Great experience at J Sterling’s Clermont location. The staff was welcoming and friendly. I was greeted and checked in by Candance who was helpful with explaining and signing me up for membership. My massage therapist was Flo. She is excellent and really melted my tension away! Definitely a great place to get a message that is affordable and great service. Will be coming back and signed up my membership!

Baily is a great first person to see when walking through those door. She was very nice and welcoming. My masseuse Chris was amazing! He was very nice and he was able to answer any questions I had. Best massage I ever got. Did the sports massage with reflexology. I felt like I got way more benefits out of this compared to when I saw a chiropractor. Will be back again and recommend this spot to others! Thank you!

Today my mother and I visited J Sterling’s Wellness Spa. We booked same day appointments after planning a last minute spa day. The spa staff were willing to accommodate our request and were able to see us within three hours of calling. Candace met us at the front desk and was warm and welcoming. My massage was completed by Ariel who was wonderful and she made sure to check in regarding my preferences which was appreciated. Deborah completed my facial and she was wonderful as well. I will be back when I visit Florida again! Thank you for the great experience.

This was my first visit and will not be my last. When I walked in the door i was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the Spa was spotless. My massage therapist was Karina. I spoke to her about my shoulder which I had surgery on 3 months prior. During my massage she worked on the tissue from my surgery i walked out of there feeling better and had less pain. I will be going back to see Karina.

Best Massage Ever!I walked in hunched over in pain. Chris talked to me about my pain, made a recommendation, and when I left, I felt like jello. I love J Sterling! I have been going to this specific location for a few years now and they are reliable, consistent and cost effective. Ive had facials, massages, spa day packages, etc. and all services have been exceptional. However, in the past I have paid extra for deep tissue and it was not always the pressure I expected for the additional price.I just booked with Ariel for a deep tissue trigger point massage for an ongoing neck/shoulder/back issue Ive had and it was amazing! Her customer service and communication skills were great and she explained what was going on and how to manage it going forward. It is the only relief Ive had with this injury long term in years! Instant relief and Ive still been benefiting from it almost a week later, pain free. She is truly gifted and highly appreciated, Ill definitely book with her again.

My husband and I BOTH have memberships and the points you accumulate NEVER EXPIRE!!!When you first come in you can meet Baily or maybe Candace at the front deskBaily and that is Baily without an “E” that’s how I remember her. She is the kindest sweetest girl ever. She went through the entire menu of services one by one and explaining each one to me with so much patience and never losing her smile.Then I met Candace on another day. Another kind, and knowledgeable young lady full of information and always willing to offer a recommendation as to what works best for you and your needs. Wow, what a relaxing morning it was at J Sterling Spa in Clermont. I had been missing Sian when booking facials and I am thrilled to be back on track with her, she is phenominal. It is like we did not miss a beat and she knew exactly what I needed. Good job, my friend. My massage was with Laura Beth and she was also outstanding. She worked out kinks that I did not know that I had. Today is the most relaxed I have ever been after my sessions. The spa is lucky to have both of these amazing therapists. 5 Stars all the way!

I’ve had 3 visits with Jordan for laser hair removal so far and the results have genuinely been life changing already.She’s lightning fast with my visits averaging about 6 minutes and I’ve gone from having to shave twice a day and still never truly being comfortable to being able to not worry about it for a few days and barely even notice.Baily at the front desk and Jordan were both super welcoming to me on my first visit and were great at quickly putting my mind at ease.The entire experience so far has been wonderful and I would happily recommend this place to anyone seeking laser treatments in the area.Walking into other laser clinics I’ve always felt like they were trying to sell me on something from the moment I came through the door.Not once have I felt that way at J Sterlings Clermont.Having such a clean cut booking process with clear prices is genuinely extremely refreshing.75 dollars for full face is an incredible price for what you’re getting and as someone who got quoted in the thousands for that same thing elsewhere can say I’m extremely glad waited.If you’re someone who’s been hesitant to start laser due to the *insane* pricing models of places like Milan and you need somewhere that’s reputable and affordable, this is the place you’ve been looking for!

Highly recommend for laser hair removal. Their prices are 1/4 the price you’ll find elsewhere, but the results are just as good. I have had 1 session - full legs & i have seen a drastic improvement. My legs would be smooth for 24 hours, & full of hair in less than a week. Ive already noticed my legs are smooth for about 3-4 days, & so far i have not shaved in over a week & im only finding some small patchs with thick hair. Cannot wait for my next session. If you’re on the fence; dont be its so worth it.

I booked a couple massage for my Birthday which ended up $150 and Will and Yatsel were incredible.! But after checking out and paying and Candace at desk explained tip to me I made our tip which was split between the two massage therapist and she wasn’t pleased with it and showed me their gratuity scale calling me out in front of other customers in lobby (how embarrassing ).Might I remind people that some of us are on a budget with the way the economy has been and can only do so much. This tip is not to reflect any bad service because the massage was great but this was a birthday treat. I don’t know about you but it gets very upsetting that not only you have to pay expensive money for a service but now these companies try to guilt you into paying 20% and more on top of it. If you want gratuity to be added just add it in the price to begin with. It’s up to us to add any more. You don’t have to tip. It’s expensive enough. Very embarrassing don’t think we will be back. Left a bad taste in my mouth despite the great massage.

Add an uncomfortable rental and I was done for to the point where I couldnt enjoy my visit. Got a last minute appointment for a massage plus extra services with Chris. Hands down one of my best experiences. I walked away with pep in my step and enjoyed the rest of my visit. I like a more aggressive massage and he accommodated. This was our first time visiting a J Sterlings spa. I made an appointment for a couples massage. When we arrived, we were warmly received by Katt at the desk and had a brief wait. Soon after, we were led into a clean, calming room by our masseuses. My masseuse was Yatsel, and he was fantastic! He started by asking about any areas where I was having pain. During the massage, he checked multiple times to make sure I was ok and that the pressure was fine. He found all of the really bad areas on my neck, shoulders, and back. After he was done, I felt like a brand new man! The back pain I was experiencing when I walked in was gone. And my shoulders were no longer up to my ears! We look forward to going back to this location soon.

The best massage experience, I can remember in a very long time and I’m a little bit of a spa and Massage junkie so I get Services very frequently. My therapist Will was absolutely perfect with his pressure and technique but also guiding me with the cupping process. I felt like I was in good hands and I was. Immediately with the cupping, I noticed a difference with tension and pressure. It was surreal how quickly you know it’s difference, and then it was all balanced out with a thorough massage. The location is convenient and inviting. The front staff is welcoming and friendly. The rooms are nice, very relaxing and the massage table I was on had heath. My massage therapist Brittany was amazing, her hands are truly healing and she was able to work tough spots without making it painful. The cost is very affordable and their membership packages are easy to use. Overall a 10/10. Already planning my next massage!
