Ive been going here for a couple of years, but I have had manicures and pedicures on and off from other salons for the last 20 years. Those that are new to the salon, know ahead of time that their methods are different from other salons. They dont have the giant massage chairs or vibrating foot spas like some nail salons. Also, they dont soak hands or do major cuticle trimming, but they said its to prevent infections and for acrylics to last longer. I never preferred cuticle trimming because multiple nail techs over the years said to me that once you trim them, they grow faster and you have to keep trimming them forever. Ive been to other salons that go right into trimming without asking and I hate that. For Gel pedicures, they soak and scrub feet after applying polish in a normal tub of water to also prevent infections.Since going to Pro Files, Ive had no infections, my cuticles stay short and my nails are durable as long as Im careful in my everyday life which for me is more important than anything. Also very important is to make sure you state ahead of time what you want done in your manicure, if you want to have nail art, gems, or something like Ombre French tips, make sure to be scheduled with nail techs who specialize in that because some nail techs dont have that experience level yet or prefer not to do it. Kristi also is very personable, and delightful, has finesse with filing, and can do a variety of nail art while securing gems when I get them. None of my acrylics lift off from my nail bed before 3 weeks. I get tons of compliments on my nails. I highly recommend this salon and Kristis services, but Ive had great experiences with other techs with repairs and pedicures like Tiffany, Dena, Nicole, and Penelope. Also, the atmosphere is very welcoming. Scheduling is very organized and accommodating considering how busy they are.I recommend booking a few weeks ahead of time when possible, it makes things go smoother, especially around tourist season.

Ive been going to ProFiles since January of this year. Ive worked with Sam, Abby, and Penelope. They are all really great and fun to work with! Highly reccomend! These are just some of the nails Ive gotten done here!2023 update: I mostly see Penelope! Shes great and I highly recommend. All the ladies are super professional and fun to work with. They also have plenty of extra seating if you need to bring someone with you- like a kiddo, a hubbie, a friend, etc. Even when I go in without a clue what I want, I always leave totally thrilled with what I get. I am engaged as of last year and I have every intention of getting my wedding nails here. Love this place!

Im new to the area and have been looking for a good nail salon. Well I can finally say I found my pot of gold! As I walked in the doors I was greated with a bright friendly salon and smiling faces.I was trying something new and Christine was very patient and explained to me the differances and benifits of each option. Her work was flawless and she carried on a friendly conversation with me. She picked up very quickly on my love for sparkle and brought out the glitter and a beautiful ombre design.The salon was bright and cheereful and very clean. Id like to know their secret to keeping the salon spotless with all the nail dust comming off of just my nails.I cant wait to go back for my pedicure next week! You cant go wrong booking an appoinment with them. You wont regret it!

Always have an excellent experience. Only twice in the all the years Ive been coming have I had a mishap with a nail and it is always promptly fixed. That means great products and great techs.I always get compliments on my nails...Jessica and Nicole have done my nails and Heather does my toes!! Great group of ladies, lots of fun!!!

This salon is hands down the best! There are SO many options to choose from. All the nail techs are super friendly and have awesome personalities. They care about you and listen to you. Plus they all speak English! Im always thrilled with my nails. If you want amazing nails this is the place to go. The owners Ami and Traci are the best people. Ive NEVER been unhappy when I leave.

Went for my daughters 13th birthday, she had a specific design in mind for her 1st set of acrylics and I wasnt sure where to take her, but Sam managed to do the design and the shape of nails she wanted. Abby did mine and they came out wonderful. Will definitely go back and totally recommend.

By far the best salon I’ve ever been to!! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! My mom and I have been going here for years we are always very happy. My nails always last for at least two weeks sometimes a month. Jessica and Nichole are the best of the best!!

I love this location! I used to go to the one off Pine Island Rd but the girls here are so enthusiastic and love to talk conversation with you and not just do your nails. Nicole did a beautiful job on my nails for prom, I am in love with them! Highly recommend this store, everyone inside is great!

My daughter and I have our nails professionally done only twice a year. We decided to give Profiles on Del Prado a try since it is just across the street from where I work. We brought pictures of what we wanted and they were able to do both requests. We will probably go back to them and more than twice a year!

By far this is the friendliest Profiles in this area. I go for acrylic nails and all the girls are super nice. The girls who sign you in are really welcoming no matter what you look like (or feel like at the time). Jess is my nail girl now and she is awesome. I actually tried a couple of nail techs before I found one that I felt understood what I wanted and how I felt about nails. The fact that you can move to other people to find the right match is what sells this location for meThey will never tell you they cant do something until theyve exhausted all other possibilities. Very professional staff. These people know what theyre doing. You guys rock.Of note: If you break a nail, whether its your fault or theirs, they will fix your nail for free. Come by at quarter to the hour and they will do that.

They did gel with nail tips fill. Was cute but I have been four times. Pricing is high and my nails are always very sharp and don’t seem to be filled soft, otherwise the designs are amazing and they are fast.

A little pricier than most but worth it! Nails last MUCH longer here than any typical nail place because they dont glue on tips and instead build the whole nail. They always shape them exactly how i ask and they have a huge variety of colors, glitter, and the chrome is really pretty too.

My daughter left Pinque Nail Bar in tears because of the mess they made. Headed over to see Robin at Profiles who immediately made time to fix their mistakes. Her nails are perfect and she’s so happy. My wife and daughter will never try another salon. The experts at Profiles can’t be topped or even matched.

I love this salon! I feel very relaxed and not stressed when getting my nails done. gel manicure and pedicures are my favorite and last almost two whole months for me personally. I am planning on setting up a hair appointment with them as well as soon as I get my next paycheck. and also they have very reasonable pricing.
