    I have been receiving all of my hair care needs from Root 319 Salon & Spa for close to 6 years now. From name-brand salon products, to cuts and color for my whole family, and even a massage sprinkled in here and there. I always walk out of there feeling and looking pampered and refreshed ✨ Best salon in town!

    Root 319 is so friendly and professional, treating you like you’re always welcomed. Taylor does a wonderful job with facials and massages. I’ve been going to her a little over a month and she does a great job especially with the facials. Mia is my hair girl and she is top notch, always making my hair look so healthy with a nice cut/style.

    I have been a client at Root 319 Salon since moving here in 2007. Melissa and her team are professional yet personable and friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and easygoing. I thoroughly enjoy my hair days with Melissa! I highly recommend this salon for any of your spa needs. All of the ladies are outstanding at their craft.     I had an amazing experience with Morgan for my hair color appointment! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. She gave me exactly what I wanted. My hair looks vibrant and healthy, and I couldn’t be happier with the color. Morgan is truly talented, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future appointments.     I’m from TN and we frequently come to the area. Because of the reviews finally came to my first appointment to get color. Lylith did a fantastic color treatment. She was attentive to my concerns and what I wanted. We travel so much it is difficult to get my hair done regularly and she thought about that with her treatment for me. My hair looks and feels great! I would book with her again when we visit and am excited to try out their other services while we are in the area. When I walked in, I felt the atmosphere was just so energetic and positive - and the owner even came to welcome me as my first time! The staff made my experience relaxing and I felt great when I left. Fantastic experience!

    Gina is wonderful!!! Does an excellent job with color (roots, highlights, toner). Does a great job with my curly hair too! Anything I want she can create! I feel so pampered at Root 319! Lovely atmosphere! Love coming here for all my beauty needs!

    Taylor, I hope I spelled her name correctly, is an amazing massage therapist. Patient, kind and compassionate. We had the Swedish massage for 30 mins and 1 hr. Truly an experience. Highly recommend. Thanks, Taylor for helping us relax today!

    Excellent. I love how my hair turned out. I got color and a cut. I also got waxing. Morgan did my hair. She is a sweetheart, I have found my permanent hairdresser. Taylor did my waxing. I have found my permanent wax girl. She got every single hair. She made it her mission and it was so funny. 😂 These 2 women are a lot of fun. Also the pricing is very competitive.

    Electrolysis with JordanJordan is such a delight, very knowledgeable & professional! I have been seeing her for several different things for over 4 years, like high frequency, facials, chemical peels, and now electrolysis. Ive been doing electrolysis for getting rid of hair in an area, and the results are amazing!! It has been so worth doing and would highly recommend doing if you have unwanted hair in an area that you want to get rid of.

    The young woman, Morgan that colors my hair is delightful. Quick w/the color application. Very conscious of not getting color on the hairline. The young women who rinsed my hair was also very kind and polite. Its difficult to go to new hair colorists, Morgan made me relax and enjoy my time there. Definitely would recommend Morgan!

    First if i could rate this place a 10 i would. Today I had a hair emergency. I mean hair fried and burned off. I ended up calling root 319 and they said they could look at my hair at 4:30 today but the moment they heard how upset i was over the phone the owner told me to come on in but wouldnt promise that they could fix it for me today. But once the owner Mrs Melissa seen the condition of my hair she was the one who took over right away with me.She was so kind and was able to fix my hair issues with in two hours. If I could recommend any hair salon. This is the one, all the staff are so kind and so helpful.

    I am beyond appreciative of Root 319 Salon & Spa. My 9 year old son has autism and I have struggled to keep his hair cut since this beginning often having to provide the cuts myself. Gina was beyond accommodating by allowing him to have the last appointment of the day, at closing, when the noise was at its lowest. She was very patient with him and communicated at his level to ensure he was comfortable with the process. I was able to call today and Alexis assisted us with scheduling appointments for all of 2024!

    I have never been at a more welcoming, informative, professional and heartwarming place to get my self care done. Jordan is the absolute best and has made my skin feel like brand new ! ✨️ also, for fellow anxious girlies I cannot express enough to please please get a facial here. You will feel so relaxed when you get out!!Also, Melissa and the whole team are so amazing with hair and they always ensure to go over every little detail and inform you on everything.     A couple great things to say, first Gina did an awesome job cutting my hair, blended the high fade perfectly. Second, they were very accommodating as I was running late and Gina was able to still fit me in and I didnt feel rushed. And lastly, the new building looks great!

    The girls at Root 319 are amazing. Summer always listens to what I want to do to my hair and she uses her magic and makes it happen! I leave there every single time so happy with my hair. I’ll never go anywhere else! Jordan brought my eyebrows back to life, I didn’t realize how tinting my brows would make such a difference. Jordan was so knowledgeable and informed me of everything that she was doing. It was a great experience. Melissa the owner is so kind and welcoming. At other salons in the past you can feel the tension with the staff, not at Root 319. It’s always so enjoyable to be there! Do your self a favor and go see them!

    Melissa has been my hairdresser for 17 years. I get my hair cut and colored every 4 weeks. My hair is very hard to cut, but it’s perfect every time. Jordan is awesome also. I’ve had micro blading, makeup, and eyebrows waxed and tinted. All of the ladies are professional and friendly. I feel at home at Root 319.

    I went to Root 319 yesterday for the first time and am 100% satisfied!! Very friendly staff and Summer, the hairdresser, did a fantastic job on my hair!!! I have difficult hair to work with. I have a thick head of hair and a lot of grey. Summer made it look beautifulI! And all she did was blow dry it for me so I can duplicate it! am so happy I made the appointment and I will be returning. And Melissa the owner is a real sweetheart!! Love Root 319!!!!
