    The staff at this location are beyond professional, I have interacted with most of the staff and they are very polite, understanding and easy going. This type of service for a shy person can be intimidating! Having professionals who not only know how to remove hormonally derived hair, but also make you comfortable Is very important! 10/10 location, highly recommend!

    Been using this location for 3+ years and always friendly and quantity service. Was sad to hear my specialist moved but had Julia do my eyebrows today and she was soo gentle and communicated what she was doing at so times. Very sweet and efficient. Found my new specialist!!! ❤️

    Going to this location is always such a pleasure! I make the drive from Lantana to Delray because they’re literally the best. Everyone at the front desk is so warm and friendly & my wax specialists Kareem and Felicia are absolutely wonderful, could not recommend them enough! I look forward to catching up with everyone every time I book an appointment, and always walk out feeling brand new. Best location I’ve been to by far!

    Always a great service with Felicia. I come from Orlando just to see her! She’s very gentle and quick. Janeesha at the front is a great help, enjoyed getting more student passes.

    I like this place a lot, very reliable and they never miss any hair unlike many other places (I have fine textured, lighter body hair which is harder to wax) and the process is pretty painless. Everyone is kind and professional. Great location too, be careful because there are 2 in Delray and it gets confusing. I’ve never been to the other but did accidentally book there and show up at this one the first time lol.

    Location at Delray Marketplace is clean and staff friendly and polite. I’ve been to other EWC locations and locations are not as clean/organized, front desk staff are rude and experience is completely different. My regular waxing specialist Lorena is great! She is detail oriented, makes good conversation and makes sure you feel comfortable. Her waxing is always pain free (I’ve tried Brazilian with other waters and is awful!). For the last several years Lorena is my specialist to go. This location is commendable!

    This morning Sandra was my waxer. She is very professional and thorough. The salons lobby is beautifully set up and the new products look great and elegant. The front desk person was welcoming and explained the products and the new line and travel sizes that are available.

    What a fantastic center! I came in for a wax and my waxed, Felicia need such an amazing job. She was very friendly and gentle. Taylor was working at the front desk and was so nice and knowledgable about the products. Will definitely be coming back.

    I love going to the delray marketplace European wax center! Ivonne always greets me in a polite happy way!     I’ve been coming here since they opened their doors 4 years ago and the location is always in pristine conditions, very clean, during COVD, they always followed sanitary guidelines provided by the CDC. I love how easy it is to make a quick call and most of the time I am able to get in. Kareem was warm, friendly, personable and made me feelComfortable from the very beginning. I can’t rave enough about European Wax in the Delray Marketplace as well as Kareem.

    I had a wonderful experience from the start of setting my appointment online. The process was easy and I was able to set an appointment for the same day. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted with kindness and friendliness. I was told about product and programs. It was my first time getting waxed with EWC and was a little nervous. The receptionist helped ease my nerves. When the specialist came to get me for my appointment she was very professional and kind. She confirmed that I scheduled a full face wax and made sure the correct areas I wanted waxed. I have a wild eyebrow that I haven’t had anyone able to tame and this girl tamed it!!!! I have received multiple compliments on my eyebrows. I had a wonderful experience with EWC and I will be returning in the future and would recommend them to others.

    This was my very first Brazilian wax ever. I chose to go with Sandra because some previous reviews said shes painless for a Brazilian. They are absolutely right! I didnt feel uncomfortable at all. She was done quickly and it barely hurt.

    After having a bad experience at another location I was so hesitant to try this brand again. I’m so glad I decided to give another location a chance. I booked with Sonia. She was on time, professional, and understood I had a prior less than favorable experience so she talked me through everything. I absolutely would book with her again.

    I have been going to this chain for about a year. Their locations are very convenient and their estheticians are very professional. I always leave feeling better than I walked in. The ease of scheduling and rescheduling if necessary is also great. Jeanesha is my regular esthetician. Shes very sweet and got me all the way right with todays brazilian. Jennifer at the front ( I think thats what her name tag said ) was also very nice. Always ready to let me know how many more services I have left on my pass. I am glad I found this place. When I find something I like I stick to it. I will continue to frequent this place as long as they continue with their way of practice.

    The girl up front (I forgot her name) she is always very sweet and helpful. Felicia is the best waxer ever! She is fast and it is not painful at all. I love this location, it is quiet and everyone is sweet.

    I’ve been visiting european wax center for a little over 3 years now. I have made appointments with multiple wax specialists and always get my money’s worth and absolutely swear by the eyebrow shape and clean up job they do. I 100% recommend Felicia or Sandra, they always leave me feeling so pretty!!!

    Just recently started to go get my underarms waxed and i use Taylor. She made me feel so comfortable and did such a good job i didn’t feel any pain. The front is always so nice and smiling. Lauren and Paula make me feel so welcomed when i walk in.
