    Israela is the best there is with laser! Believe all the reviews! She is very thorough, informative, gentle, and she cares about her clients and the results. I started doing just the face which significantly improved my hyperpigmentation, slowed and thinned my hair growth on my face. Now are are doing my underarms as well. She is truly exceptional!

    I love going to Gentle laser hair removal. Israela is amazing at what she does. Since I have been going to her, I have notice my facial hair growth has slowed down tremendously.     Wow! The best laser you can ever get! Open for more than 15 years with real results! I never have to wait, the second I arrive it’s my time! I’m on my 5th session and I barely have to shave! The machine they have is strongest and the best out there! I’ve wasted so much money in other places with horrible machines! I Spend much less time shaving which I even noticed after the first session! Thank you gentle laser!!!

    Israela is the only laser hair removal specialist you need to see! I have followed her from her previous location to the Deerfield because I trust her. The treatment room is always clean and organized - if you are worried about relaxing, there’s even soothing videos with spa music playing and a salt water fish tank to admire. Most of all, the price is very reasonable and the the results are, well, HAIRLESS!! 👏🏼👏🏼

    I’ve been a satisfied customer of Israela’s since Spring 2017. Prior to that I did the tedious and costly process of waxing for 10 years because I was afraid to try laser because I didn’t want to burn my beautiful chocolate complexion💁🏾‍♀️ 🙃 ... I got tired of the waxing process and did research to find places that could safely do laser hair removal on dark complexioned skin and found Gentle Laser Hair Removal 🙌🏽 ... Israela is professional, well educated and accomplished in her field. I was comfortable with her within the 1st 5 minutes of meeting with her in her studio (situated amongst a Doctor’s practice). Her pricing is by far the best out there and she provides excellent results!! Within 6 months of monthly treatments, I transitioned to going in every 6 weeks ... by Spring 2018, I only needed to go in every 8-10 weeks .... now, only touch ups / maintenance is needed. This is amazing for someone that had thick fast growing hair (😩) and let’s not forget the amount of money I’m saving by not getting waxed every 3 weeks .... I’m one happy customer!!     In trying to find laser hair removal treatment, my biggest concern has been being burned. Darker skin tones are said to be more susceptible to burning during laser treatment and as a darker skinned African-American, I wanted to make sure my skin had the best shot. This caused me to hold off on getting the procedure done, for years. I will say that I consulted a laser treatment specialist in Boca Raton before eventually going with Israela. All I have to say about that, is that customer service and how you treat your clients can make or break your relationship with them and your reputation. Israela has answered questions that others did not. She has made me feel comfortable about concerns that others berated me for. Israela makes sure that all her clients are comfortable and feel valued. I for sure feel valued. I’ve been going to her for 5 months now and the results are amazing (no burns, informative about aftercare, GENTLE and EMPATHETIC and takes action about pain tolerance—I can’t tolerate pain😩) and her spirit is truly lovely. The prices are better than fair, as in looking around I saw double her prices for less areas.
