    I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time ever, and I was so scared because I read the comments about her being “mean” She is literally the sweetest woman out there, the only reason people see her as “mean” is because she tells them not to pluck between sessions for a better outcome, and people don’t listen and then complain. I was scared about the pain and my eyebrows ending up looking too thin, but she did them perfectly it’s a clean nice shape, and the pain was not bad at all

    I have been coming to see Panna for almost two years now and shes amazing! I have no complaints at all. Her and her husband help run the place together and they are both so kind-hearted, sweet, patient and willing to work with you and your schedule. The main service I receive from Panna is eyebrow threading and she always have my eyebrows looking nice (I have bushy eyebrows) and shaped just like I like.     PANNA IS THE BESTI have been going to Panna for over a year now and it is the best eyebrow threading experience I have ever received (Ive been getting my eyebrows done by about 10 years now). I started off just doing eyebrow threading and decided to give tinting try, and I have never looked back. Every time I get my eyebrows done by Panna, I get compliments!! I am a personal trainer and my clients loved the look of my eyebrows so much that they started going to her as well. I used to live three minutes down the road from her location but now have moved to the other side of Orlando and STILL make the 45 minute commute because I trust her with my brows and love the atmosphere in there as well.The couple are lovely people that are warm and welcoming. They always make sure to keep everything as clean as possible. The location itself is very relaxing to be in and she is always on time! Thank you!

They work with your appointment times no matter what to get you in whenever possible.     Panna is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going to Panna for at least 4 years now. I’ve had threading and tinting done. As other patrons have stated, her work station is Clean. She’s Professional and runs on time. I get compliments on my eyebrows all the time.I did see a comment on here that said she charges a deposit. The only time she charges a deposit is when you no show on her. Which is completely acceptable. Hair dressers charge it and we pay it, so why complain?

    Panna is THE BEST! She responds to your text for an appointment right away, but her days off are Sunday and Monday, so don’t text her on those days. I always have a good experience and wonderful results when I see her (every 3 weeks religiously) I have been going to her for about 2 years and my eyebrows have never looked better ❤️ Pretty much every female I know in Clermont goes to her because she is THE BEST!     Panna is excellent at what she does. I lived in Clermont when I found her and recently moved back to Palm Bay. I still work in Orlando and make the commute to see Panna because she is just that good. She is worth the drive and time. She understands the architecture of your face and how to tailor your eyebrows to fit your face structure. I’m a perfectionist when it comes to my eyebrows and I’ve finally found someone who never disappoints. Her business is very clean and pleasant, the customer service is professional and pleasant. I really like how Panna has adjusted her threading technique to no longer have the thread in mouth so as to take extra precautions for Covid. They have UV light treatment stations for their tools and one time use threading kits for each client. They are thorough and clean. I highly recommend the eye brow tinting as well!

    Panna is awesome! I have been seeing her for over a year. I recently moved out of the Clermont area and tried several other places, non of which lived up to Panna’s work. She’s quick, professional, and always does an amazing job. I have seen some other reviews complaining about her prices but I am happy to pay for work which always comes out perfectly from a small locally owned business.     I drive almost an hour each way to have my services. Not because there isn’t one closer, but because she is the best.She is always positive, happy, and takes time to explain things to her customers.I get my entire face threaded on a regular basis. I love how my skin looks and feels after. 100% better than waxing or any other hair removal. Some techniques can actually cause your hair to grow thicker, not with threading. For me it last 3-4 weeks and is well worth it.My eyebrows have never looked better. Threading has amazing accuracy that makes your brows shape pop!

    Best eyebrow threading salon I have ever been to! Panna was so kind and took her time to listen to what I want and explain everything she did. My eyebrows are sparse and the last salon I went to left them uneven. Panna gave me tips for filling and regrowing. My eyebrows look much fuller after she shaped them. Worth the drive to come here!

    My eyebrows have always been my headache. For some reason no one seemed to be able to shape them properly. I decided to let them grow out and try Panna. The first thing she asked me was, how do you want your eyebrows to look? When I told her what I wanted, she said: eventually I can get you there, today, your brows are not going to look like that. She started working on them and that same day, although they didnt have the exact shape I wanted, they looked 100 times better. Also, I wanted to tint them and she recommended I waited until they were better shaped. She said, Im not here to take your money and do something that wont look good. How many people do that? Today was my second time and my brows are finally starting to look even (something that had never happened). Panna is an eyebrow guru! She does charge an extra 2.00 if you pay with a card, so keep that in mind if you dont want the extra charge.

    I have been a client of Panna for over 10 years now. I have been getting my threading done for over 25 years. Prior to going to Panna, I’d drive 45min into Orlando to a lady that I had been going to for about 8 years. While her prices were slightly lower, she worked out of her home, didn’t have a professional setup or anything. She was sweet but the time, gas and tolls made her a lot higher than what I pay at Panna Eyebrow Threading. Panna is always professional and her demeanor has always been positive. She’s very attentive detail and honest. Her pricing has always been fair. She is not overpriced or price gauging. @Pricilla LisboaShe is running a legitimate business and due to Covid-19, she has had to implement additional cleaning/ sanitary measures to ensure the safety of her clients. If you have gone to get any grooming services lately, you’ll notice that they have had additional expenses, less clients to service because of restrictions, and continue to have the responsibilities of the overhead they have obligations to. So before you belittle or trash someone or their business and their livelihood, research the place, ask questions prior to getting services rendered because your review was 100% inaccurate. And if you think that you can get the quality that Panna provides elsewhere for less, then do so. There’s no need to tarnish someone’s business because you aren’t willing to pay for their services and professionalism.Panna has many supporters that will vouch of how wonderful she is.

    After being with Panna for more than 10 years, and following her through 2 moves, there is no one else I would go to for eyebrow threading. Even after going to college out of state, I always came back to have her do my eyebrows because her quality of work is unmatched(also I never let anyone but her thread my eyebrows). She has always been so kind to me and my family, and I’m so grateful to have found someone who is reliable and fantastic at what she does. Even after COVID hit she was able to adapt and teach herself how to thread while wearing a mask, and put safety measures in place that would make any customer feel safe; with hand sanitizer at the door, to temperature checks when you enter, having to wait in your car until she is ready for you, and the room is always sanitized between appointments. I have always recommended her to anyone who asks where I get my eyebrows done, and you better believe that I will continue to do so.

    Absolutley recommend Panna and her services. She is well equipped to provide her services during COVID. By appointment only, she sanitizes, has UV machine for scissors and brushes etc. She taught herself how to thread without using her mouth to hold the thread.
