I think the before and after speaks for itself but I had an amazing experience with Essence salon! Everyone was so warm and welcoming from the second I walked through the door. Hailey listened to all my concerns and walked through each step of the process before and during the appointment. She also gave recommendations for products and tips to keep my hair healthy and happy. They are also super great about responding to texts or calls when I have had any questions or even when I needed to reschedule my appointment. I am extremely happy with my decision to go to this salon!

I had an awesome experience at Essence Salon! Walked in and was immediately offered a beverage and sat in their cozy waiting area. I had the pleasure of having Hailey as my stylist, who is super sweet and cut my hair exactly how I was imagining! Overall a very welcoming salon that really makes you feel pampered! They even gave me a new client goodie bag, which I thought was really neat! 10/10 would recommend!

Elyse is amazing! She is very knowledgeable about hair texture and what type of cut will compliment your hair type or make it worse. She is also great at coloring. My hair hasnt felt or looked this good since my younger days. While they offer products they think will do well for your hair type they are not pushy! The salon looks great and is always clean. Everyone there is vey nice.

Elyse is AMAZING!! She is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. My daughter and I have been going to Elyse for a year and a half. Elyse helped my daughter decide on a haircut that would meet her needs and preference and patiently worked with her as she struggled to make a decision. For myself, Elyse has been wonderful to turn my thoughts and questions about what I was hoping to achieve with my hair color and cut into a beautiful reality. I am so glad that I decided to try Essence Salon after moving to the area. The staff is extremely friendly and the shop has a very welcoming atmosphere. I have thick, wavy hair which can be hit and miss when it comes to styling it, but Elyse has done a wonderful job. I couldn’t be happier with my experience which leaves me feeling pampered. They’re also very knowledgeable when it comes to the extensive line of AVEDA products they carry. I highly recommend this salon!

We visited Essence Salon for the very first time today. First impression, salon was clean, great aesthetics and a very welcoming environment. My daughter got a haircut by Hailey and she was amazing! My daughter has very long hair and Hailey made her feel relaxed and comfortable with the cut. Danielle is exceptionally talented at taking my description of what I want and turning it into reality. I’m so glad I have a local place that uses Aveda products. It’s all I have used on my hair since 2005. Essence is a local gem!

This was my 3rd salon I’ve tried since moving to the area and let me tell you! I was eye balling it since we first house shopped here but thought for sure the price would be too much for our budget. I regretfully went to two other salons before giving Essence a try. Don’t be like me, my fellow blondes, get yourself booked.I saw Hailey and she did NOT disappoint! 🙌🏼 She did so good, despite my slip up of timing and being 20 mins late. She worked magic and I feel good in my hair again. She really listened to what I was looking for and made it happen!Not only was Hailey phenomenal but the whole salon was wonderful. I forget the very kind and patient gal’s name that works the front desk (I’m so sorry!) she was beyond helpful with products and anything I needed or had questions about (Hailey too). They sent me away with gift bags of testers just for trying the salon…I am so looking forward to going back! Overall great experience. Clean and tidy salon with friendly staff. I basically went in with a vague non specific vision of what I wanted and Elyse did a fantastic job working out how to get it done. Also through a curveball and had to shorten my time due to daycare pick up and she worked with me to get the cut and color done with slight adjustments and not have to reschedule. They do have a very strict cancellation policy. Will go back again!
