    The Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in Cape Coral are the best. Ive never had a problem with any of their services. The appointments are on time. Dr. Stephanie is great with patients and bed side care. I always enjoying visiting with her and her staff while Im there.

    Love the fact that their appointments are scheduled so you aren’t waiting forever. I’m pretty much in and out. The staff have always been pleasant. I would recommend Advance Dermatology to anyone. I see Hebert Sotomyer there and it’s like seeing someone I’ve known for years. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

    I have been going to this office for almost 20 years and they have always been wonderful. Yesterday I had my first skin cancer removal procedure and the staff was incredibly kind and caring. From the front desk to the doctors and everyone else there, I am always treated with respect and concern. I highly recommend coming here. If you are especially in need of any growth removals I recommend Dr. Singher, Summer, and their plastic surgeon (I forgot his name, Im sorry). This team of 3 was outstanding and made my afternoon very calm. The plastic surgeon was also able to stitch me up along the lining of my tattoo so no one will ever be able to tell I once had a hole cut into my back! TY

    Always efficient and thorough. Explains everything. I had mose surgery, very gentle, always kind and quick. Usually done in a timely manner.Any draw back would be the price of any dermatology issues and that if you use a credit card, you are charged an extra 3 percent.

    When they called to confirm my appointment, I was advised to dress warm. Oh yes, its very cold for me, glad I did.They have a system and we are called in for our appointments, where excellent care is given. After surgery, snacks, coffee etc is provided with other patients. Friendly time made it go faster. Glad of the snacks etc. Then called in to discuss with doctor and sent home. All in All very good service.

    I have had three melanomas, surgery and repairs at AD, my Dr. Stephanie is very thorough and has found them and Dr.s Singer and Viera extract and repair the areas with very good results. I send all my friends there as well.

    I am giving 4 stars for Jane Phillips. I wouldn’t be going to this office otherwise. The front desk people aren’t that nice and the wait time is terrible! Also the appointment call center is such a pain because they are out of the country and I mostly can’t understand what they are saying. Also if you need to get in touch with someone from the office to get a prescription filled there is no way to contact them directly. I left a message on a Friday and wasn’t called back until Tuesday. Ugh!

    Doctors and PAs are amazing. But since they have sold out and gone corporate, it is run corporate. Trying to get an appointment is a whole process, since you are dealing with a call center and not the actual office. You are blown up with appointment reminders, but they never get you in on time. Office itself has to follow corporate rules, making it more robotic than welcoming. If the practitioners werent so amazing and because it is a practice we dont have to go to frequently, we have stayed with them.

    Dr. Cambio was recommended by a friend living in our condo complex who mentioned that she was very happy with the services she received in the past. In the last month I have visited Cambio Dermatology twice for an initial evaluation and biopsy and subsequent removal of the problem area. Let me say first, that I would highly recommend the facility and services provided by the staff. Yes, its true that if you make an appointment you will most likely not see Dr. Cambio but one of her Physician Assistants. When I appeared for my appointments I was called into the clinic on a timely basis even thought there were quite a fewpeople waiting in the room. I was prepped for the removal of a skin problem in a short period of time and introduced to Jane who performed the minor surgery. Jane was not only personable with a sense of humor but more importantly efficient and highly competent. Her assistant Candace has a similar personality and has a knack for putting patients at ease. I could not have been more impressed with Jane regarding her handling of the surgery and her genuine concern to see if I had any subsequent questions. I very much felt at ease and developed a sense of trust in a short period. Based on the treatment I received I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone

    We had a very hard time finding the right location. Advanced dermatology shares the location with another dermatologist and the people downstairs did not know that advanced dermatology was upstairs when we finally got in to see Dr. Barnett we had a wonderful visit. He is very thorough and has a nice personality. It was really nice to be treated by a doctor. We will go back there again.

    The five star rating is for the staff and Doctors, but the scheduling and Assembly Line business model RECEIVES A 1 STAR OR LESS. We have been patients since DR. Andrea Cambio was in a little office on Pine Island. We know all business models are not only to serve the patients but to make a profit, but unfortunately It seems since Cambio has merged with Advanced Dermatology the model has shifted toward the Profit side of the model. Over the last 5 years we have never had an appointment that was on time and some up to an hour late. The number patients in the waiting area borders on ridiculous and in conversations while waiting we are not the only ones that feel this way. We are certain many many others would much prefer you to schedule patients so the Appointment Times are Honored and our valuable time is respected as much as we value your time caring for us. The return on investment might not be the same per minute, but over the long term the good will generated will pay huge dividends.

