    I have been to Ulta in Posner Village twice in the last six months. The first time I went, I met with Asia. She sat with me for a consult and took her time answering all my questions and explaining what services I would need to accomplish what I wanted. Asia was very patient and thorough and went through all of the pricing so I knew what to expect. She also explained I would need more than 1 appt to achieve what I wanted and told me to trust the process. If you are in ever in the Davenport area you should stop by and see her. She will not disappoint.

    Excellent service! I’ve been going to Asia as my hairdresser for over 8 years, and she is absolutely exceptional! She’s a true professional and a master of her craft. Given my hair’s health and needs, she always knows how to treat, manage, and neutralize the red tones perfectly in my hair. She also gives me the best cuts every time. My hair has been thriving and growing ever since I started seeing her. I couldn’t recommend her more. Asía is simply the best!

    I had the most exceptional experience tonight (march 2, 2024) at the store. I had an online order issue. Not only did they fix the issue but they quickly helped me get another item with the online price through store pickup. The customer service was wonderful. They were kind, accommodating and efficient. I send my thanks to the manager on duty and her team. I didn’t catch all names but the associate had dark hair, young and the manager was nice also! The man cashing me also was very helpful.

    This was my first time getting my hair done at Ulta and let me telll yall it was amazing. My hair stylist Kim, she was a doll. The whole overall experience was amazing. I arrived at 3:30 and i was out of the chair before 4:30. Shoutout Kim because she was so sweet and gentle and just overall perfect service. Will be coming back!

    I had Asia cut my hair on 10/30 and I couldn’t be happier! She did such a wonderful job, I was so happy when I left. I was able to show her a picture of what I wanted and it’s exactly what she gave me. She made me comfortable in her chair and confident when I left. My husband loved my new haircut so much when he saw it. I can’t wait to have her cut my hair again.

    Geo is the best! I was treated with respect and kindness. I needed help choosing my foundation and powder . Geo notice I needed help and kindly approached me to offer help. I left happy , with everything I needed plus I even got very helpful beauty advices, Thank you again GEO!

    The salon stylists and other employees are so knowledgeable and helpful! I went in needing a curly cut and products that worked for my hair type to keep a good curl through out the day. The manager, Ericka, paired with me the best hair stylist for my needs and an ambassador who specializes in products for curly hair. Not only did my stylist, Prindy, give me the perfect cut to help my hair come back to life, she also taught me how to use the products I received that day. The ambassador for Rizos Curl, Emily, listened to my hair care concerns and goals and hand picked shampoo, conditioner, cream, mousse, and more. It’s been a few months since my visit and I can say that my hair has never been more healthy and looks amazing with the cut Prindy chose for me and the Rizos Curl products. Thank you Ulta Posner!!

    I stopped by about an hour before closing to set an appointment with the brow bar. I happened to get Sam as the first person who greeted me. I asked if she knew when the brow person would be in, with her follow up questions she was able to just set the appointment for me (it’s been a long time since I’ve used the brow bar and didn’t know I could do it online). She had a dope personality and not once made me feel like an inconvenience. If her customer service is an indication of the of the style of service provided there, I will definitely be coming back.     Gio was super helpful! They helped me decide between 2 products and the one they recommend was out in the area since its a very popular product,so they went all over the store trying to find one and even consulted a couple other coworkers about where they would be possible to find more. Unfortunately they were compleatly out but they recommended ordering it for me and getting it shipped straight home. They truly went above and beyond.

    My daughters and wife love this place. The prices seem high but makeup and skin stuff but I guess they sell the good stuff. It makes the ladies in my life happy,...they love their products. Im just glad Im a dude so I dont use that stuff.

    Catterra was amazing she took me in as a walk-in, I was going away for my honeymoon and she took such good care of me, she was so personable but not just to me, but with other customers that approached her as well! She gave me some good beauty tips and made my eyebrows look amazing !

    If I could give Elsie 100 stars I would! She is just amazing! She has done my hair over the last 4 months and sadly we left the area. I’m willing to fly to her to have her continue doing it, she’s THAT GOOD! I absolutely adore her personality and work ethic. She ensures you’re 100% satisfied and if you’re not she takes up her own slot of time to fix it. (I tried something new) Not only that, she checks up on you the next day to ensure you’re absolutely happy with it. (Which I was over the moon with it) She’s truly the best hair dresser I’ve had in 44 years! She’s a HUGE asset to Ulta!! Thank you Elsie for all my hair appointments and my therapy sessions. lol.

