    HELL YESS!!!!! Lia did my brow wax, and LET ME TELL YOU. THEY HAVE NEVER LOOKED BETTER IN MY LIFE!!!!!! They were the perfect! I with 100% be coming back because damn that girl knows what she’s doing!

    Im trying to remember the young woman with auburn colored hair who helped me and was very helpful and knowledgeable. So thankful because I was in there for an hour needing help but employees were laughing and so talkative among each other, sadly, no one bothered to acknowledge a customer. Some passed by you to go to the back without caring if a customer needed help. When will service be restored post covid? My visit could have been shorter. Again thanks to her but I will edit this once I find her name in the service book she gave me for hair stylists and elite. I bought Biolage shampoo and conditioner for blondes, Biolage deep conditioner, 2 small leave in conditioners Pravana, and Benefit máscara. Next time Ill try what she also suggested.

    I went to Ulta recently in search of some makeup for an event. It was my first time picking out makeup for myself that wasn’t just eyeliner or eyebrow tools, as I have never felt comfortable wearing makeup.A bit embarrassed of whether to accept the many offers of help or not, I wandered around the store confused on where to begin. I chose to accept some assistance offered and was paired with Delaney.Delaney was kind and professional, knowing which questions to ask in order for me to end up with all of the perfect products I needed. Not only did I leave feeling taken care of, but each product Delaney recommended within my price range was perfect!So glad I went to Ulta!

    I received a 30 minute hair tinsel service with Damaris at the salon and she was fantastic. The store ran out of the color tinsel that I requested and rather than turning my away, my stylist went above and beyond for me. She went to another location and re-stocked the color tinsel that I requested. She was so thorough and kind when performing the service. The tinsel came out amazing and I’ve gotten so many compliments. I highly recommend Damaris, thank you for the great service !!

    I went into to the store for a new foundation. I was greeted by Miranda who helped me find what I was looking for and helped find the new color I needed. In our short conversation I had told her I was having a bad day and she gave me a hug which totally made my day. It was so sweet of her to show her sympathy to my conversation. She definitely deserves to be recognized for going out of her way and treating people with such a caring heart. ❤️

    Staff is willing to help you find the right products you need. They spent extra time with me locating what would actually work for my hair type. I was nervous seeing as I haven’t bought anything for myself since I had my baby. I felt lost but came seeking help to regain confidence through my hair.     I was trying to find hair products when Tracy approached me and asked if I needed help finding something. She said do you have a minute? She took me to her chair, wet my hair, put the product in, then put me under the dryer all to allow me to see if this was the right product I was seeking.     Alexis did an AMAZING job with my hair! I had severely fried my hair with bleach and knew I needed to cut quite a bit of it off. She found the best style for me and truly is an artist with what she does! She was so friendly and we both talked the whole time, I felt very comfortable with her. I highly recommend getting your hair done by Alexis at this location, you will not regret it!!

    Found what I was looking for. I do not need help that I heard a worker helping a gentleman find the right product for his wife.     I had no idea about anything makeup, but Kylie helped me find the perfect eyeshadow palette for my wife! And she loved it! Didnt know why makeup is so expensive but my sales associate explained the quality and why it’s better to get this palette. Happy wife=happy life.

    I met a very friendly consultant by the name of Precious she has truly made my shopping easy and pleasurable during Christmas I was a lost puppy walking around she took notice and Omg I was truly amazed by her enthusiasm and knowledge of the products in the store I must have spent a little over 200. And got everything on my Christmas list. I left with the most heart warming smiles. On my face and in my heart! Kudos to Ulta for hiring this wonderful young lady she is truly and ASSET to your company! And she truly deserves her name because she is Precious !     The staff here are way above average. They are friendly and eager to assist. And as always, the products are the best. I completely stopped going to Mac and Sephora when we got Ulta. Prices are better and products are just as good and some better. A lot bigger selection here!

