    I have been coming here for almost a year now and Lizabet not only does an amazing job, she makes me feel like family. I love coming here every two weeks to have some “me” time and I ALWAYS have a great experience. She knows exactly how I like my nails and the polygel keeps my nails strong.     My favorite nail salon forever!! The staff is so kind and professional, and their work is just stunning! They do gel instead of acrylic, which leaves my nails looking so elegant and dainty. Every set they have done have brought me so much joy. Love love this place ❤️

    What a great experience everyone is super nice. My daughter came to get her builder gel nails done. They did an amazing job. The prices are great. While I waited, I saw the other nail technicians working and everyone was doing a great job.Thank you Lizabeth we love how you do nails, will definitely be back ❤️

    My wife and I have never tried the Gel X before going to this nail salon. It is do much better than acrylic and we were extremely impressed with the quality! Thank you for introducing us to a healthier option for our nails as well as a better looking outcome! They are a light as your real nails and they are as durable as acrylic. We are very happy and will be back!

    My daughter and I visited for the first time, and we had a fantastic experience. Elizabeth did my daughters nails, and they turned out even better than we expected. I highly recommend this place for a refreshing experience and beautiful nails!

    I love my nails and i’m very picky and this place did a wonderful job. They are not thick and did exactly what I asked. This is definitely a hidden gem. It’s a little hard to find it’s in the building on the second floor.

    Ernesto did my nails. Pedicure was spectacular, wonderful massage, toes look great. Then did my nails again a fantastic job, massage was awesome. Price was the best in the area, I called around.They both are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable!!Will definitely be going back!

    This is the BEST salon in the Cape Coral area. I got my nails done somewhere else on vacation (gel-x nails) and they came out horrible, crooked, and so thick so I had to take them off asap. I still wanted to get my nails done for an event coming up, and Im so glad I tried Empathy Nails! Ernesto did such an amazing job with the builder gel, and my nails feel even better than when having gel-x nails on. Theyre smoother and more natural looking. I chose to keep it clear but then put a very light nude on top, but theyre so strong, and he took his time with shaping, filing, and applying the gel. Its a small salon so I highly encourage to call and make an appointment if you can. I will most definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone!

    Ive been going to Ernesto for about 1 1/ 2 yrs. My nails always look perfect and natural. Before I found him I tried several salons ( some very well known) and none of them compare. You will not be disappointed.

    Ernesto is the best! His shop is clean and conveniently located in downtown Cape Coral. I got a gel pedicure and it was incredibly relaxing. He was very gentle and did exactly the nails I asked for! I HIGHLY recommend Empathy Nails, can’t wait to go back!!

    Went here for my 1st time for a pedicure and Lizbeth did the best pedicure Ive ever had! So hard to find a good pedicure who buffs the toes and the entire foot! Also the longest massage which is very important to me. I finally found a great place to go to. Thank you for a great experience 😊

    My mom and I got our nails done here! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. My mom got her first set a gel X extensions, with a French manicure. I got the gel builder set and a gel removal. Both manicures turned out amazing and have maintained well so far! We are going back for a mani-pedi date in two weeks! Highly recommend this place 😀

    I’ve been going to impathy nails for about 1 years and a half. Ernesto is my technician and he is the best nail tech, I’ve ever had! He’s work ethic and professionalism is out of this world. He’s very detailed with he’s work and makes sure you leave with perfect nails. Their salon is very cozy clean and welcoming. He’s wife is a sweetheart and I love it’s a family own business. Ladies you won’t regret it, check them out. I’ve tried every nail salon in Cape Coral and they are my number #1.

    This was definitely a personal and amazing visit. I read everyones reviews, and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted as if I were family. When I asked one of the owners the meaning behind their name, I was genuinely pleased by her response.The meaning is exactly as the word. I LOVE IT!!!!🥰

    I have been coming to Empathy Nails and getting my nails done with Elizabeth for about 3 months now and I can honestly say it’s the best nail salon in the Cape! Very clean, professional, and calm, you feel so pampered and well taken care of when you’re here. My nails always come out fabulous and they last me over 4 weeks (I get gel manis and regular pedis). I am so happy I found them and recommended them to my family and friends. I absolutely love that they are by appointment so you are always serviced promptly. It is extremely easy to make an appointment and they always remind you of your upcoming appointment. Highly recommend!

    Ernesto gave me a new set of nails today together with a hot stone pedicure. I feel very pampered. Ernesto uses a new nail product…not acrylic or gel but a new polymer gel that is better for your nails. I’m very happy with how they look. Supposedly the nails will last longer and I won’t need fills for 3-4 weeks. I’ll let you know. In the meantime give Ernesto a call. Great guy!

    My daughter and I had a positive experience with Elizabeth and Ernesto. The service was good, and I had exactly what I requested for my pedicure...no wounds! I especially enjoy the fact that they have days open where one can not normally get a pedicure or manicure! I also found their prices to be reasonable in relation to other salons in the area.

    I can’t even tell you how great this place is. A young couple that are so sweet and so very kind. I have never had a pedicure that I have enjoyed so much! My manicure turned out beautifully. She was very meticulous and didn’t rush. It was worth every penny and I have never felt like this with other places. Thank you to my friend Marilyn who found this gem!!

    This is a hidden gem off 47th Terrace! It’s a little difficult to find as they are upstairs, and there’s no outside signage, but well worth the search! Meticulous job, lots of colors to choose from, and reasonable prices.

    What a pleasant surprise! My wife and I were having coffee Sunday morning. We both wanted a pedicure, but most shops are closed until Tuesday. Empathy Nails was open, we scheduled 2 pedicures. When we parked outside their building, we were a little skeptical as its a building that is undergoing vendor changes.To our surprise, Ernesto and his wife Elizabeth gave both my wife and I a terrific pedicure. They are skillful, and gentle. They handled my ingrown nails better than a pediatrist. Even better, their price points are such that you can leave them a large tip and still be less than a couple of the beauty shops. Wonderful discovery!

    I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! They were so kind, polite, and professional. They also gave the best and most relaxing massages! The salon is very clean, cozy, and peaceful. I highly recommend!! :)At other salons, my dip powder manicure comes out thick and lumpy, but they were very attentive and made it look SO natural. I can’t stop looking at my nails!

    New nail spot guys:So I am a very loyal customer and I been going to the same nail salon for 2+years straight.....The last 2 visits had me a little tapped because they were rushing and they actually gave me fungus on one nail the last visit ( I wasnt happy). I wont call out the spot because I understand everyone needs a bag but I did let them know to be careful with other clients and that I will not be returning there. I decided to try this spot and loved it Ernesto is a one man show (independent), he was professional, knowledgeable, he took his time,and he was using sterile instruments. He gave me a 20% discount as a new customer and he spoke English and Spanish. I would recommend this place and will be returning in 2 weeks.

    Im on vacation with my family and me, my mother and my neice went to get our nails done. The owner was very nice. He was fast, all our nails look fantastic and it wasnt as expensive as I first thought it would be. Definitely recommend if youre in the area and want a full set, fill in or just a plain manicure.