    This review is long overdue as Catterra has been my Beauty Bar Specialist for about a year. One of the biggest things that has made me a loyal customer of hers is the time and detail she takes with each persons service, especially brows. Ive had many experiences where technicians simply wax everyones brows identically, regardless of face shape, features placement, and bone structure. This is NOT the case with Catterra! She truly pays attention to your face and asks important questions to make sure you walk away with brows tailored to your desire.What shines equally as bright as her work eithic is her customer service!!! Catterra is down-to-earth and a joy to converse with. She remembers important things that were discussed throughout previous visits and genuinely creates a caring and personable baseline for fun conversation during your service. If youve ever gotten any beauty treatments done in the middle of Ulta on a busy day, then youll understand how valuable this is!Catterra goes above and beyond to make customers feel special and look beautiful 😍 I tell her every time I see her, No one else is allowed to touch my brows!     In all the decades I’ve been going to Ulta, never have I ever left a review, let alone a 5+ star review but this special person deserves it. Geo, you are a darling! Not only was he patient with me but soooo knowledgeable. I mean, he knew about the newest products, the best matching color for my skin, everything I asked, he had an answer. I think he tried like 5 different foundations and he was not happy until we found the right one. He was super budget friendly too, I had a little too much on my basket and he recommended a similar product that I LOVED but less expensive. He was super calm, sweet, welcoming, friendly, honest and inviting. Definitely recommend him to anyone looking for great customer service.Geo if you ever read this, THANK YOU!! You are the type of person I was looking for, for all of my skin care needs! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. :)

    I came into ulta super nervous and unsure where to start Jessie helped me out so much and helped me find every single thing I needed never got impatient with me not once and made my entire experience here feel so comfortable , she helped me finish my makeup kit and I’m so thankful for her I would recommend everyone to go and see her the sweetest most kind patient and gorgeous person I’ve ever met.     I visited this Ulta today, and had such a lovely experience. The store was incredibly busy, as it was a Saturday, I was nervous at first as I am a very anxious person who does not do well with crowds and always feel as if I’m bothering the staff when asking questions but the staff at this Ulta were absolutely amazing. I was helped in fragrance right away, I forgot the lovely woman’s name but honestly the whole store’s staff were phenomenal I cannot stress this enough. As I said it was super busy, however Sam was more than happy to help color match not only myself but my daughter as well. She was amazing, listened to our wants from products and was able to select products that matched perfectly and ticked all the boxes of what we were looking for, she also let us know we could leave the products we no longer wanted there with her and she would put them back! Ally was amazing as well, funny enough I thought my daughter was standing next to me and started asking (to whom I thought was my daughter) “what is the difference between these two eyebrow pencils”, I felt rather embarrassed turning around to see my daughter had ventured off but Ally started a conversation with me right away and answered the question. I thought that was really sweet, she did not have to respond at all, just another point to prove how amazing this staff is. Absolutely everyone was knowledgeable and helpful! The line was long, however it went super quick as everyone at checkout were rockstars! 10/10 experience! I just wish I remembered more of the names of the staff who all helped us out, all were quick to offer suggestions, all were incredibly kind, intelligent, knowledgeable, and caring! Thank you!

    Best Ulta I’ve been to. As a guy in a store like this I can get lost. The service here was amazing. Thank you to Andrea for helping me check out the men’s and women’s colognes / perfumes. She was patient with me and answered all my questions.Thank you to Cattera for helping me looking all over the store for the Nemat Vanilla scent. Every bin was empty and she checked 5 or 6 spots for me. It looked like all were sold out but she was able to find it for me. Great service!

    I was just at the Posner Park location today and Brionna and Jessie were absolute angels! I know very little about make up and they were able to help me replace all of the makeup that I recently lost during travel. Brionna color matched me perfectly, which is normally very hard to do. Both her and Jessie showed me some really great products that I didn’t know about, as well as educated me on the application of them so I could look my best. I am very minimalistic and I appreciate the fact that they didn’t push any product on me that didn’t match what I was looking for. Honestly, it was such a pleasure and I will look for them whenever I need advise in the future. Thank you so much ladies 🙏🏽♥️

    Booked a blowout with Elsie M. and it was 10/10! It was my first time getting a blowout and I was a little nervous but Elsie has such a welcoming personality, that I felt immediately at ease. She was able to deliver the classic soft waves style I was looking for. I would book again.

    I had a great experience! My mom and I went here to get some foundation and concealer. It was my first time shopping for makeup for myself and I had no idea what exactly to get. But the employees were very nice. Elise helped me get everything that I needed and took the time to let my mom and I try different things on. And she kept it all in my price range. We walked out feeling great and happy with what we decided on. Definitely recommend 👍🏽

    We visited a few days ago and SAM with the beautiful style and amazing knowledge helped so much she took the time to walk my niece and I through every isle and showed multiple products to insure we had some confidence shopping alone, my niece really loved her and wanted to find her through out the hour of us shopping for any questions/opinions she could help her with which Sam did with a smile on her face . And at the end my niece really wanted to try on some of the makeup and Sam made her feel so special and truly listened to everything my niece was into and created a beautiful fun makeup look for her to walk out of the store with it was such a great experience not only for my niece but for me as well to watch how happy she was 😊 Thank you Sam !

