    Ms Beatriz has been cutting my hair for 15 years. Always smiling and friendly, it has been my pleasure when I visit her. I know this store is under new management. My advice to these people is simple...be good to your veteran employees. Great people are hard to find.

    Beth created such a beautiful ash-brown shade for my hair today. I came in with copper box dyed hair and she worked her magic and now the red is gone. Beth and I have great conversations that make the time pass quickly. Personally, Ive only worked with Beth so if recommend her 10/10!

    My first time there and came in with a huge knot in my hair that had accumulated . I was so nervous and a bit embarrassed. There was no judgement, Astrid just asked what Id like to do. Ive never had short hair before but all my long hair what turned pretty much into dreadlocks. She and another nice hair dresser talked about the best way and I agreed. I actually like it and my boyfriend loves the new look. Ill definitely be back!

    Astrid always does a perfect job on my hair she makes me look nice never fails she does my daughter and my daughter loves her she comes down from NC so Astrid could do her hair.     Good cut but shocked I looked up prices and it said cut and wash $18.95But no it was $30.08And not even an inch off yes I want to be able to put in a high ponytail but that was a lot of money and I left $5 tip

    Susan was so sweet and fabulous! She was very attentive to my needs and gave great tips throughout the service and current and future options. I felt so terrible for taking up so much of her time but I really do love and appreciate the customer service that she gave. Its not everyday you go to a salon and get service where you feel like the stylist actually cares about your experience. I will definitely come back for my next touch up and to book with her. Im so grateful that she was here today to help make me gain back my confidence that I had let slowly drift away.

    I love this salon at Johns Lake Wal-Mart, I always have Marissa style my hair. She is the best, she always knows just what to do no matter what services you may need. She always makes you feel like family. She listens to what her clients want. Last time I went, I got my hair dyed, cut, and a full style. Felt and looked amazing when I walked out. It’s always so clean, and everyone is so prompt. Highly recommend this salon and stylist.

    I was very satisfied with my hair cut here. It was my first time to stop in. I called ahead and they got me in within an hour. My stylist was Lakisha and she cut my hair exactly like I wanted it.     Yolaida did a great job with my coloring and hair cut. She took the time to listen and provided excellent customer service. She was respectful to all customers and new a lot about the hair products being used and sold in the salon. All the Stylists were very friendly, kind, and created an enjoyable atmosphere.

    Me and my younger sister went in today and Susan Klipper helped us, She was so friendly and helped us know exactly what we wanted. After having bad experiences at other salons this was such a relief to find, she did amazing and did a all over highlights and made me very comfortable and the final product was absolutely beautiful! my younger sister just wanted a trim and Susan gave us different suggestions on how to help her fit in her hair more based on her bone structure in her face and it looks amazing we would’ve never thought to try the cut! Very pleased with our experience! Will definitely be returning!

    I had a wonderful experience. I wanted a specific color with highlights. There were a couple of stylists that were trying to change my mind to what they wanted. Yoli was absolutely wonderful, she took time to talk with me, listen to me and give me what I originally wanted. Definitely an enjoyable experience and I will be back. It was a long process and she was so friendly and professional the entire time.

    I get my hair cut every couple weeks from Marissa Martinez. I have a short hair and I love the way she cuts it. She is very meticulous, efficient, and always attentive when I’m in her chair. I love the products she uses and won’t go to anyone else. She can do the most difficult cuts and I highly recommend her to anyone.

    I had a very good experience here. It was one of those months where you need to go but have very little money so I figured I should try a place that fit my budget. I didnt expect too much but I got very surprised. First of all. I called ahead on the phone and they were very professional. I set up a time and when I came to my appointment I didnt have to wait. The hairdresser was the sweetest. She did a great job and my city highlights has never been better! I looked amazing, the color, the cut, the way she styled it. I gave her a good tip but didnt pay more than a 100 in total. I will be back!

    Marissa cut and colored my hair for years until I moved to another state and she always did such an amazing job! I wouldn’t trust anyone but her to touch my hair. She never lies about how much hair she will cut off and if you show her a picture of what you want, she does exactly that. I definitely recommend her to anyone who goes to this salon!

    Marissa is my stylist and she is honestly the Best stylist I’ve ever had. She always takes her time doesn’t try to do a rush job!! I hadn’t been there since February when all the Covid happened so my hair was a wreck to say the least. Marissa colored my hair highlights and it took awhile but she wanted to get it done right as always. And let me tell you I look like a million bucks!!!!! And feel it too!!! I can’t say enough Great things about Marissa. If you want your hair done Beautiful Marissas your girl!!! I know she’s mine. She will put you at ease instantly!! I felt safe and everything going there. Thank you as always Marissa!!!! Love you!!!

    Yoli at smartStyles is by far the BEST hair stylist I ever encountered!!!!!!! My hair has never been so healthy like this until i started coming here.
