Fabulous! I searched (3 other spas) to find the right one! Katherine is amazing. Not only very warm, welcoming, and sweet….but a fantastic massage therapist. She checks in about the room temperature, amount of pressure….asks about any specific issues, and always asks what my needs are each time. I have had approximately 20 massages with Katherine and will continue to go back. She does a fantastic job of reaching all areas. If I need more in a specific area, she always focuses on what is requested. I highly recommend Katherine! -

Came on vacation to FL with my husband and two teens and we wanted to include some relaxation on an upcoming rainy day. Called this spa based on reviews and had a response for 4 massages within the hour. Super responsive and really enjoyed our massages...felt amazing when we were done. Very professional and clean which is super important to me having my kids getting a massage. Highly recommend. Thanks Serenity Spa ♥️ -

I came to Serenity Spa after dealing with a very painful hamstring issue which began after a total knee replacement. Carissa, the delightful young lady in reception listened patiently as I described my issue. She was able to book me that same afternoon with Tammie. Upon arrival, Tammie listened and asked questions and then began to massage the area. Within minutes she had located the issue, explained it to me, and proceeded to massage. I left feeling so much better. That evening, I slept through the night with no muscle spasms or pain. I hadnt slept through the night in 7 weeks. Thank you to the wonderful ladies at Serenity - youve earned a customer for life! -

This Wellness/Massage studio is very clean, calming and softly lit. My masseuse was Tammie and she understood exactly what I needed and provided the temporary relief from pain I was seeking. I had recently had heart surgery and my back and shoulders were in knots. I will definitely be returning, in fact next week. The unusually authoritative strident receptionist introduced a bit tension into my experience but I just chalked that up to her age. I know she was very convinced she was carefully guarding my and the spa’s safety -

I love this place! Sandra gives a great massage and the facial products are top of the line. Everyone there is spectacular. The spa is inviting, clean, organized, and provides a great overall experience. I look forward to each of my visits. I love this place! It so relaxing. As I walked into Serenity Spa the ambiance and wonderful fragrance had me relaxed already. I was greeted by friendly staff and was in the massage room within minutes. Katherine was amazing, she listened and asked questions about what I needed and then delivered. I was so relaxed and refreshed after the massage. -

OMG what a fabulous experience! Katherine did an outstanding jobs getting all my knots out, I was so overdue for a massage. I felt very relaxed and refreshed when she finished. I loved the entire atmosphere. This is the first massage that I didnt feel like I needed a shower afterwards....amazing! I will definitely be back! -

Tracey was attentive to what I needed. I got a massage and facial and she was fantastic. Ill be rescheduling some self care for sure. Use to go to those monthly memberships but you get what you pay for and this is not only just as affordable, you get to enjoy, relax and not be upsold in the middle of it.THIS is a perfect gift for anyone!5 star business for sure! -

Tracy listened to me, and she knew what questions to ask to help me identify my massage therapy needs. Then she went to work, and knew exactly what to do to bring relief to the tension and pain I am struggling with. She understood the underlying sources of the pain I was experiencing and how to work on them. She is professional, and knowledgeable, and I would even say gifted in her craft. -

Best massage Ive had in years. Ive got three bad discs in my neck and am having a terrible flare up. Tracy was great in focusing on my problem area and really working on my sore muscles. The rest of the staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating! I will be a repeat customer for sure. -
