This was my first experience getting waxed in such a sensitive area of my body. From the start when approached the reception area, Ashley greeted me with a warm and sincere smile. I felt a little uncomfortable and out of place, but I was reassured that I would be in good care with Orianna. Orianna was very professional yet very easy to talk to and she really made me feel at ease. It was definitely an experience I would repeat. Thank you both Ashley and Orianna for making me feel comfortable throughout my experience at EWC.

Lucy is the absolute best! During the consultation she listens carefully, discusses the best way to achieve what I want (specifically eyebrows), lets me know if it’s achievable or what she can do to give me close to what I want, and will offer her expertise on what will look best based on what I have for her to work with. Lucy cares about her clients, ensuring you’re comfortable throughout the whole time, starting the minute she greets you in the lobby. When Lucy hands you the mirror and asks if you’re happy, she means it and will make sure you’re happy before you leave her wax suite.

Love this location. I used to go in NYC (disclaimer - my friend worked there), and was happy to find one in Boynton when I moved to the area. They were good overall, but when I moved to Delray and started seeing Lindsey, it was a game changer! Lindsey is fantastic!!! No pain, great advice, listens to exactly what you request. Shes made a number of helpful suggestions that have totally changed my brows and bikini area. Ive had to see other people last minute, and even though I prefer Lindsey, they were ALL great too (which usually isnt the case). The front desk people are consistently friendly and competent. Havent had a single complaint in 8 months of going here.

I was referred to here by Caroline. Shes an amazing representation of your company and a huge asset. Ive gotten a Brazilian once before a decade ago and was super nervous, and Caroline helped when I needed a friend getting waxed.It started when I first walked in and was greeted by her smile and the waxxer that worked on me did an extraordinary job. Caroline recommended her and she was right! Every peel off of wax was smooth and not at all traumatizing, as I probably originally thought. Im very happy I found this place! I gave up the razor 10 years ago and Ive been waxing since, so Ive had a range of good and bad experiences. This was definitely one of the best. The place is very clean and the both staff members I interacted with were very friendly.I got the full Brazilian and underarm from Karlyne and she did an excellent job, I would definitely go see her again (a already booked my next appointment). She was quick and made me feel comfortable. First time here and only visiting US. Me and my husband went to the one in west Hollywood. The front desk person was so friendly. The esthetician’s that handled me made me so comfortable and the procedure was really quick. It is actually way less painful compare to my normal back home. (my husband think the same too!) This will be our go to waxing place whenever we are travelling. 😌

I’ve been coming to this location for some time now and I’ve always had a good experience. But today I went in for my appointment and I had Jessica & I hated everything about the service today. I felt so rushed. She was being so rough. I had to tell her that’s enough I’ll come back another day to finish the rest. She was like okay and just took her glove off. She didn’t ask if everything was okay if I needed a little break nothing she just said okay and took her gloves off. I will never use her again. She seemed really off like she didnt want to work and was only there because she had to be. I felt so uncomfortable. I will continue to go but I will make sure not to use her again. The wax wasn’t even good she left so much hair. I hated it. Everything else I love about them
