Got my nails done here for the first time and it was a rly nice experience :)). What I had requested turned out both beautifully and exactly as I wanted. My nail artist, Jojo, did both a really good job and was really really sweet and fun to talk to! I got these done in early July and they lasted really well, about two months until I removed them. They looked nice both up close and from afar, was very satisfied and happy with the experience and services I got from polished day :))

Thalia does my nails EXACTLY the way I like them and I couldn’t be happier! A little more in price but sooooo worth every penny! See ya in a few weeks for my next appt

This is my third visit to Polished Day Nails Salon in Clermont. They have always provided me good service but this time was the best! Thalia was my nail tech and she gave me extraordinary service!! She did my pedicure and manicure, looking at the designs I wanted and she paid close attention to detail making sure I was happy with the results. I felt pampered and thrilled with her work. She goes the extra mile to make sure my nails are stunning and last a long time. I will definitely be coming back to see her!

Wow, just WOW! Polished Day Spa is AMAZING! From the moment you walk in the door, you just know its going to be an awesome experience. Not rushed, just relaxing and peaceful. The decor is gorgeous and everythingwas meticulously clean! The receptionist welcomed me and discussed everything up front.Tumie did my gel pedicure and every last detail was perfect. Very close attention to detail and made my feet and toes look and feel incredible.Lily handled my full manicure with dip and gel blend. So nice to know that I no longer have to have thick powder dip on my nails and wont need to soak in nasty acetone for refills any longer. Better for your hands and better for the environment with less waste. Such a caring and thoughtful human being, who runs an amazing business. Again, the attention to detail and precision can not be matched.So thrilled with their amazing care of their customers! Bravo!Looking forward to future treatments from Lily, Tumie and the team!

This is my go to salon. It’s always a pleasure coming here, being pampered and offered a free mimosa 🥰 Every time I go to get my nails done, I always let them know who I want and if I have somewhere to be (Lily of course, she’s my go-to if she isn’t busy). I don’t mind when things get busy because I know people are more needy than me with their requests. Which is why most of the time I don’t mind to set my appointment on my off days and reserve a good amount of the afternoon. I get to relax and get a massage by the chair and my pedicure tech 😌I’ve had the pleasure to get my nails done by Lily, King, and Thalia. And my pedicures done with Tumi, Thalia, and Reetu! They’ve all been absolutely amazing to me. I always communicate my needs which always makes everything turn out exactly how I like.And I feel so much for Lily, she’s the manager of this salon and business for quite some time it seems, and lately it has been booming clearly. Unfortunately I see that she has been short staffed lately and hasn’t had the best luck in finding more technicians to be able to care after every new client. It seems all of the new negative reviews want to be unforgiving and complain about the small things that could be taken care of if simply communicated...All in all, this is the only salon I’ve ever seen that has a diverse team that treats me like an actual human being. It’s rare to trust in different techs in the same establishment, and this is one where I put my full trust in everyone. Wow- I am new to Clermont and wanted to treat my daughter for her birthday and asked her to pick a place for pedicures.This is the best spa experiences Ive ever had at a salon, they offer a complimentary non-alcoholic or alcoholic drink (my choice was a Mimosa with passion fruit) and it was so good!The whole staff was so nice and sweet, Lily made sure I was completely happy the first time there!!! Definitely going to return!!!! I got the American Manicure and it’s perfect.The place is so clean and decorated beautifully.The pedicure was amazing and wished I had gotten his name.

Being new to the area, I was struggling to find a new nail salon that would perform as well as my previous technician. I always tend to check reviews, and when I saw the positive reviews for Polished Day Spa and noted that they offered the gel manicure style I was looking for, I decided to make the drive to try it out. The previous salon I went to that was closer was not a successful experience, and my nails started lifting within three days.First of all, the fact that they have Sunday appointments works supremely well with my schedule. I was sat with Lily, who is the manager of the salon and extremely knowledgeable. I explained to her that I was looking for a gel-x manicure, and she asked if I would be willing to try her new technique of gel/dip, which would be better for my nails and last longer. I felt very comfortable with what she was explaining and decided to move forward with this new technique. I couldn’t be more happy! I have had no lifting, my nails have been strong and this weekend will be four weeks since my appointment!!! I did a very natural French manicure with a clear chrome powder dusting, so the grow out is not as obvious as it might be if I had chosen a colored polish. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome and have received numerous compliments on my nails! I look forward to scheduling my next appointment and adding a gel, pedicure and possibly eyebrow waxing for a day of pampering! Thank you Lily!!!!

