    I got a referral to this clinic. I was very please with the welcoming front desk staff. I met my injector and explain my previous bad experiences and she was very attentive and listen to me. She assured me that she could accomplish what I was looking for and that I would have a follow up visit if I had any issues. So far a great experience and very reasonably price. I think this will be my go to for botox and dysport.

    Since I moved to the area, I’ve been going here For Botox and other services. I’ve loved everything I’ve had done and the staff is amazing! It is beautiful when you walk in and they make you feel welcomed! They definitely know what they’re doing and I highly recommend them!

    Very professional, clean and inviting atmosphere. Krystal was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the way she does her treatments. I am an esthetician of 4O years myself, and was Krystal that I had previously booked treatments at two other local highly reviewed med spas, Both of them called me to cancel the day my appointment. So glad it happened, because I am really impressed with Anne Therese and Krystal 🩵

    This place is AMAZING! The inside is beautiful and clean. Laura at the front desk is welcoming and super sweet. Michelle was the assistant who got me settled before Ali did my injections. She was very friendly and also super sweet. Ali was knowledgeable, professional, and did a fantastic job. I needed a new place, and I’m glad I chose Anne Therese. Everyone there is awesome, and they all do a fabulous job.

    Beautiful and sleek interior, friendly and helpful staff. You feel comfortable the minute you walk in. Listened to my concerns and expected outcomes and provided a overall treatment plan. Love the ZO products, have seen a definite improvement in less than 6 months.

    Alison is the best injector! I have had problems with Botox causing sagging in my inner eye area. Not only was she able to correct that she used Botox to raise my eyes in a subtle way.Alison also does my filler and it’s perfectly natural. I’ve never trusted anyone more!!

    Highly Highly Recommend!! I am so very happy with my results! This was my first time here. I opted for lip fillers, cheek fillers, and Botox. Dr. Anne Therese is truly an artist. So very professional and sweet as a button! I didn’t feel rushed, and she & Alli (her NP), made sure I was always comfortable. The office is absolutely stunning. You don’t even feel like you’re in a Dr.’s office. The entire staff is so friendly. I will definitely use their services again in the future. I can’t thank them enough.

    Firstly, what a beautiful office! So clean and inviting with all the sparkle and Glamour a woman could ask for. I was greeted by a wonderful front desk coordinator and Was greeted by the doctor herself who is a very uplifting and beautiful woman. You can always tell if someone does great work with injections when you see what they look like! I was then greeted by a nurse practitioner who did a wonderful job with explaining and sharing that I didn’t need very much. Again, I cannot tell you how important that is and should be to anyone having things injected they should be honest and they were.Since I’m leaving this review after the hurricane I just wanted to say I really hope you’re able to rebuild the damage and are up and running sooner than later :-) Spas like yours should be in business 24/7 as there’s not many like this one! Thank you for the great experience and for the great results! I will be back probably not in Ohio but certainly in Florida wishing you all well during this very difficult time.

    I walked in looking like a basset hound with big bags under my eyes and marionette lines. It had been a long time since I had any filter done so I was in desperate need. I was a little nervous because in the past it had always been a painful experience. Dr. Anne was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure I had no discomfort. Best experience I have ever had. And to top it off, ZERO bruising! I had SIX vials and no bruising. The results are perfect.The office is beautiful. The staff friendly and very informative. Parking is a bit tricky. You need to go around to the back and park in the public lot (directly behind the building).

    As soon as you enter this place you are out of the real world! It’s clean and beautiful inside! You are welcomed by this very nice front desk lady with a big smile! You are offered a very very good tasty European coffee)) and treated with love and care! Alison - nurse practitioner was my Botox specialist! She showed me her professional skills and knowledge by explaining how each facial muscle works and what could be possible expectations after having Botox in each particular muscle and what facial changes would happen! It was VERY informative! She was very patient and she has this magic touch I could not even feel any pain from injections! I was very pleased with the services!

    From entering the extremely clean and freesh office I was greeted the receptionist was friendly and made great coversation. Alison the NP took her time to review my online forms and was very knowledgeable about all procedures. I was impressed that she showed me the bottle so I would feel comfortable I was getting correct product. Alison did not try and oversell me. I am very conservative with injections and she was on the same page. Less is better we can always add more. I felt extremly comfortable I had only been to one other estetician in my previous state and was nervous about going somewhere new. I will be returning to this clinic.     Consult was fantastic, and detailed! The amount of time Hannah took was just patient, and explained how diff parts of your face require more intense injections than others.Then Dr. Anne. Was gentle, conversational, kind, honest and open.This is the best experience Ive ever had and I used to go to Gramercy Park NYC.Dont go elsewhere these ladies know what they are doing with class, care, and kindness!

    I went in for a consultation for Dysport and actually left with having received treatment! I was so happy! I am very pleased with the woman who treated me, her patience in explaining all the possibilities there were, and in the cleanliness and quick tour she gave me of the facility.     Being a RN I am extremely picky about where I have my med spa services.To top it off, I am new to the area. I saw a FB add that struck me. I usually would never pick based on an ad I saw. I followed my gut and I am so happy as I was very impressed.I got medical forms emailed to me to complete prior to my appointment. Arriving by GPS direction, parking was a tad cumbersome. There is limited street parking and then parking behind the building but you have to drive around. GPS didnt know that. Lol!Arriving inside was a gorgeous, modern med spa. I was greeted immediately and offered a drink of water or coffee and given a first time patient gift. The facility is very clean. I had very minimal wait to be called in to a room that was equally as clean and beautiful.I had a thorough consultation of my concerns and previous treatments. Also the options available to me were explained in detail as well as associated cost. No surprises here. I just had my routine round of Botox this time but cant wait to get scheduled for more services. I have found my place! Book an appointment, you will love it there.
