I had a fantastic haircut with Gabi! As soon as I stepped in, the staff greeted me with big smiles and made me feel right at home. Gabi was super attentive throughout the whole process, checking in to make sure the cut was just what I wanted. She even offered me a nice hot tea or coffee while I was getting my hair done! You definitely won’t regret visiting this place. Make sure to ask for Gabi and don’t miss out on adding some fairy hair for that extra sparkle!

I love the salon. It’s so clean and professional and the entire staff is so nice. I always have difficulty keeping my appointment because of my schedule change, but they are always so accommodating and kind. Just be prepared with cash or a separate app to be able to tip your stylist, I wish there was an easier way to tip them while you were paying, but otherwise I love this location and would recommend it to anyone!

Clove Aveda/Sue has been my one and only Salon/Stylist for 13 plus years. I set my weekly apts. for a year in advance. Sue is outstanding beyond my every expectation with perms, color, cut, conditioning, etc. Clove Aveda is always clean, healthly and sanitized. The products are all-natural, love the hand creams, makeup, eye liners, shampoo and conditioners. The employees are professional, friendly, beyond my every consideration, the front desk girls meet me each week with my bottle of water in hand as they greet me by name. I do appreciate the gift cards that make my check- out quick and easy. Thank you all.

Positives: Everyone at Aveda is friendly and helpful. My stylist does a great job coloring my hair. She is concerned with my comfort and satisfaction. The salon is clean and has much beauty merchandise to offer its customers.Negatives: Aveda recently raised their prices MORE THAN 10%. My salary never went up that much!! Also, I have fine, thin hair and my stylist struggles to blow dry and style my hair??? This is why I give them 4 stars instead of 5 stars.

I would definitely recommend Clove Salon especially Lily. When she colored my hair we discovered after about 5-10 minutes after she put the color on that I am allergic to something in their solution. Lily was very concerned and immediately rinsed and washed the solution out of my hair. Although I can’t get my hair colored there, I will continue getting it cut by Lily. The salon is clean and everyone there is helpful and friendly.

I recently moved to Florida from Pittsburgh and was getting my haircut at an Aveda salon there. I was so pleased with the services I received there that I immediately searched for an Aveda salon in Clermont. Clove Salon is now my home salon! The minute you enter the salon the staff are friendly and welcoming. I have been there twice and Lily has cut my hair both times. I couldnt be more pleased with my hair. She is friendly, professional and asks for my input as to what Im looking for with my hair. The salon is clean and very organized. The prices are reasonable forthe quality of services received.

Tory is the best stylist my hair has had. Does a great job! Recommended great products. I always feel beautiful when I leave her chair.I really wish the front desk would actually make my appointment without trying to schedule me with someone else, every time I call. I had to tell her no four, yes four times, to get with my stylist. Terrible customer service as I had expressed my desired stylist repeatedly and she argued with me trying to move me. If I wanted just anyone to do my hair I’d go elsewhere just to be able to make an appointment easily.

This was my second visit and was not sure whether I would return to this salon. On my first visit, I was referred to someone other than the stylist I requested due to illness. On this visit, I wanted to give the stylist I originally chose a try. We got started fifteen minutes late, with no explanation. I gave her a photo showing what I wanted. When she finished, it was similar but much shorter, not undercut, and the under-layers were very uneven. She said it was because my left ear was bigger than my right. (What?!) Considering I paid for a Master Stylist, I dont feel I got that level of service. Did I mention it? No, of course not. The whole experience was uncomfortable and not the relaxing visit I had expected. The only bright spot I saw in the salon was their receptionist. She was professional, pleasant and handled a crush of incoming phone calls and clients with no problem at all. Im truly sorry. I dont like to give negative reviews, but felt I needed to speak up this time.1/12/2023 - I wanted to add to my review and amend my rating after speaking with the salon today. While no one can reverse what happened during my visit, the salon owners have gone out of their way to offer a solution, which I sincerely appreciate. I understand an issue cannot be corrected if no one knows it exists, and they thanked me for bringing it to their attention. Likewise, once a problem is reported, it is only fair to allow them the opportunity to resolve it. I will be returning to give them that chance, and feel confident this next visit will be much better. I greatly appreciate their compassion, understanding, and professionalism. Problems will occur because its impossible to get it perfect all the time. The way those issues are handled is what sets a business apart. Clove Salon Aveda is one of the good ones, and I plan to review my next visit ... hopefully with a higher rating.2/7/2024This salon had definitely overcome my initial reservations. Since the challenges of that first visit, Courtney has continued to provide exemplary service. She is not only a skilled stylist, she is also caring and compassionate. Regardless how many other clients might be in the salon, she succeeds in making me feel like Im the only one there. It may sound like a small thing, but it makes a big difference and I look forward to my visits with her. I would highly recommend this salon, and especially Courtney.