    Great place to get your eyebrows waxed and shaped. Ask for an appointment with Cristy. She takes her time and makes sure your eyebrows look exactly the way your want them to. She even covers the post-wax redness with a little bit of foundation powder, so you can be on your way in public without worrying about how red your brown bone looks.I also really LOVE their NYX collection and prices! It’s by far my favorite brand.The sales associates are also very knowledgeable and friendly. They are eager to help you find exactly what you are looking for.Returns and exchanges are easy too. Normally, you cannot try the product on in the store which sucks, but that’s our post-COVID world now. So it’s okay to buy it and try it on at home. If it doesn’t suit you, they will take it back and help you find a better alternative.If you love makeup and skin care, this is the place for you. I got the Ulta credit card because it gives me points that I can use to purchase items in the store. Instead of going to Walgreens to buy a face wash or shampoo, I can purchase the same exact brand at Ulta for a similar price AND rack up points! It’s a win-win!

    Never done full on makeup but Natalie with Mac came to assist and answer all my questions which i didn’t even have a clue on where to start. I left very happy because of her help. It’s always intimidating going into a beauty store, the cashiers are very catty but Natalie made up for it Big Time! I appreciate her service and kindness it makes a huge impact on beginners like me.

    After having horrible experience with the Destin FL ulta and my hair being butchered and awful awful Corp customer service I swore Id NVR go to another Ulta!!However I really needed some Nas products .. bonus they are across from outlets...I wanted to give two ladies that work here 10+*s! They were fantastic customer service as well as humans, naturally.. Ms. Ereka GM and Ms Heather I will return when in the area because of them. They deserve recognition thank you again ladies!!

    I got over 100$+ worth of makeup there the other work and its beautiful. I liked their deals and the employees were super sweet. I asked an employee to point me towards a contour and he found a kylie contour for 7$. Would go again.

    I scheduled my first ever blowout at Ulta and met Erin. She gave me the most beautiful curls and volume. I didnt feel the need to wash my hair for about 4 days. Even after I did my hair still has volume! She also recommended a foundation for me and showed me how it looked all over my face. She is a people person, and great at explaining things. Ill be seeing her every month from now on!

    Walked into the store today and spoke with Erin at the Salon. She stated she had someone who was running late for their appointment and took my number. She called me 5 minutes later, appointment had cancelled. She put me right into her chair and cut my hair. I couldn’t be happier with the results.     Dont let the 5stars mislead you. I understand Ulta, like most companies, are understaffed. So I wont jeopardize your scores bc the associate that did help us went out of her way to find a specific illuminating powder. She was very thorough and kind. But...for the love of God.. we had to leave (almost wo purchasing) bc your new security guard guy smelled like a dead skunk... weed without question. I know, I know everyone had to smell this terrible decision. I pray this gets addressed bc that smell will definitely drive away business. Sorry, my guy if it costs you your job, but do better.

    Thos location had an amazing selection of products! I stopped by to get a quick trim in their salon. Hayley was my stylist and she fantastic. If you need an awesome stylist, see her. The only thing that I wasnt a fan of, was they did not carry Amika products. Otherwise, its the best Ulta in the area.

    Always friendly and helpful at this Ulta store. Plenty of parking and was a tad bit busy on the weekends. Comparing Ulta and Sephora - Sephora now has rewards that you can cash in for points. But you can only do that in one transaction and you can only do $10 at a time. Ultas rewards program is far better, even if they didnt have some of the name brands that Sephora had. Ulta branches out with lower cost cosmetics and plenty of hair products as well as the salon.

I made the mistake of cutting it myself like a dummy...and Hayley Rae one of the hairdressers I swear made me look like a movie star!     If you are Spanish with curly hair wait for Nowai. She is AMAZING her personality is great she is funny and makes you feel great. Oh and she is great with hair and makeup. We were there for a wedding. I personally had my hair done by another girl whom I said IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO DO MY TYPE OF HAIR LEAVE IT CURLY. She blew it out and in Florida it wasnt a good idea. I ENDED UP WITH AN AFRO which wasnt what I started with. I didnt take any pictures at the wedding.

    I usually go to Ulta Beauty in Port Orange But since I was in the neighborhood near Tanger Outlets I was in the market for my Almay intense color eyeliner black pearl that seams to be off the market now, But however sorry I didnt catch her name directed me to try something new !!the brand NYX this is the deep purple mechanical pencilandWorth the hype mascara !!All I can say is Im EXCITED to try this brand !!!Thank you!!
