    The new spot is so spacious. I also have to point out that hannah should be the go to person!! Ive only been twice and she does such an amazing job! Shes also super fun to talk to and hilarious. Ill definitely keep coming back as long as shell have me 😊

    I initially booked a mani-pedi with Linda. This being my first visit, I didn’t know which technician was Linda, but I think she may have been out on the day of my appointment. I was accommodated as if she was there and didn’t know the difference. Tiffany did my gel pedicure and was amazing. Tina took care of my nails, including a full set of tips and a dip manicure. She did a fantastic job! I will be back!

    I went in this morning to get a pedicure and had a great experience. I chose the Orange Peel pedicure and he did a thorough job. The experience was relaxing and I was really happy with the results. Everyone was very friendly. I will go back again and I would definitely recommend it.

    I’ve been going to herbal since they opened in their original location, and Ms. Nancy, Vivi, and Amanda have always been so wonderful! They offer consistent great service and a clean, relaxing environment. Rose did my nails today and was excellent. Her foot/leg massage was on point, and I’m excited to come back to see her in 2 weeks!

    I have been going to Herbal Nails and Spa for 4 years and no matter which nail tech I have, they always provide the best customer service, they are very friendly and they do a great job with all of their services. Amanda at the front desk is always extremely professional, efficient and friendly as well. I highly recommend Herbal Nails and Spa!

    Went in for my daughters first set of nails for her birthday, I wanted it to be special and fun. The place was clean, they were friendly, patient, and very welcoming. Prices were very reasonable and Holly did an outstanding job and made her nails look exactly the way she wanted. We will definitely return as this was a truly wonderful experience. Absolutely recommended, thank you!!

    5 star customer service. 5 star nail service. I waited 5 days to post my review as I wanted to see how my nails held up. Zero lifting, zero yellowing. I emailed the salon asking if they could do pink & white ombre after the last salon I went to did a horrible job. Nancy made it a point to learn and remember my name. She took great care to make sure my nails were perfect and that I liked them. The salon went above and beyond not just for me but for the other customers in the salon. You dont find that very often. Being new to the area and trying to find a new nail salon is hard. Nancy took care of me and this will be my new nail salon.

    I got fill and pedicure, this place is outstanding, everyone is so friendly, they work hard to make sure your nails are done right. My pedicure was excellent, hot towels and everything they did was excellent, they ask u if u want something to drink. It was best place I ever been to

    I got my nails done for the first time here, the receptionist was the sweetest and kept the nail salon with a really good vibe. She came around and would talk to customers and was in the happiest mood. My nail tech was Lilly, her work was good. Her attitude on the other hand, was not. She seemed annoyed since the second she came to me and almost angry that she was there. Barely spoke even when she was spoken to by me, and simply had a nasty attitude. Everyone else there seemed really friendly and I saw many of them going out of their way for their customers. I’ll definitely be back, I will just make sure it is with a different nail tech.

    I’m a very picky person when it comes to my nails. I’m usually nit picking every thing the nail tech does. However, after visiting many places, I found Herbal Nails & Spa and have been here three times (which is a lot of times for someone who hops around shops like me). Linda does my acrylics and she is AWESOME. I never nit pick because she is precise in her work. I’m always happy with my nails when I leave. And also shoutout to the receptionist, she is so nice and accommodating! This is my new designated spot, highly recommend.

    Linda is amazing! She takes her time and pays attention to all of the details I didn’t even have to say anything. She checked all the boxes for me! And let me tell you she does THE BEST eyebrows in Clermont! I’m very very picky with who does my brows and she does them perfectly!

    I went to the salon today for the first time. Nancy was my amazing technician. I had the Fire Walker pedicure. It was a fantastic relaxing experience!     I’ve tried quite a few salons in Clermont, and this salon is by far the best! I made an appointment for a new full set and take off of my old set. Linda did my nails. Not only did she take her time doing it, but she also did my cuticles which none of the others ever do. She also did my design freehand. The price for all of this made me stop in my tracks as all the others would have charged double what I paid. I highly recommend herbal nails and spa. The atmosphere is so clean and friendly I loved it. I would give 10 stars if I could!

    Absolutely incredible experience here today. This is my first time here and absolutely the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I got the herbal pedicure and can’t wait to book another one. At 9 months pregnant this was much better than I expected, they took great care of me, made sure that I was ok several times through the service and spent a lot of time on the service. Additionally my mom came with me and got her gel manicure and she said she also got a great experience. On top of all that, it’s pristine and clean and they got us in last minute. Every person was friendly and kind. Highly recommend!

    First time at Herbal Nails and we both had a wonderful experience. Cindy did an amazing on my toes and she is so nice. My nails look great! My nails are so smooth and smooth even with the dip. She also did not put tips on all my nails which I really appreciated. Will be going back in a few weeks. My new nail salon!

    I have lived in Clermont for 19 years and have been to most nail salons. Herbal is by far the best in the area. The owner stands by their work, repairing free of charge, even when its your own fault that repair is needed. The atmosphere is very soothing, not like most salons that have Buddha hanging out in the corners. Lol

    First time here and I will definitely be back! The place was cute and clean and everyone was nice. I just got a gel pedi(including removal of the gel polish I had) for $50! Ive been to a bunch of different places in the area for my pedis, and this was probably the best experience Ive had so far. She used acetone with foils to loosen up the polish before finishing it with the grinder, which was a nice change. Literally everywhere else Ive been would just grind away and its always unpleasant. She did a great job with trimming and polishing. I am 100% satisfied. Would recommend!