    Dr. Singer and Kelly are the two that come to mind. They offered me the highest quality of medical care that I have not experienced in over a decade anywhere else. Their communication and procedure skills are far above the other local dermatologists. Actually all of Cambios staff are awesome employees that care and come highly trained.

    Both my husband and I have been going to Advanced Dermatology for seven years. Every visit - with two different Physician Assistants and a change of ownership - has been smooth, professional, and efficient. We were disappointed when our first PA left but were very pleased when we first saw Tom Pino more than six years ago. As seniors, now in our 80’s, we appreciate the level of care, thoroughness, and consideration Tom has consistently provided over the years. Our previous experiences with dermatological exams and treatment, in California and Virginia, were with only MDs. Our treatment by Tom Pino has been as thorough and effective as any we received in CA and VA.Over the years, Tom detected malignant growths on both of us, took shave biopsies, and had us seen and treated by the physician, Dr. Singer, for MOHS surgery. What great work by the surgical team and follow up by Tom. Scars are almost invisible.We highly recommend this practice and PA Tom Pino, in particular.

    Dr. Cambio and the staff at Cambio Dermatology are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The office area is always clean and inviting and the staff always takes time to listen to your concerns and meet your needs. Dr. Cambio is an amazing dermatologist and is willing to spend extra time To answer your medical questions. She is compassionate, caring, and concerned for the well being of her patients.     The check in pad didn’t work. Filled out all info needed and it didn’t go through.I think when a biopsy is taken it would be better to call one way or the other. Not only if it’s bad news. It makes for a tense two week fearful of a call.

    Dr Singer was the most personable and kind man, I was diagnosed with basilcell carcinoma and had to have it removed and I felt more then comfortable with him we conversation all the way through the procedure, thank you dr singer you are the best!     This is the best place for skin issues. Very through check-ups. When I leave the office I have peace of mind that anything questionable found will be taken care of immediately. Everyone is friendly and there is the highest level of professionalism. I see Henry Sotomayor and he is knowledgeable and thorough.

    Great dermatologist office. Prompt service a majority of the time, which means no long waits.. Friendly staff. Not nearly as biopsy crazy as my previous one, who wanted to take multiple biopsies every time I went. Now, only when it is justified.

    It was the Cambio Dermatology building on Del Prado Boulevard that caught my attention after buying sandwich at WaWa, nearby. I thought to myself, “Wow, what a nice building.” Looks like they must be very successful to have such a nice building. I reasoned that it must be well organized and well run.I had some skin tags I wanted removed and I also wanted a general dermatology checkup. I made an appointment.On the day of my appointment I showed up and was greeted by the staff at front desk. I noticed there were maybe ten people sitting in chairs waiting to see a doctor or physician’s assistant. Busy office. That’s good.My name was called after a very short wait and I was led to an examining room by a staff member. Soon the assistant to PA Jane appeared and asked me a few questions. PA Jane soon joined us and gave me a dermatology once over. She immediately identified two suspicious growths and then proceeded to freeze several skin tags. I was to return in a few days for biopsies of the two suspicious growth. One turned out negative but the other was a basil cell carcinoma which was removed by Dr. James Singer, who then applied some stitches. I’ll be getting the stitches removed in a few days.My experience with Cambio Dermatology was positive in every way, the staff, the facility, and the workflow all reflected professionalism.So at least in my case you can indeed sometime tell a book by its cover!

    I have attended Cambio Derm. For many years. I am plagued with skin cancer and pre cancer issues. They always treat me with respect and are congenial and kind. I have never had issues with scheduling and have never had to wait for an appointment and they have been numerous. Their knowledge and expertise enable them to deal with my skin issues. The care I obtain has most probably prevented serious cancers.My wife also goes to Cambio and she is lucky enough to just have to go once a year for skin checks. We love the staff there!!
