The office staff in this Clermont office is super nice, attentive, and professional-especially the lady at the front desk, who is adorable. My only complaint about the office is that I think the upkeep and cleanliness could be better. I don’t know if they’re lacking funds, but the facility and patient rooms need a facelift. I was somewhat disgusted (see photos) to see the condition of the bed, countertops and the scuffs and/or dirt the patient room I was in. When it comes to any healthcare facility, the cleanliness should be top-notch. Restaurants have health inspections to ensure cleanliness and upkeep. Healthcare facilities should too. Nevertheless, the staff still maintains professionalism, dealing with what they’re given and making “lemonade out of lemons.”

I called on a Wednesday and was able to be scheduled for the very next day. My appointment was at 8:30am as a new patient and I was out of the office by 8:42am. Wow! The staff were professional and nice. I didn’t have to go through a sales presentation for skincare products or anything. Highly recommended!

I have taken my 80 year old dad to this office on several different occasions. Mrs. Elizabeth Orlando, treated him with the upmost professionalism, patience and respect. She took the time that was needed to explain what his treatments would entail.It is extremely evident that this is not just a job for Mrs. Orlando, but rather it is her passion to help people. If anyone needs a dermatologist, I would highly highly recommend going here.

This office is my go-to for my dermatology needs. Ellie is the only one I’ll see. She is always professional, friendly, efficient, and attentive. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend Elizabeth Orlando at Mid-Florida Derm Clermont!

After having a bad experience with another dermatologist I was so nervous to go back, and I didn’t for years which gave me even more anxiety. The office staff was extremely friendly and I didn’t wait longer than 10 minutes. Nurse Practitioner Sara Nartatez made me so comfortable. She was knowledgeable and explained everything she was looking at and looking for. Any questions I had she answered in detail.

They treated me with the upmost care & concern. Deborah LeBlanc is a wonderful Physician Assistant, always professional and truly cares for her patients. I was diagnosed with a skin cancer and they went above and beyond to be sure I was treated quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them. At another office, I felt like a number, not here!

Im glad this wasnt my first time; Rosey was so rude, argumentative and unprofessional! I almost left, but having been a satisfied patient for over a year I knew this individual does not represent Mid Florida Derm. Although, I may choose another location!
