Being new in town, I contacted this place via their website to ask for information about their services and pricing. Vernon was extremely helpful and detailed in his response, letting me know what to expect and what the different options are. I called for an appointment and they were able to fit me in within just a few days. Rachel was my stylist, and she did a fantastic job. I went in for a root touch up and trim, and she matched my color more perfectly than anyone else ever has. She gave my hair the layers it needed without taking too much off the length, just like I asked. She was also fun to chat with and the pricing was very reasonable. I was very pleased and will definitely go back next time.

I got my hair cut by Leslie and I absolutely loved her. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it and she gave me tips on hair care products and how to care for my hair. The salon itself is very upbeat and clean and the people all seem very friendly. The pricing is very reasonable, most definitely worth the value. Thank you Leslie I love my hair and I loved my experience, I will definitely be back and I would definitely recommend this salon!

This salon is amazing! With a simple appointment they got me in quickly and easily. The staff is great and courteous, from the moment I walk in and being offered a beverage and sitting down to have my hair done. My stylist was so wonderful and sweet, she was so attentive and took time to make sure I had everything the way I liked it. I continue to come to this salon for the beyond amazing service and friendliness, always recommend 10 plus times going so far :)

Best salon Ive ever been to. I had Rachel and she did an amazing job with my hair. She even taught me how to properly blow out my bangs, something no stylist had ever done for me before. Id recommend this salon to anyone.

Envy is an amazing salon! They were able to accommodate me even though I waited until the last minute to book an appointment! My stylist was Mari! She was so kind and made sure I looked fantastic for my engagement pictures! The salon is clean, everyone is friendly, and the prices are reasonable! They even offer a Disney Cast Member discount!

I love my hair again. I started coming here about 6 months ago and I love this place. Leslie highlights and cuts my hair and does a wonderful job. I also love that they invest in their stylists in continuing education so they are always up on the latest styles and techniques. It is very professional and everyone is friendly.

I went to this salon in August and met Jennifer who fixed color gone wrong. I went to rebook and unfortunately she had left the salon so I was placed with a new stylist Andy. I couldnt be happier! He was professional yet extremely friendly and gave me exactly what I asked for but even better. I would recommend him to anyone as he is great with color (especially blondes which can be difficult) and he was super nice and a gem of a person to talk with. The entire staff is very friendly, always asking if you need anything. Couldnt ask for a better experience for the price, I will be returning!

I have been coming here for years. Since it became Janas Envy I am even happier! I had a complimentary parafin hand treatment and my hair was washed with Tea Tree infused shampoo. I have a sensitive scalp and my scalp has never felt better! I bought it to use at home. Vanessa did a fabulous job in my hair. Love coming here!

Awesome salon, really laid back. People are really nice, have plenty of open appointments and have great prices. Jose is amazing...loved my haircut, he was really easy to talk to and very professional. I got a ton of compliments on the cut, just made another appointment with him...cant wait.

I absolutely love Envy salon and I couldnt say enough great things about Crissie Day! She has been styling my hair now for about 2 or 3 years and I would never let anyone else ever touch my hair! Envy salon is such a clean and friendly and warm and welcoming salon! I highly recommend both the salon and Crissie to everyone!

Best place to get my hair done! I always see Christian and he always gives me the best haircut and color. Recently, my hair was cut my someone else (huge mistake) and he made it look 150% better. Everyone at the salon is incredibly nice and welcoming and its a great place to relax and have someone make you look your very best!

This is, by far, the best salon you could ask for. Crissie knows hair...and people! The salon offers excellent customer service and great hair styles and cuts. Today, I popped in to see if I could get some help with a botched haircut that I had received from a different salon in the area. I needed a simple trim, to even out as best they could, the length of my hair, and then I just needed an overall touchup to help the long layers to flow better until they grow out long enough to also be evened out. I was given Maribel as my stylist and from the moment I sat down, I knew I was going to be ok. She listened to my concerns, asked what the ending goal was (to have the length evened out as much as possible but not going any higher than my underarms), and she talked through it to understand what I wanted. When she shampooed my hair, she took a few moments to massage my head and on my only day off... that was worth my whole trip right there, but then she let me sit down in her chair and simply close my eyes to rest and relax while she painted with her scissors. She gave me an AMAZING cut that did exactly what I needed - listened to my concerns, did not go above my requests, made repairs to lengths that needed it while not losing much more length than already there, and she created an overall look that is flattering to me and exactly what I wanted. She is not just a hairstylist, she is a true artist - theres a difference. Biggest take aways as a guest / customer... 1. She listened to me and worked to understand my concerns and overall goal. 2. She allowed me to just sit quietly while she worked - this was the best rest and relaxation Ive gotten all week. 3. That head massage! 5 - 10 minutes but it makes a HUGE difference.

Owners response to Nuraika review.I am truly sorry you felt you had a botched haircut3 months ago, your third visit to that stylist, unfortunately you did nothing to allow us to fix that situation at the time, because you did not tell us about it. Had you done so at the time we would have fixed it at no charge as we would for any dissatisfied guest.We have, as you know, made several attempts to contact you in the last 3 weeks to confirm your appointment, as it was going to be a different stylist, but you did not respond to the 7 voicemails left. As you also know you were the person that initiated a text conversation. I responded to your glibstatement that you were too busy in the last 3weeks/months to cancel the appointment. As I explained to you, stylists are paid on a commission basis, if you no show someone they have no opportunity to rebook that time and it costs that person a good amount of money. I am sorry if you find the realities of life offensive, I was simply trying to explain to you that 30 seconds of your time to say you are not coming means that person does not lose $75 out of their pay packet for the day. On this occasion it was particularly uncalled for as it was a different stylist to the one who allegedly did not satisfy you originally. A small common courtesy on your behalf would also allow us to service one of the many guest we had wanting to use that time. If you feel our expectation of a common courtesy, so our stylist can have the opportunity to earn a reasonable return on their skill and hard work is unacceptable to you, we understand your right to put your business with someone else who is more in line with your thought process.You are correct, people do miss appointments and when they realize, they usually have no problem apologizing, however as you stated in your review, you didnt miss your appointment you had no intention of showing up for it. To be clear I did not ask for an apology I simply said that had you said Im sorry I forgot there would have been no further conversation, however you did not.We strive to keep our prices as low as possible, probably most stylists largest leak for money is people who no show their appointments, it is very difficult to fill those times effectively. A lot of no shows mean any salon has to reluctantly consider higher prices for the guests that do show up, that seems unfair to me, but the other option is to close our doors.I respectfully ask anyone who books appointments for any service provider, us or any other, that if they do not need that appointment, please call and say so. That 30 seconds of your time can make a difference of $2-3k a year to people who work incredibly hard to try and make you look your best. It also allows us to keep your prices as affordable as possible.