Come here to feel like a queen! I am here from Maryland and wish I could take this salon back home in my suitcase! The entire staff was welcoming, the facility is clean, and their techniques are as impeccably executed as they are impressive. I am extremely picky and never once had to say anything about my service! My technician was Linh and she was extraordinary. I highly recommend their golden luxury pedicure, it is quite literally the best I have ever had! Her attention to detail along with her perfectionism made my day and anytime I find myself in Florida I will be coming back! Make the right decision and come here to have your nails serviced!

I got a manicure and pedicure in preparation for my friend’s wedding and I can’t say enough good things about the quality of their work! Andy did a wonderful job either my pedicure and Lily helped me make my nails look nicer than they ever had before! She took her time with every step, and always checked to make sure that the length, color, and shape were to my liking. She was so knowledgeable and even taught me about aftercare and maintenance. I highly recommend coming here!

I recently switched to this salon and Im glad I did. My nails look beautiful every time. Dan is wonderful with attention to detail on my requested nail design. The manager, Lily, does beautiful nails too, and shes friendly to everyone. Also, I enjoy sipping on a mimosa while being pampered. Nice little place, I definitely recommend.

I am new to the Clermont area so finding a new nail salon is next to impossible when coming to a new place. Let me tell you….. COME TO THIS SALON!!!! The salon was clean and nice and decorative inside and the staff was phenomenal. I had Thalia as my nail tech and she did the best job I think I have ever had on my nails. She gave me exactly what I asked for and exceeded my expectations. You even get a complementary non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverage to go with your service. Five stars all around I will definitely, be coming here consistently in the future

My normal nail lady has been on maternity leave but I’m going on a cruise and needed to get my nails done. I checked out polished day spa and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere and friendly staff. Their prices are very good especially with design. Lyn did an excellent job and really took her time to make sure my nails turned out great! I was very happy that they took the time to take care of my cuticles as well. I was also offered a beverage to enjoy at the beginning of my service as well. I will definitely be returning!

Got little time before traveling away, tried to call Polished Spa to make an appointment. Even their number on Yelp wasn’t up to date. Owner Lily called back and gave me an open spot at the same day.Their place was cozy and offering free refreshments, it’s a plus for a nail salon. They were pretty busy and I waited for a while.A girl named Laura at last did my pedicure, I just picked a regular, never like gel. She’s a quiet girl but very gentle and articulated. Did everything that I asked for. Glad Polished Spa hires this sweet girl. Laura definitely adds a lot of value to this place.Will come back for sure!

I Googled the nearest nail salon and decided to go to Polished Day Spa because they have a 4.8 rating. I called the salon and they were able to schedule a full-set nail appointment the same day. I walked in and was instantly greeted. I signed in and sat down in the chair within a minute of being there.Lilly was my nail tech. She did such a phenomenal job! Her attention to detail was spot on. I wanted almond shaped nails and she did exactly that. While she was shaping the nails, she asked me if I was happy with the shape and length, if I wasn’t happy she was going to adjust the nail to make sure it matched the other hand. I’ve had experiences where other nail tech’s don’t ask about my opinion on how the nails look halfway through the service, so I greatly appreciate that Lilly asked me questions throughout the entire service.She took her time to ensure my nails looked flawless. Also, we had a great conversation rather than sitting in awkward silence. Lilly truly cares about her customers and her work.Based from my past bad experiences at other nail salons, Polished Day Spa has restored my faith in getting my nails professionally done. I honestly didn’t think I could find a nail tech that exceeded my nail expectations. I’m really glad I took the chance of getting my nails done here. This was by far the BEST experience I’ve had. I had a wonderful experience with Jessica & king. Jessica took her time doing my pedicure and not only was I relaxed but my pedicure looked beautiful. King added my tips and completed my French manicure which I was very pleased with. Kat did my mothers pedicure which was done beautifully. She was patient and took very good care of my mother as she is 84. Kat also did my mothers fill and finished off with a beautiful French manicure. Kat, Jessica and King were very personable and made us feel comfortable and well attended. We will definitely be going back. The salon is also very clean and I witnessed them cleaning station by station. I was very impressed. Happy to have found this nail spa!

Went to Polished Day Spa for the second time now and I am very satisfied with their services. The first time was a last minute appointment on a Sunday. Lily was very accommodating and King did a fabulous job on my nails. The second time I scheduled online in advance and there was a computer glitch so it showed the wrong appointment time and did not show my requested technician. Lily apologized and made sure I received my service with the same attention as I have noticed she gives to all of her customers. Her blend of gel and powder is beautiful on my nails. With all this said, I believe it is Lily, her beautiful spirit and the calming atmosphere in her salon that I have fallen in love with. I highly recommend a visit to Polished Day Spa.