I took my mother to have her hair done today by Chelsea. I came back to pick her up to find Chelsea cutting her wet hair. I was shocked to see it look so reddish, when it was supposed to be blond, but when she finished cutting and drying her hair it ended up much lighter blond and actually a perfect color and an excellent cut. Fabulous job, Chelsea, and thank you for your phenomenal, skilled color & haircut!

Great service and friendly environment. My only complaint is their tipping system. Make sure you bring cash ahead of time (there is an atm) or be prepared to zell or use some other way to tip the stylists as you can’t add tip to your bill.

I highly recommend stylist Sarah. She is excellent with color (matching the color I wanted and covering gray hairs). My haircut was exactly what I wanted. Sarah listens to your concerns and makes recommendations for color, style and products without being pushy which I really appreciate. I dont like salons that are overly aggressive with product pushing. She is friendly, talented and respectful of your appointment time. Some salons run appointments like doctors offices and a wait is the norm every visit. Not here! If youre in the market for a new stylist, give Sarah a try. You will not be disappointed!

We came here to get my grandmother’s hair colored, washed, and blown out. Everyone who works here is so sweet, and our stylist, Sue, is incredible!!! My grandmother has limited mobility and hearing, and Sue was so accommodating, kind, and patient. Not to mention my grandmother’s hair looks gorgeous 😊 I cannot recommend Clove Salon enough, I would give it 6 out five stars if I could.

My hair was so dead from bleaching it and I decided I needed a cut (I’m talking a pretty good amount about 6 + inches). I was able to get an appointment the day I called with Chelsea . She did an amazing job! The cut is perfect she even took the time to trim my breakage so it will grow back healthy!!! I already made another appointment to have my color done with her! Also they accommodated me by allowing me to bring my 3 year old son.

I have been coming to this salon for about 13 years now. One day 13 years ago, I decided to add some fun pops of red highlights and went in as a walk in. This was back when they were under a different name and were located by Home Depot! After that first experience, I knew I found my forever salon!!I, of course, followed them when they moved into the new plaza and became Clove. Everyone from the receptionists all the way up the ladder have always been so incredibly welcoming & friendly!!Let’s move onto my stylist, Courtney! I have been seeing her for many years now. I’m one of those clients that pops in every now and then when I feel I need some pampering. I have had many stylists in my life but Courtney is literally the best I’ve ever had! I can walk in with basically no vision of what I’m looking for and we have a conversation and within a few mins, she’s in the back mixing color. She NAILS it every single time!! Not only is her work amazing, but she is one of the most genuine people I’ve met! Even though I’m a “once in a whiler” she always asks about my kids, what’s new with my life, things I wouldn’t expect her to remember! I went today for a cut, color & highlight (it has been at least 2 or 3 years!) and instantly she knew exactly who I was and it was like hanging out with an old friend! I am so happy with what she did with my hair! She only works on Saturday’s from 9-4 now, but even if you see a different stylist, definitely give Clove a chance! You will not be disappointed!!

I found Clove Salon through a friend. My stylist is Melanie and she is awesome. I was a hairstylist for 14 years, so going to another salon was not easy. I have probably tried 6-8 salons before coming to Clove Salon and finding Melanie. She LISTENS!!!! She has cut and highlighted my hair and does an exceptional job! It is a very clean and friendly salon and everyone I have spoke to goes out of there way to make sure you are being cared for. LOVE IT and LOVE MELANIE!!!

