    Had the best hair styling experience in my life. I needed to get my hair curled for the upcoming holiday season. By chance I went to Jose Santiago at Master Image salon. Wow, simply amazing. In New York City I would wait 8 hours and pay nearly $700 for an average styling. With Jose I paid less than a third, plus spent only 2 and a half hours for an amazing, spectacular and down- right fabulous hair styling experience!!! Jose Santiago is simply THE BEST Ever. Thank you Jose for making more beautiful than ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I am so pleased with my new look, for the new year. It was my first visit to this salon. I needed a haircut and balayage done on my hair desperately. After reading reviews from other clients, I requested Jose. During the consultation he listened and gave me his professional opinion on the cut and color. He knows his stuff! He did should a wonderful job! I love my hair! I recommend Jose for sure! He’s so nice and a great conversationalist. I will be going back to see him again. See Jose, you will not be disappointed!

    Had my hair cut by Joel and he definitely knows whats hes doing! Im very particular about who cuts my hair and Joel happens to be one of the select few. Obviously well trained, very experienced and most importantly able to produce the results I expect.

    Have had my hair done here several times and it always turns out great! Jose always does a fantastic jobs, whether I want full highlights or bangs for the first time (which everyone knows can be risky!!) Every time I go somewhere else I regret it. I’ll be back!!

    Im new to Florida and found Jose at Master Image and he is absolutely the best!!! He took his time to explain everything he was doing including advise on how to maintain my color. Not only is he very professional and amazing at what he does, but fun and easy to talk to. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!

    Today was my first time at this salon and I was so impressed. Professional people that all seem to love their work. My appointment was with Jose and he was amazing with my hair. Totally exceeded my expectations! I couldn’t stop playing with my hair all evening. Watching all the other stylists there, all of them did great with their customers! Highly recommend!

    I’m so happy I came in today. I’m not from this area and it was very last minute decision for me to find a place to get a quick trim, I walked in and was so nicely greeted. I asked the receptionist if they had anyone available for a walk in, the stylist was just about to leave and agreed to take me in. She was so kind and sweet.     When I walked into the establishment, I was immediately blown away by the feng shui and hospitality. The environment is very spacious an decorated to the tee. The psychedelic light fixture in the middle of the salon was the cherry on top that kept my attention the entire time.

    My wife called to get her hair done, and to her amazement, they had an opening. We literally ran out the door and made sure we got here on time. Mel was amazing in helping me to figure out what I needed tp surprise my wife. After getting here they took her right back and started immediately my wife loved her hair and couldnt wait to come back for her surprise hair coloring and eyebrows. I know with Mels help my wife will love it.

    Jose was amazing. This review is long overdue but I had an appointment with him a couple of months ago and he was incredibly kind and took such wonderful care of me and my hair. I honestly have never been more in love with the final result of my hair. He nailed what I was hoping for and I will definitely return next time.

    I would recommend this salon to anyone who’s wanting to get their hair done, even just a trim! José did AMAZING!! He’s so good at what he does and loves to carry on a conversation! Definitely will be returning!! I’ve had one bad hair salon experience in the past which happened to be my first time in a Salon, so I was nervous at first! But wow! The results were so worth it! Even color and no patches like my first experience! 100% recommended!!

    We were on vacation and my 16 year old wanted to color her hair pink - we did this at our rental and it was a hot mess! Bleaching was completely uneven and and the pink didnt turn out well at all!! So we called for help and they booked us for a consultation and was able to work her in and completely fix her hair so she could enjoy the ladt days of her vacay. We had 2 stylist, Kaitlyn and we didnt catch the other name. She is now a happy teen with a head of beautiful purple hair. I would highly recommend this Salon!!

