I havent had a Brazilian wax in a while so I knew it was going to be a bit more painful than usual but I was serviced by Surya and she was great. She handled me with care. Also, everyone there is pretty friendly so it makes you feel welcomed at all times. This will always be the location that I go to.

The front desk staff were exceptional—great at communicating and accommodating my appointment needs, which made the entire experience seamless.My esthetician, Kristina, was simply fantastic. She made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to explain the laser treatment thoroughly. The results have been amazing; I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Kristinas expertise and attention to detail really shone through during the session.The overall vibe of the spa is friendly and family-oriented, which adds to the welcoming experience. I came in 2020 with a Groupon and been a member since. If I can’t make my appointment they work with me every time. Walking in there gives me so much joy to know the staff is excited to take care of me. I never had any issues. My favorite person is ANA !! I love her so much. She taught me how to take care of my skin after and my skin became so much better over time. Best place ever to do my services. I will always be a member 1000/10 :)

The staff here are amazing. I forgot the receptionist name but she was very pleasant. She checked me in promptly and Anna embraced and accepted me even though I was early to my appointment. I have been waxing at Natura Spa in Ft. Lauderdale for a few years and just love how Ana does my Brazilian waxing. Very professional and attentive, takes her time to really take care of what you are there for. When she moved to the Deerfield Beach location, I followed her.