I have had long hair for most of my life, because it is very straight and styling it is difficult and with Florida humidity pointless. Recently I have decided to let the natural grey grow out, but my ends were very blonde and brassy. So I went to another salon, to get the brassy out & they fried my hair. I called Clove hair salon and spoke with the receptionist, who was wonderful and picked Chelsea for me. To be honest I was very nervous and thought I might even cry. Chelsea was so professional, caring and totally got me. She ended up cutting about 8 inches off and styling my hair so well, that all I have to do is blow dry it. She cute my hair wet and then again when it was dry…which made all the difference in the world. You can not see all the layers, which is almost impossible with straight hair. Honestly, Chelsea gave me the best haircut I have ever gotten and will never go anywhere else. A million thank you’s to Chelsea…you are super talented and incredibly people skills!!! See you soon!

Today, as always, I had my hair styled by Haley O and, as always, I am very satisfied with the results. Haley and I laugh because I am one of those people who always wants to try something new and she has never failed to give me what I ask for. The salon has a welcoming, modern vibe and the people who work there are friendly and helpful. I love the Aveda products! Been going to Justin for the past 2 years to get my hair cut and have never once been unhappy with the results. He’s always been very communicative in terms what I wanted, what would look best, where we could go with it next time. He never lets me leave without making sure I’m happy with how I look. Once or twice I might be nit picky about a detail here or there and he’s always been receptive and immediately fixed it for me. Beyond that, all of the girls I’ve come across have always been very friendly and welcoming as well, especially Justine.

The best salon experience I’ve had since coming to Florida. For starters I love the modern, sleek and earthy tones at the salon and the front desk staff was so kind in booking my appointment and pairing me with a stylist. I walked in to check it out after getting my hair butchered elsewhere and Sarah did a quick consultation in which she explained the process of color correcting and baylage, so I immediately booked her next available. I got my air done last night and I am in love!!!! I feel so gorgeous. Sarah was really knowledgeable and her skills were obvious besides that she was also very casual and friendly kind of like talking to one of my girlfriends. Suheily is the best colorist and hair cutter I’ve ever had. I’ve been a cosmetologist myself for 10+ years and have never found someone who could do my hair as good as she does!! She is newer to the Florida area but anyone who goes to Clove salon should go to her! She knows exactly what she’s doing and will always make sure the health of your hair comes first. I’ve been going to Clove since 2011 when it was City Looks. I have nothing but great things to say, I’ve NEVER had a bad experience. Stephanie always does a phenomenal job with my hair and I’ll never go anywhere else, Avedas products are amazing and do wonders for my hair! If you’re looking for a new forever salon this is the place and I highly recommend Stephanie, but all the girls are so talented!

I have loved every stylist I seen, from a New Talent to a Master or Artistic, they all have given me a great salon experience in their own way. I even enjoy the waiting time before my service getting a hand massage or a hot cup of coffee, everything is very comforting. The new remodel is very modern and the staff is very outgoing. I would highly recommend Clove Aveda to anyone who wants a salon to exceed their expectations in what an Aveda Salon should be.

I had my hair done for prom this past weekend at Clove & I absolutely loved it. We have been going there for years but I had never gotten an updo done there before. Sara did my updo & it was absolutely perfect! I showed her a picture of what I wanted & she made it looked exactly like the picture. My hair never fell, it stayed perfect all night. The service was great & they make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Plus the salon owner and staff are all awesome, makes you feel right home.Sarah was sweet, respectful and so friendly. I just recently started going there and have been treated very well by the front desk and Sue, one of the stylists. Sue listens to what I want and tries to do her best to accomplish my wishes. I have gone to other Aveda Salons in another state. Aveda Salons tend to be a bit pricey, but they have very nice products and do a lot of extra training with their stylists.

I had Samantha, because I asked for someone highly skilled with thick hair to fix a cut I had gotten at great clips. Not only did she fix it but knew how to properly thin out my hair as well. Its a little bit expensive but the experience is well worth the extra money.

A good color should never be under $100. If you approach hair color as a cheapest way sorta deal, be ready to deal with it. All those chics in the magazines you ladies so insecurely glamorize and idolize have 2 tons of make up on and someone spent an hour or so photo shopping it.....you aint gonna look like that.
