    I was very pleased with my visit today. I was met by a very friendly person who signed me in. Did not have to wait to be seen by Dr. Haynes who was very thorough in obtaining prior medical information, then discussing my needs. Her knowledge of my needs and what would be best for me was great. I would most definitely recommend this practice to family and friends.

    I truly enjoyed my free consultation at the center. First off, I want to recognize Gina for her professionalism while assisting with booking my appointment. Dr.Haynes was such a joy and its quite prevalent that she cares about her patients overall health and well-being. She was very accommodating and informative. Also, I liked that she didnt push any products or gimmicks upon me. She truly listened to my concerns and answered all questions, which is truly rare in Healthcare. If you are serious about your health along with weight-loss support, this is truly the clinic for you!

    Dr.Haynes & her entire staff are excellent. I have been treated with nothing but respect , kindness & genuine caring during every interaction with the office. Dr Haynes is very attentive and never makes you feel rushed , she gives you her full attention really listens to you with a bit of humor and grace. The office itself is very relaxing, it’s not crowded or rushed,. Dr Haynes and the staff are very efficient when following through with Prescriptions and follow-ups.     I felt as if my health actually mattered to them. With my previous physician I had become to feel as if I were only a dollar sign. The visits were rushed and my problems were not addressed in depth. Also the doctor and staff were very nice and personable.

    This place is by far the best ever!!! Dr. Delicia, Jay and Gina always show how much they care for and love their patients. I can’t say enough about the amazing customer service Gina displays… always above and beyond; literally 24/7. I travel often and had an emergency while in another state. Gina made sure Dr. Delicia knew what was going on and I had my prescription in less than 10 minutes. Jay’s personality makes you feel calm and he is very professional and knowledgeable in this line of work. He always informs you what he is doing and the why behind it. Dr. Delicia exudes so much knowledge and continues to gain so much more and shares it with her patients. In addition, she spends quality time with you to ensure you understand and ask questions. She makes you feel as if you are the only patient in the office and it’s not about money, it’s all about health and well-being ; inside and out. I cannot say enough about this place, you must try it for yourself in order to experience the medical and aesthetic services she provides. Also, direct primary care, same physician ( Dr. Delicia) no insurance, discounted rates, in person and virtual appointments, no limit on my office visits and an affordable monthly fee. This is healthcare services at its best!!!

    When its said the whole body gets treated, this is absolutely no joke. Dr. Haynes spoke with me for 40 minutes in regards to my mental health when initially I went in concerning my weight. It meant the world to me, that she didnt collect money to prescribe meds, but really took the time to listen to hear what would be best for me.

My Aunt recommended Dr. Haynes and explained the membership-based process (even though I have insurance). She spent a good amount of time with me.     Dr. Hayes has to be the best doctor weve ever had. She is very responsive and easy to work with. Shes even done virtual visits for my kids when I wasnt able to leave work.     Dr. Hayes continues to shine bright in the midst of our volatile health care system. You dont have to wait long and you can be assured that they will take excellent care of you as if you were the only one there. You will never feel rushed or feel that you are just a number.     We just started using Dr Haynes in Dec 2020 - we are executing a plan to stop using insurance. Two weeks in I came down with an infection that required attention. She spent time listening and prescribed antibiotics. After a few days I did not see improvement and emailed her after hours - I got a quick response. That night it got better and I reported in - again a quick response. I would never get this service from a regular doctor that takes insurance.So - if you want quality care at a reasonable price I highly recommend her services. I think we made a good decision letting her take care of our health needs.

    Dr. Haynes and her team really saved me today! I woke up with a really painful eye, called the office and they got me in right away!     I absolutely LOVE Dr. Haynes! Her & her staff treat you like family from the moment you walk in! The membership fee is affordable and includes many services that typically cost hundreds of dollars! Dr Haynes never rushes and listens to all of your concerns.     Dr. Haynes and her staff are amazing. Gena at the front desk is the epitome of customer service. My dad enrolled our family back when I was high school and if I wasnt in another state with insurance through the military now, Id go back to Family First Health Center for all my medical needs. They truly care and will work with you. I can not say enough nice things. Dr. Haynes has always helped me with whatever I needed and I never felt judged or talked down to for anything I ever asked or came in about. If you dont have insurance and live in Daytona/Port Orange this is where you and your whole family should go for a primary doctor. I wish more doctors had a Gena running their front desk.

    I have been with Dr. Haynes for years now. I am very happy with her and her amazing staff. She saved my life this year. I went in complaining of heart burn and she did an EKG on me and immediately sent me to the ER. Where they found me having a widow maker heart attack.     I switched from my previous primary care in Altamonte Springs to here because I wasnt so impressed with them. Although this is almost 50 minute drive from home (I live in Sanford), its worth every drop of gas and mileage! Dr.Kim is awesome! She takes time with you, she is very understanding, she does care!!!
