I had the pleasure of visiting New Concept Beauty for the first time during a charity event they hosted to support a crucial cause - combating human trafficking. The owner’s generosity in providing her facility for such an important event speaks volumes about the ethos of the salon. Their support didn’t stop there; attendees were offered a one-time discount on the array of services they offer, ranging from eyebrows and lashes to facials and permanent jewelry.I decided to try their lash extension service and was impressed by the experience. Though the prices are on the higher end, the value is undeniable. The salon itself is beautifully designed, creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. The staff’s communication and customer service were exceptional, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of.The quality of the lash extensions was top-notch although I didn’t realize they only last 2 weeks 🥹, still reflecting the high standards they maintain in every aspect of their service. Adding to the appeal is their rewards program for repeat customers, a thoughtful touch that encourages loyalty and provides added value.New Concept Beauty is more than just a beauty salon; it’s a place where quality meets compassion. Their commitment to both their craft and the community sets them apart, making them a gem in the beauty industry. I am already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend this salon to anyone seeking premium beauty services in a place that truly cares.

This was my first time getting a haircut with Misty, and I couldn’t be happier! She kindly fit me in for a same-day appointment and recommended a fantastic cut that works perfectly with my straight hair. Not only did she style it beautifully, but she also made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Now I’m ready for a date night with my husband, feeling confident and refreshed! I’m so glad to have found such a talented stylist in my new hometown. Thank you, Misty—you’re amazing! I’ll definitely be coming back!

If you want the best quality for a facial or everything you may need I will definitely recommend you to come to New Concept Beauty. I love my birthday present it was the best pampered that I got this beauty bar makes you feel like you are in the spa. I definitely recommend everyone to go see the owner Deanna and make an appointment with her, she does amazing job and I am happy with the results that I got that I definitely will be coming back to see Deanna so I get my facial, bower wax and face wax with this amazing lady she the sweetest person ever.

I had a hydrating facial by Deanna. It was by far one of the best facials I’ve experienced. She was very generous with massage time (even on my scalp) and she used all natural products which is the most important thing to me. I felt feeling relaxed, renewed and my skin was glowing and hydrated. The ambiance in this beauty bar is very relaxing and it’s beautiful as well. Not to mention that Deanna is the sweetest person ever. Highly recommend!!!!Additionally, I recently went in for the new Head Spa treatment that the spa is offering. It was the most relaxing experience ever! Not only were there multiple techniques used to treat my scalp and hair, but also there was a facial and neck massage included which made the experience even more relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and renewed. The next few days I noticed my scalp felt fresh and my hair looked nice and healthy. I’m definitely going again soon. Next time I’m going with my sister and making it a girls day because there are 2 beds so you can go with your spouse or a friend. Below you will find photos of me getting the head spa treatment. You will see there is even steam applied to your scalp. Highly recommend!

The beauty bar felt more like a spa in a prestigious resort. You are captivated by the rainforest decor and all the elegant touches through the entire space. There’s so much beauty to be found in the subtle richness of the decor. I was concerned about doing the eyebrow tinting. When I had the process done almost four years ago, my daughter said I looked like an angry bird and said my eyebrows scared her. So, the look was not very natural on me. Diana knew exactly how to achieve a more natural look and I love it so much. The tint is not overwhelmingly dark which doesn’t give my face a weird look. She was so incredibly kind! The entire staff was an absolute pleasure to be around, especially Reagan. Not only are you going to receive top notched service but you will be met with a friendly caring staff.

This was my first experience at New Concept Beauty and I don’t think I’ve passed someone I haven’t told about it since. I saw Heather for Needless Lip filler. She was sensational! I have never had lip filler before and was a little nervous. She explained the entire process to me before we started. She asked me what I was hoping to get out of this appointment and set my mind at ease. It was absolutely painless. I had minimal swelling and slight bruising after which is entirely normal but Heather prepared me prior and even supplied me with Arnica Oil to take home. Getting your finger pricked hurts more. She asked me numerous times about my pain or discomfort (which I never had) which made me even more confident she genuinely cared about my experience. I wish I took a before picture (Heather took both before and after photos) but this picture is 24 hours after. The entire space is super clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was super friendly and all complimented my lips as I left. I will absolutely be going back again and sending all of my friends.

I get my hair done with Lauren and I absolutely love her no complaints about her whatsoever she just moved to this salon and it’s beautiful but I was literally sweating the entire time. It was so hot here my hair was getting frizzy by the time I was getting ready to leave, it felt like the AC was broken.**Editing my original review to say that I came in to see Lauren again and the AC was fixed it feels great!

I came for the grand opening and it was so amazing! I got a permanent jewelry (anklet) done by Katelyn and it was super fast and looks amazing! She was very kind and professional!