    I needed to get good highlights, not pay a fortune and have them wash out after 2 shampoos; Jose did a Great Job!! he took his time with my highlights! and it looked beautiful!!! and did not wash out!!!     I called the same day to schedule an appointment and Yuli was the stylist that took care of me. She is so friendly, talented and patient. She did an awesome job! I also had a severe migraine when I came in and her head massage took it away, I just fell asleep. I will definitely come back to see her. Thank you Yuli :-)

    I happened to find this salon as it is close by my house and it had been over a year since I last got my hair cut. My appointment was with Jose and my expectations were far exceeded! Jose is the first person that has ever taken time to actually look at my hair and give honest suggestions and practical feedback on how to fix the issues I have with it. He was super kind and took care to make sure I was comfortable the whole time! Plus my hair looks 10x better than when I walked in :)

    I have been going to Master Image Salon for a couple of years. I vacation there often enough that I occasionally need a haircut, when I cant fit it into my schedule back home. Jose cut my hair last visit, and he is incredibly talented. He has a gift and a passion for this business and wants you to have the best haircut possible. Joses cut was perfect, and I say do not hesitate to go with him.

    This was my first visit. Lisa was my amazing stylist!!!! I have short hair which as anyone who does, knows its VERY hard to find a great artist!!! She is amazing. I would recommend her for any style as she also gave my Mom an angled bob which she loved. I cannot say my appreciation enough other than to say please frequent this Salon and Spa! Everyone is sweet and talented. They listen ❤️

    José did a phenomenal job with my hair. He took time to see what kind of coloring technique would work best with my lifestyle, and he knocked it out of the park. It is a little pricey, but well worth it- this is the best color Ive had in years. The salon was spotless, and everyone was very welcoming. Excellent adherence to Covid restrictions- I felt very comfortable. Amazing experience!

    Amazing experience! I was extremely impressed with everything at this salon. My stylist, Jose, was wonderful - friendly, professional, and accommodating.     I am so happy with the service I received today from Joel. He is so professional, kind and truly exceptional. I had been getting my hair professionally dyed black for the last 10 years, and this last year I wanted a change. I had not been able to find anyone who could get me to what I wanted. Today, Joel did just that. He was able to get me back to my natural light brown hair color, and I already have an appointment to continue the process to get to the honey blonde I want.     Every single time I go here, I never leave disappointed. Sara (the owner) trims my hair and brings it back to life each time!!!!     I have been going to this salon for about a year or so, every time I have gone I have left happy. Then I found my perfect stylist Jose! Now I leave ecstatic! He is helpful and when I talk about what new style or color I want he listens and delivers one hundred fold! I’m super happy with my hair and experience here.     I have been going to salons for 7 years and not once did they ever cut my hair properly, yet 20 or so minutes at Master Image and my hair has never looked better. I got a simple layered cut and blowdry by Jose (who was very friendly and pleasant to be around) and my hair has never felt lighter and looked fuller than ever before. The place is so clean and the people are so polite and friendly. It is a little pricy but I cant wait to come back again.

    Master Image is for sure more than just a hair salon its an experience. The stylist are very knowledgeable and always give you a warm welcome along with some cutting edge style and new looks that will have heads turning everywhere you go.     The place is classy and very clean. The staff is friendly and I appreciated the fact that my stylist was not interrupted by her coworkers. She listened to what I wanted and gave me an amazing cut and blow out! I went from waist length hair to just below the shoulder length. Everyone congratulated me on not crying, lol. They also offer a complimentary beverage. I will definitely go back for my next cut.

    Beautiful salon. I received one of the most relaxing experiences Ive had in years. Mel was my hair tech and she was such a pleasure to talk to while getting my hair colored. She washed my hair and gave me me a neck massage at the same time and WOW best wash in a long time. Prices match the service and Jessie at reception is a sweetheart.     My daughters and I have had our hair done here, Jose was great. I am very cautious about who cuts my hair, I have curly to wavy and I dont want to get my hair chopped off.     This salon is so beautiful and elegant!! The stylist are so friendly and sweet. I drove an hour and a half just to go to this salon.     This salon is a hidden gem. All the staff are really helpful and friendly and they make the experience just perfect. The salon itself is very comfortable and clean and kept in pristine condition. I book in with Joel who knows exactly how I like to have my cut and he always does a really super job on my hair. Do yourself a favor and give this salon a try - youll be glad you did!!!

