I stopped in today to buy a few last minute Christmas gifts. Bryce greeted me as I came in & helped me find everything I needed. She went out of her way to suggest different products until I found exactly what I was looking for. She was extremely helpful, polite & professional. She definitely made me feel welcome. The cashier (Alexis) was also super friendly as well. There was only one girl that seemed snobby like I was in her way, she wasn’t helpful at all & made me feel uncomfortable. But Bryce made my shopping experience a successful one & I left a happy customer thanks to her! A+ customer service Bryce, thank you!

I love going in to Ulta! Ms Amaya is my absolute favorite. She is very knowledgeable on the products, she makes me feel like we are best friends every time she helps me plus her makeup is always flawless, I always feel so confident when she helps me because I trust her opinion

All of the employees at this store are extremely wonderful. Today I was in the store stressing about upgrading my skin care products because my skin is changing. Ema was the biggest help. She is so kind and helpful. I genuinely enjoyed her showing me all the products and explaining what would work best. She is amazing. EDITI have to add how AMAZING Sabrina is! She has done my hair twice now and it’s perfect. So my favorite employees are Bryce, Emma, and Sabrina even though the WHOLE STORE has the best employees.

SAVANNA IS THE BEST HAIR STYLIST AROUND! I love her so much! I was looking for someone new and she had great reviews on FB, so I booked an appointment online. I showed her pics of what I wanted and trusted the process. I’m very cool and only had pics of warm blondes. She adjusted the colors so the blonde would look good with my cool complexion (which seems to be hard for other hair dressers to do). I am always thrilled with the results. Prices are amazing! I’ll never leave her! A++++++++++++

Sabrina is my go-to hair girl! She has a great vision especially for vivid colors and I always leave happy and refreshed. She’s personable, professional and talented. She takes the time to listen to your ideas and is always upfront and honest with what will work for you. 100% recommend her!

I was on my way to a dinner with my mom-friends and I badly needed a makeup refresh! I walked in and was immediately assisted by Colleen who helped me pick out the correct color matches at the right price point. Jess offered her expertise to help with color choices as well, and Bre showed me some makeup techniques. It was a really nice experience for me and they were all so sweet. I normally dont have great customer service experiences at big makeup stores (I just feel overwhelmed and leave with the wrong colors!), but this was exceptional- it made my whole day. If you ever need help finding the correct shades, or the type of make up you need - go find one of these ladies at the Crestview Ulta. Thank you Colleen, Bre, and Jess!

Went in about a week ago and got my eyebrows fixed after a bad experience overseas. Jess did an amazing job on my brows! She maps them out and makes sure you like them before waxing anything! Highly recommend

Sabrina is by far the best hair stylist I have ever been to. She is patient, knowledgeable, and knows exactly how to bring your vision to life (better than you could have even imagined). These girls at this location are so helpful! Nikki was so great. She guided me into a new beauty routine and was really knowledgeable. The other girls in there were awesome too. It was a like a big party. So much Christmas cheer. Love it here!

I had the best experience with Devin in the salon at Ulta for my haircut! Scheduling was a breeze and they are the nicest ladies to work with! I was so happy with my cut and loved the experience of being able to get suggestions on products to shop right after my appointment.

The staff was very welcoming and informative. I told them what I was having issues with finding and even got tips on how to make the product work best for me. Understood that I was on a budget and took her time to help find products that would fit into the budget without feeling pressure to go over. It was like shopping with a best friend. Store is organized and clean. Salon is skilled and set up to the nines.

My daughter had her haircut the other day by Kaylee. She had a fabulous experience and her hair is absolutely gorgeous!!! We went in tonight for my husband to get a clipper cut. His stylist was Whitney, she did a wonderful job on his hair! I think we’ve found our new stylist!!! Thank you ladies for amazing service!!!

My 12 year old daughter LOVED her experience with Lilybeth in the salon!! We went in with no picture - just an explanation of what shed like - and Lilybeth cut and styled her vision perfectly. Everyone in the Crestview location is so helpful! On a previous visit, B & Niki helped my daughter choose the correct shades of makeup and gave tips on how to apply. 100% recommend going here!

First off it gets 5 stars because there’s actually something to look forward to in Crestview. Second, because it’s ulta-so duh! Great selection, extremely clean and I hope it stays that way, beautiful display set ups and some nice staff inside. I did a 30 minute “how to makeup” for a little refresh and ended up getting everything I didn’t have 💸thank you so much Jess!! She’s fantastic and I totally recommend the makeup class👌🏼💄Only con I would say is Ultas in general are jammed packed with displays and while pretty it makes it extremely hard/impossible to get through with my stroller 👎🏼 yes, I can leave the kiddo at home BUT when mama wants to shop she should be able to whenever she wants! It’s 2023 there has to be more innovative ways to display all the goodies.

Jay is a miracle worker when it comes to eye brows. I was an over plucker my whole life. Decided to put the tweezers down, grow them out, and reshape them. Best decision I ever made.
