Sadly, my usual barber is out of town for the holidays, so I decided to pop in to Great Clips as its less than 5 minutes down the road from where I live. I was very pleased and impressed with the service that I received from Lisa.I pulled right in as she was unlocking the door to open the shop and was very welcoming, just letting me know that she needed a moment to pull up the system and then she could assist me. Lisa was very amicable and very on top of what she was doing. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and was very happy with her work. Highly recommend!

I come here often, about 1 to 2 times a month. I like the online check-in it allows me to show up with a short rate. All my haircuts are great. During my last haircut, my stylist discovered and showed me that I have sun rashes on my scalp. It was a mild case, lots of bumps and it is super red and visible. She recommend me Tea Tree extract to use as a shampoo. Instead of going to Target, it took my wallets keep of faith, I bought the Great Clips branded Tea Tree shampoo for $13 that Crystal recommend and the next day all the bumps were gone! Thanks!

If you need a professional haircut, Lisa is the stylist for you. She has been doing my hair for at least 6 months and she only gets better at it. I really like how she willingly makes adjustments when I ask her do so. She is patient, kind, respectful and courteous. Thank you Lisa. I hope you stay at Champions Crossings for a very long time.

Great service and friendly stylist. She did a great job making sure I was happy. Also, nice that the notes from my previous cut (from a different state) were in the system. Just a bit dirty but it was at the end of the day. Online app is a great tool so we’re not waiting long at the actual salon.

Was super skeptical as I usually go to fancy barber shops spending $100. Decided since Ive been getting low quality cuts at a high price that I would try great clips out(Coudnt be any worse)... To my surprise I received one of the BEST cuts i have gotten in over 3 years! Only payed $18 and left a $20 tip.. Should have tipped 100! Maybe next time. The lady who cut my hair was a very friendly (Asian) lady... I did NOT catch her name. However, I hope I get her again next time I visit. Absolutely friend and best quality around.

Arrived at 9am at salon opening. First customer of the day and had Anita as my stylist. Explained what I wanted and received what I requested in my haircut.Anita was pleasant, professional and expeditious. Out of the salon within 20 minutes. Time is important.I was pleased with the cleanliness and neatness of the salon. I fully expect to visit this Great Clips location in the future.

You can really tell that the barber that cut my hair has years of experience, excellence rather. He kind of new what I want my hair to look like before I told him. My haircut now has been the best one now in the longest time. Awesome haircut and service is what I got in the 10-15 mins that I was there. Definitely go here. !!! 6 stars if I can give that much!

Checked in online, was seen within 2 minutes of my estimated wait time. Had Anita and she was lovely! We talked about the cut, she got to work while we chatted away and before I knew it, she was done and I am very pleased with the results! Coming back later in the week with my girls.

I was surprised to find this location so slow. I was immediately greeted and then I was in a chair getting my haircut. Ted was my stylist and he was quick and professional. Great cut. Im very satisfied with his work. If you go make sure to ask for Ted.

Fantastic haircut by Marie. She even stayed with me a little after closing time, as I got there a little late. Around 8:40 pm. She was well worth the 50% tip. Highly recommend her and the shop. Always a good haircut.

Great haircut and great prices! Everyone Ive interacted with so far has been friendly and competent. Theres usually little to no wait, especially if you check in on their app first. Parking is a little limited, but there is plenty around the back of the building.