    Amazing staff service. Very friendly, no wait time, I had an appointment but even then you sometimes wait. Lisa was awesome. She listened to what I wanted (which was very vague) and started right up. I think I got about 8-9 inches cut off. The cut/style is so cute and perfect for my job (I workout doors all day). She was very friendly, polite, and quick on her scissors! I definitely recommend her and will be going back to her. Thanks Lisa.

    My mom and I have been going to Jael for years. Shes great at styling and coloring. The salon is super clean and organized. The rest of the staff is extremely nice. They work with your schedule. The location is easy to get to and plenty of parking. They are taking all the necessary steps to keep customers safe during the pandemic too. I look forward to every visit.

    After 4 months without a haircut I found Master Image Salon online - their precautions with masks, hand washing, temperature taking and disinfecting as well as using every other chair was reassuring. Jose gave me a great precision cut despite having to work around my mask. Felt very comfortable and safe and got a great haircut too. Highly recommend the salon and especially Jose.

    Right as you walk through the door, you are immediately greeted. They have amazing service. Their staff is extremely friendly. After a long day at work, you can come here to get pampered. Weather theyre doing your nails, hair, wax they never rush. Mel, is always attentive to detail she is so sweet and friendly and gives the Besttttttttt massages while shampooing. She definitely makes you feel like youre in heaven. They always take their time to make sure you look the exact way you want. This place is hands down the greatest salon I have ever been to!

    I love visiting this salon. My personal stylist is Emma, but I have 3 daughters who all have been seen by the other stylist. I have known Emma and Sarah for many years and they have never disappointed us. I find each of the stylist to be very professional, energetic, upbeat, honest, and knowledgeable in the latest trends. I love the fact that I can make an appointment and just sit back and let Emma work her magic. I have never shown her a picture of what I needed done she just knows and makes recommendations along the way. Whether its your first time or 100th time going you will leave happy and more than satisfied. Its a relief to not to have to search for that stylist you just click with.

    Jose cut my hair in January 2019 when I was just about to leave for the UK. It is the best hair cut Ive had in years. The shape is excellent and after its washed my hair falls back into place effortlessly - has the volume Ive been struggling to get for the last few years and gets better with time. An excellent job.

    Ive been getting my hair done by Mel for years and I wouldnt change my hairdresser for nothing. . .not only is she great, but the staff is amazing, the salon is spotless, looks great. they didnt get the name Master Image for nothing, you end up leaving with amazing looks. They know what they are talking about when it comes to colors, they offer many more amazing services and I leave happy.

    Jose is the best! I just moved to Champions Gate and was looking for a new hair salon, preferably one that used Goldwell products. As soon as I walked through the door and met Jose I knew I found the right place. After talking over what I needed and reviewing my color formula, he proceeded to cut and color my hair exactly the way I wanted it, complete with a deep conditioning treatment to repair damage from the FL water.     I came in and was greeted right away with a smile, I was taken care of almost immediately. They’re very professional & clean. I had gotten a hair cut yesterday at a different salon & the lady butchered my hair. I came here & explained what had happened, & I think the lady’s name is Crissy, took very good care of me & was very focused on helping me repair the damage! 12/10 would recommend.

    Moved down to Davenport area and needed to find a new salon. Came across this one through Google and I am absolutely pleased! The salon is beautiful and very clean inside. The owner Sara is very kind and did my haircut for me. I love my new do and will be definitely going back! Oh and I have very thick hair so dont be deterred by these other ridiculous reviews!

    I moved here about 7 months ago, and finding a new salon with people whom you can trust can be difficult. However, Master Image has made my transition smooth, and I am 100% confident in all the services they provide. My stylists name is Christian. I LOVE him. He does such good work, is friendly and knows what is best for your hair. If you are looking for someone to do balayage, Christian is your guy.     Love, love, LOVE this salon! The front desk staff are very friendly, the stylists are super talented, and the environment is relaxing and comfortable (the shampoo bowls are AMAZING!).     I absolutely love it here! I have trust issues with prior hair salons/ nail salons in the past and was very hesitant when I realized it was time for me to get these things done again. Prior at these other salons they would not listen to what I would have to say or do as I request, get it completely wrong or do the opposite and still expect a huge tip. Not here! They listen, very patient with me and my questions, very willing to help and open to hearing what I need to say before giving suggestions. I will definitely be back for all my future needs for sure! Hands down the best. And my hair stylist/ assistant manager, Sarah, is awesome I was very happy with my services and treatment and my overall appearance. 5/5 for sure, totally recommend if youre worried about finding a new place look no further.