    I have found my new home for manicures and pedicures! It was time for a change of shop for me. I had started having reactions (red cuticles, inflamed and extremely itchy skin surrounding my nails) about 12-24 hours after my powder manicures. My technician at my previous shop had no idea why and so kept doing the same process, and my reaction got worse. I feared I was going to have to stop altogether.Today as soon as I sat down at Vivians station and started talking about it, she asked me a few questions and ascertained that they were leaving my nails wrapped in acetone-soaked cotton too long to remove the previous manicure. Her obvious concern was refeshing, rather than the shoulder shrug I got from my last shop. Vivian did a different process to remove my last powder manicure and told me to call her if I have any reaction because we need to figure out what is happening. She was friendly, easy to converse with, and took awesome care of me. She cleaned up my cuticles (never included at my prior shop), treated the surrounding skin with Vit E oil without my asking (which I always had to request previously), and massaged my hands and arms at the end of the manicure (never included at my other shop). My nails look lovely and I am thrilled with the care and service I experienced today.

    Best salon in town, hands down! Nancy, Tina, and the entire team are awesome. They are welcoming and kind and provide exceptional service. They have wonderful specialty pedicures, my favorite is the milk and honey. The nail services are also great (I always get dip) and they do a superb job. The salon is always clean and relaxing. No TVs just soft music, which I really like. In other salons the TVs can be distracting and loud. Not here!! Amanda at the front is great and always knows how to pick and match the best colors!! Love this place.

    I LOVE my nail salon. They know me by name, they know what I like and best of all they are always professional and know what they are doing. Everything is clean and well kept and sanitized. I cant stress enough how accommodating they are for schedules and how they truly love getting to know their clients.     I was impressed by the moment I walked into the salon. I was greeted less than 10 seconds, they welcome returning customers by name and you just feel at home at this salon. The owner runs a tight ship along with Amanda who runs the front of the salon, they make sure every customer is pleased and happy with the services they are receiving. This salon follows CDC guidelines and is very clean, each station is wiped down to it’s entirety. My Daughter and I have found a new home in Herbal Nails! ❤️

    I have been going to Herbal Nails and Spa for a little over a year and couldn’t be more pleased. They are the best of the best. So many pedicure options as well as manicure options. The nail techs are kind, courteous and always take their time with you. The experience is always relaxing. I never feel rushed or as if I’m just another number. I can’t thank Van (nail tech) enough for all the countless services he’s provided to me and always going above and beyond! His wife Mia is excellent as well. Love them both. I would recommend anyone in this salon as your tech. And a huge kudos to front desk/receptionist Amanda. She is always making sure customers are taking care of and happy!     Tina is the BEST! She eliminates the start of an ingrown toenail and I dont even know she has done it! Pain free!! She doesnt rush and pays attention to details. Love her work ethic.I can go to Herbal Nails and know my health is a number one concern. EVERYTHING I come in contact with is completely disinfected after each client. Barriers are set up between stations.Great job guys!

    Joseph is amazing! This salon is a MUST VISIT!! After trying multiple nail salons in Orlando, Winter Garden, Champions Gate, and Clermont, I finally found Herbal Nails & Spa—What a God send. The staff is clean, courteous, and friendly. They are incredibly timely and very accommodating.Joseph always does my nails. He’s very detailed when it comes to the shaping and application of dip powder on my nails. He’s always gentle when filing and makes sure they’re always to my liking. Thank you for being so great, Joseph!!Make sure to call and book an appointment! They do accept walk ins but are often booked up the day of.

    I was nervous about who to go to for a pedicure. I am so glad I found herbal nails and spa. They were super friendly and well worth the money. I am on my feet all day 50+ hours a week. I got a fire walker pedicure and I feel so much better. I highly recommend them and I plan on returning.

    Always an amazing experience when my granddaughter and I go there! I cant rave enough about Nancy, the owner/my tech and Amanda, front end manager. Nancy is so gentle and meticilous-I leave with beautifully done nails far beyond my expectations! Amanda is always so friendly and upbeat even when Im calling last minute or running late. Prices are comparable, never have to wait, shop is well ventilated and immaculate. Covid protocols are consistent and beyond reproach!

    Went there today Nancy did sns she was very nice. Wanted to have pedicure but was told had a lot of appointments can only do one service. But other people came in without an appointment and was served 2 services. Did not feel right but it was not meant for them to do my pedicure. I will be back to see Nancy for she was kind to me.

    My name is kiera, and i had a pedicure at 5:30 on Saturday unfortunately I did not get to start my service until around six, I ended up getting the fresh pedicure and I felt like it was so short I didnt get to soak my feet in the mineral soak and there was really no exfoliating,massaging, or getting off the dead skin. To make matters worse the pumice stone was used along with the buffer & file. The tech was very sweet & kind i just felt like the pedicure was rushed and i didnt like the fact that the items being used on my feet were not new. Porous items like the pumice stone can not be disinfected and should be disposed after each use :(

    Team building exercise with the girls at work, brought all four of us in for mani/pedis. Amanda, Nancy, and Joseph took WONDERFUL care of us. So relaxing. Feet have never felt so soft. Nails look impeccable!! They have wine! Excellent experience..thanks all!!

    Nails did not turn out like sample and they offered to fix it but was already a hour after they were to close. Came back two days later and Vivian completely redid them and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I tried to pay some thing but they refused it.
