Recently moved and wanted to find a new more convenient salon. They were able to accommodate a same day late appointment. The price was very good. Everyone was very friendly, lots of color choices. Have to see how they hold up, but pretty sure I found my new spot!

Mai and her staff do a very good job. Ive never had to wait for my appointment. Polish selection is good. Technicians are skilled and keep appointments running smoothly. Less busy from3:00pm on. Excellent range of open hours. Flat screen TV is usually on to watch. All pedicure station chairs have built in variable massagers.

Best nail salon in the Cape. I went through at least 6 salons before finding Cory to do my nails. I stopped going when Covid came through, last year I picked back up and he does an amazing job every time. I find it unreasonable that walk ins who cant be accommodated write bad reviews for them, I always see them going out of their way to find a way to get you serviced however, if they are booked they are booked. Call ahead will always be better. Additionally, I dont think it is rude that they speak in their native language to each other as some have indicated in their reviews. You eat in restaurants from different cultures and they speak their native language so what is the difference? They communicate in English to customers and I see them greet everyone. Great place, great service!

I am THE PICKIEST person when it comes to my dip nails and I’ve been to so many nails salon in Cape because no one seems to get it right with the look but also the quality but Mai Nails is by far the best salon I’ve tried. I have gotten my Dip nails done by Mai herself and her husband and each time they come out looking perfect and lasts a full 3 weeks with no chipping, lifting or any issues whatsoever. I also get a regular pedicure and kid you not my polish lasts a full 3 weeks without chipping. Every time I go the phone doesn’t stop ringing which is a testament to their popularity. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a high quality mani and pedi, specially dip powder!

This was my first time getting my nails done for a wedding I was going to. Mai was able to squeeze me in and do my nails with french tips. When she was done I was absolutely amazed and couldnt believe these were my nails on my hands. While Im Im getting my nails done, my friend was having a pedicure. The lady rushed my friend through the pedicure so quickly that my friend felt like the pedicure was only half done. All in all, the place was very clean and inviting, and the employees there were very friendly. Prices are pretty much the same at this nail salon as they are in surrounding ones.

Depends who you get to do your nails. Also, I don’t know if it’s still the case but a few years ago when my neighbor, who is retired and doesn’t go out and do much shopping, but she does like to get a pedicure. She went there she and used her debit card to pay on two different occasions. Coincidentally, right after that, someone use her debit card. The first time she brushed it off to a coincidence the second time she realize she hadn’t used her debit card in months, and it was used right after she went here. Each time her debit card was used to buy something that she did not order. She looks at a bank account every day so she she was able to stop each order. but it appeared that her debit card was hacked after she was there. So now when I go there, I always just use cash.

I love this place. First time I’ve been for a manicure and two years because I play the harp I need my nails really short. Going out of town and wanted to get a little more late it’s something I wouldn’t have to worry about while I’m on my trip. She did a wonderful job I will be coming back. My nail tech is Ruby.

Made appointment this morning. Arrived and was seen on time. Great selection of colors in dip. Gel and regular polish. Technician did a great job on my long overdue mani-pedi.Wish the hand massage was a little better, but seems difficult under the clear barrier. Still left feeling super relaxed.

Hadn’t been here before and because of Covid-19 was a bit hesitant to try somewhere new! Was more than pleasantly surprised. So clean and definitely following social distancing protocol. Wide range of services, decent prices. Will certainly return again..side note, got gel pedicure over 2 weeks ago and still looks like I just got it done!

Tange is FANTASTIC! I walked in with the worst feet- they needed a LOT of work! I left with brand new feet! She gave an incredible pedicure! I highly recommend her and the deluxe pedicure!!! Salon was clean, friendly, efficient and great work! Now I just wish I lived here so I could come all the time! I will be back when we come back in town! I highly recommend this location for locals and visitors alike!

First time customer,walk in around 10am on saturdaywith my my daughter. No wait! We both got pedicures. Hannah did a good job, its not a fancy/upscale nail salon but the staff was friendly enough. Ill go back again.

They seemed very nice when they were speaking English. Im not sure if the people that run the nail places dont realize how rude it is to speak their native language when you dont have a clue what theyre talking about or if they just dont care. I also think their prices are a little high but I was pleased with the results.