You know this will be a experience to remember!My hair stylist was Sarah who was so charming and talented! Matching my hair tone seamlessly to their high quality products!     I was nervous to have my pixie recut (my first experience at a different salon did not exactly turn out as Id hoped). I called Master Image Salon and the front desk woman was so nice and recommended Jael see me. I went in that night and Jael took a lot of extra time to listen to me explain my hair story! You can tell when someone is actually listening to you and not just nodding their head. She took in what I was saying and addressed all my concerns and requests. She then took her time (despite it being a late evening appt), checking in with me as she went, and gave me a wonderful pixie haircut that I love!     My name is Ashleigh (this is my husbands gmail account because I dont have gmail). I had the salon owner cut and color my hair about 2 months ago. She was very friendly and talkative which made me feel comfortable, and she took her time perfecting my color and cut on my hair. She also took into consideration the health of my hair and lightening my dyed brown hair to blonde slowly so that it wouldnt damage my hair. I was very impressed with the haircut and color, and my color has stayed beautiful since I left the salon. She even took the time to curl my hair after it was finished. I love the way the salon looks, its very classy and inviting. Im due for another service, so I will be calling again soon!     I can not be more happier with the results I got today! I went into Master Image for a full set of hybrid eyelash extensions. Krizia was my eyelash technician and she gave me the exact style I was looking for. The salon also has intro prices right now so you save $25 on a full set! I would definitely recommend Krizia to anyone looking for eyelash extensions.

    My daughter and I enjoyed our experience at Master Image. We were taken care of by Emma, who is amazing! While there for haricuts, we decided to take advantage of a few of the hair masks available there. I did the Ouidad: Melt Down Mask and my daughter did the Its a 10 Keratin Mask, both were phenomenal and we saw immediate results. Emma cut our hair exactly as we asked her to and was very respectful and time efficient. Ask for Emma! Shes a great conversationalist and is very knowledgeable about her field. We will be back soon!

    I have no words to describe my experience i have never been the super girly type. But in my life i have went to 4 hair salon in total AND THEY ALWAYS MESSED UP my hair i always leave unhappy. Till the point that i completely chopped all my hair. Last week decided to go to a hair salon in Lakeland and it was the worst decision i showed the lady what i wanted which it was a balayage but with dark tones, light brown. And somehow i ended blond, i complained she supposedly fixed it and i ended up with orange hair. I cried so much. I looked ugly and my hair ended up so puffy and freezy i didnt know what to do. So i did what i always do i went to chop all my hair again i was truly heartbroken. So i decided to go to this hair salon and Mel took care of me. She looked at my hair she didnt laugh and then she preceded to ask what i wanted even though i went for a hair cut she told me she could fix it i didnt wanted because i was skeptical but she assured me she could i decided take a leap of faith. I was on a timeline and she told me itll only be 15 more minutes. She did some magic put a toner and voila! I ended up crying! I look so pretty! My hair was completely fix then she cut some bad parts and even everything out. I went in looking like a disaster, and left like a Diva. I will be coming back with Mel. Theres no words to express how i feel truly thanks Mel.

    Yesterday was my first time coming to this salon. I recently got a new job where i need to look professional. My hair before coming in was very damaged frizzy brown/blonde. I wanted to go back to my natural black hair and go short to get rid of the damage...Jael was my stylist, she was wonderful. Listened to what I wanted and I showed her a picture as well.My hair feels so much healthier and a weight literally lifted off my shoulders lol...the only problem is its a little shorter in the front than I wanted (should be more angled and longer in the front and be longer than my chin) and my front bangs were still a tiny bit off on one side...but hair grows so Im fine with the length and I just snipped the tiny bit that was uneven on my bangs...Jut a tip to new clients, you have to turn into a lot to find the salon. You cant see from the main road the salon sign. Took me a minute to figure that out after driving around the street lol.