    5 STAR REVIEW MENTIONI normally have a good experience when visiting this location, its always well‐kept and the CSR are friendly and helpful but, today was REVIEW WORTHY.I ran in for a quick pickup of concealer, when I was greeted by CSR- Sam, who had a WARM WELCOMING and DYNAMIC personality that assisted me right away. I mentioned the reason for my visit, she was very knowledgeable about the products and empathized; while articulated several options to fit my needs. Sam also provided a Color Matching Service that I didnt even ask for....needless to say I brought ALL the products that she suggested. I havent had this level of customer service in along time. 👏KUDOS to you, Sam for providing an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE and a EFFORTLESS SERVICE. I cant wait to visit again and buy more goods🤗

    I walked into this store 7/14/22 looking for the new skincare line! The store was so understaffed trying to get help was frustrating however this employee I wish I could remember her name came to my rescue! She had the brightest red hair which is what caught my attention! I let her know exactly what I was looking for. I explained my complicated skin issues and she was able to direct to to a skin care line Good Molecule! Unfortunately the line was ridiculously long. I noticed there were only two cashiers. I didn’t end up waiting to purchase! However these girls deserve recognition for being helpful, professional and courteous! Hopefully the customers that waited to pay were kind and courteous! I will definitely go back a different day to purchase the recommended skincare line!

    Personally Im not a huge fan of this place but the kids shop here on a regular basis.On this particular occasion I was out with two of the kids and they wanted to pick up a couple things. We picked the worst possible day because of weather but were able to get in and do a bit of shopping between the raindrops. They spend quite a bit of time looking for a couple of items and could not find what they wanted.Usually theyre shopping for hair care products and occasional bits of makeup.We had nothing picked out and were getting ready to leave when I reminded one of them of one item that they mentioned they wanted and they realized they had forgotten to look for it. They were able to find it and we left the store with them being satisfied with their purchase.Lots of parking around here at Posner Commons. There are accessible spaces throughout the lot. Most of the stores do not have accessible doorways but you can get around fairly well with a wheelchair.

    I had such a great experience at this Ulta! I got my hair done and my brows waxed. Catterra was amazing when doing my brows and made sure they were even and listened to how I wanted them shaped, and followed it. You could tell she really cared about making sure I loved them. Dahlia was also so awesome in doing my hair! I had a challenging color request and she was able to do it perfectly, she is really talented! I highly recommend both of them :)

    I dont usually post reviews or anything, but it seems Ulta doesnt have an official way to leave feedback or a survey anymore. I wanted management to know how much I appreciated the way Riley treated me during my visit on 4/10/22. It wasnt anything spectacular or involved her going out of her way, but she actually treated me like a regular person.I dont wear a lot of makeup or really bother with my hair, so most of the time when I am in Ulta, I feel a bit out a place and the staff never seems to really pay any attention to me. If anything, they make me feel even more like a dont belong.But Riley actually talked to me during the checkout process and made conversation that wasnt just trying to get me to sign up for a credit card, and I really appreciated that.I rarely walk out of Ulta feeling good about myself, and I wanted to say thank you for doing such a simple thing that I never seem to get while shopping there.

    As someone who is always anxious to go into makeup stores, Celi/Cely/Celly(I really don’t know how to spell her name lol) made me feel extremely comfortable through the whole process! I was just asking for a shade match but her knowledge on everything and her kindness really helped me feel comfortable and I appreciate her for that! Definitely will be coming back just for her lol

    Ulta is better than Sephora in my opinion. Their Christmas gift packs were priced way better and they had everything we needed and then some. The associates are super friendly. I took one star because I never received my email for my birthday gift and the check out clerk just didnt seem to care so I still dont have it. Everyone else was great.

    Erica did a great job on my hair. She did full high and low lights, matching the light brown color perfectly. I’m also pleased with the toner she used and the layers framing my face.     Giselle (spelling?) is wonderful! I came in the other day for some skin dry issues I’ve been having since wearing masks. She showed me two separate options that she recommended, I ended up getting both, and they have been amazing! Already seeing a difference in my skin. Came back in today to buy some birthday presents for a friend, and she somehow always convinces me to spend more money than I plan, but only always in the best way! Definitely ask for her if you have any questions or want opinions!

    The makeup consultant Jalisa was extremely helpful!! I came in to purchase a new foundation and a few other things. She suggested other products for me and was very knowledgeable!!