She is the sweetest, professional and takes her time to do what you ask plus gives you the prices and walks you through everything so you have no suprises at the end. Shes definitely my go to from now on and i can tell you shes very careful, and a perfectionist in details for designs and making sure its polished nicely and doesnt rush through the process. I tried Polished Day Spa for the first time today. I went based on a review I just saw posted yesterday and I am really glad I went. I got a regular polish pedicure and dip color on my natural nails. It’s hard to find someone to trust with natural nails but I think I found my spot and preferred nail tech: Lily. Lily was super detail oriented and I never felt like she rushed me or the process. The picture is after 2 weeks and I’m impressed to say the least. Typical my dips only last 10 days or so and start to pull up or chip off. Day 14 and still going strong.

THEY CARE & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here. Everyone truly makes you feel like family. LILLY the manager is AMAZING and sooo talented!!!! She created what’s called Dip and Gel blend. The combination leaves your nails looking sooo natural and not thick/bulky. I love having a nice nail salon on the West side of Clermont close to Groveland! I love to pamper myself with a pedicure a couple of times a year. I was a walk in and got sat right away, the lady was kind and gave me the price list I don’t ever do any fancy pedicures so I got the royal with gel. Gel is $15 more which is normal. This was my first time here at recommendation of a friend. I booked online with a specific nail tech, and had someone else when I arrived that I didnt realize until the end. The nail tech I had was very nice though.However for my pedicure I only ever get regular polish which lasts a long time. I waited a good 15 min or more in the salon before I left and only had a short 2 mile drive home, and in that short amount of time I had a large chip in the polish one my big toe, and two smudged nails. I still even had the separators between my toes.My SNS dip with tips is great, there wasnt a design I really wanted, so the tech applied little bow appliques and charged $15! I didnt say anything, but felt this is quite a bit for only gluing on some nail art.

I was serviced by Lily for dip removal and overlay on my natural nails, Lily did such an amazing job and provided me helpful info on how my nails should be shaped along with insight on why dip nails are beneficial. John did an excellent job on my gel x extensions (actually a different brand name from apres but still extensions). I showed him a picture of the shape and color and he did them exactly like I wanted.Lily the manager was very friendly and accommodating, she let me come in last minute knowing my nail extensions would take a long time and made sure to introduce herself and chat for a bit before she closed up.I would highly recommend this salon, especially if youre going in knowing what you want. They take their time, they dont rush and the quality is worth the money.

I have major anxiety going in for pedicures because of dirty looks, whispers, half of a service from nail salons. I have a few skin issues which usually make pedicures or even routine hygiene on my feet very painful. The salon woman I had was Yul, very respectful with ALL my needs and did a beautiful job! She didn’t rush, instead she was very detailed about my overgrown cuticles and nails. I had NO PAIN and really enjoyed myself. The entire staff/salon was a very hospitable, made sure I was comfortable, offered beverages (even mimosas), clean and relaxing environment! I do recommend The Volcano treatment!! Thank you Yul and the entire staff!!

I was a first-time customer at Polished on Friday 8/5/22. I walked in a few minutes late and they called to make sure I was making it to my appointment. So they are on top of their appointments and making sure everyone can make it in. I booked for a gel mani and regular pedi, because I had a bad experience with my first ever dip manicure at another nail salon 3 weeks prior. The owner took a look at my nails and said that her tech could do a much better job and it would not be so thick on my nails. She was absolutely correct. I had Linda as my tech, and she did a phenomenal job on my manicure. It looks perfect in my attached photo, which was taken 4 days post manicure. As a mom to 2 young boys, $45 for a well-done durable dip mani is absolutely worth it! I also enjoyed my pedicure and think their current pedi pricing is reasonable. I paid $35 for the second option up that includes complete callus removal because I wear sandals constantly and always need it. Overall I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the salon and friendliness of all the techs. I will be making Polished my regular nail salon!

I enjoyed it greatly, they were on time with our appts, and have made plans to continue to go. I will say, if you can make an appt because they were super busy, and had one or two walk ins. They have a rewards system, a membership with perks, and overall everything was clean, organized, efficient, and just a calm and peaceful environment. Def recommend if youre local. :)

Tumie is great! The gel blend is awesome. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. Lily the manager is also very nice and attentive. Will recommend my fam and friends!

Awesome pedicure by Celine! Appointment on time, reasonable price and great job. Salon was nice and people attentive. Celine was friendly and efficient. I had to return for touch up after messing up one nail and she fixed free of charge with a smile on her face. Would definitely recommend!

My niece and I came in as walk ins today for pedicures. My niece is 7 and this was her first one! Jessica did mine and Cat did hers. I have to tell you I was BLOWN AWAY with the attention, professionalism and amazing service! Hands down the best pedicure I have ever had! Jessica ROCKED it and she even shares my name!! I will be back!!
