Reed has been absolutely amazing as he takes time to sit as he listens to my questions and concerns. Once he has listened to me, Dr. Reed always explains his findings as well as the various treatment plans available. He has been treating several different conditions with consistent and complete care. Dr. Reed is extremely knowledgeable and I am very blessed to have him as treating me and my father. The Medical Assistants and the office staff have always been very professional and compassionate. When I have needed an unscheduled OV the staff have always been able help work me in to the schedule. There was one time that Dr. Reed even called to ensure I would be okay with a prescription until an appointment the next morning. The practice uses all of current technology in the office and uses various forms of technology to communicate with patients. Every skin condition could be life threatening even though it doesnt look serious, as my father experienced years ago.

    I came to Suncoast Skin Solution unsatisfied with my old dermatologist. Brandi and her assistant were polite, knowledgeable, and listened to me. They explained the side effects of different drugs and treatments to me. Overall, everyone was great, and the office was clean and well-kept.Thank you, Suncoast Skin Solutions. December 26th, I saw Brandy again. My stomach is cleared from my severe psoriasis. I still have some on my arm, legs, and lower back, but the improvement is immaculate. If you need a dermatologist, I recommend Suncoast Skin Solution.On January 3rd, my son and I saw Brandi. My severe plaque psoriasis was only on about 5% of my body, vs. when I first started, the plaque psoriasis was on about 95% of my body. Brandi is very knowledgeable, and so are her assistants. My son had severe acne on his scalp, face, back, and chest. After using the prescriptions that Brandi gave him, he is doing better. My son had an abscess on the right side of his lower back. It was big, infected, and had to have it lanced. Brandi and her assistant made sure John knew what was going to be done; he was fully numb, he was able to take breaks as needed, and he got cleaned up well. My son had this procedure done before at an urgent care, and he was in excruciating pain. We are so grateful for Suncoast Skin Solutions and the whole team in the facility at Brooksville. If you need to see a dermatologist, Suncoast Skin Solution is the place to go.

    First time there. I had made appts for me and husband, 11and 1130. When we arrived, office packed, and told his appt was at other office. What?? Apparently they have another office just down Cortez. He was not happy and cancelled that appt, so I took this one. There were 5 or 6 people in there with 11am appts. The regulars said not usually like this. There was one doc and one PA on that day, and my appt was with the PA. I was finally called back around 1220, after inquiring how much longer. The lady who took my history and the PA, Brandy, and were wonderful. They were very upset and apologetic about what happened, and the receptionist when I checked out was also. Said must have a new person at call center that also not aware of 2 Brooksville offices. I can understand how this could have happened. My husband did confirm his appt but of course never looked at the address.We will continue with this practice- but be aware of this situation.

    Super nice and professional staff, appointment at 2:00 and in at 2:00!!! They could have gone down from there by making me wait for an hour, but that didn’t happen! I was in for a complete exam as a new patient- it’s been years. All my questions were answered at the level I was comfortable with, a complete and thorough exam performed, a couple of minor warts frozen, follow-up appointment made and out by 2:30.Other Doctors should spend a day here with their staff and see how it is supposed to be done!!
