    I was absolutely amazed when visiting from out of state how inviting and vibrant the staff was. From the time I walked in with they had such amazing people by the door with events and smiles, and one vibrant person I was able to encounter in person was Bailey! Please, If you live in the Florida area or stopping by please ask for Bailey she truly is exceptional, she went above and beyond with recommendations, and her manager also was an amazing example of what it means to have exemplary customer service. Go see them at Ulta!

    Samantha has been doing my hair for 5 years and she’s the best! Always extremely professional and truly listens to what you want. And she delivers !! I always feel beautiful after leaving her chair. 10/10 recommend.

    Samantha gave me the best haircut Ive had in YEARS. Since moving to Florida, Ive struggled to find a hair stylist that I would return to. Samantha is who I will be going to for the rest of my life. She also advised me on how to properly care for my hair at work, and what products were best suited for my hair type. Im so happy with the results! 10/10.

    THE BEST. Every single staff person was friendly, kind, and super helpful (but not overbearing in any way). They also were kind to one another and building each other up - it just felt so peaceful to see coworkers and customers with really relationships and support for one another. It made my day! The store was clean (the testers weren’t messy and gross) and the store seemed well stocked - only missing a couple of items that I noticed. I will be back on my next vacation here for sure!!!

    All of the ladies working were fantastic. Friendly and helpful. Not easy to get service these days so I really appreciated their genuine kindness. Bought the mini Tarte highlighter in Dream for 10 bucks! Love it!! 🧡

    Samantha did such an amazing job on my hair!! She was so kind and professional. She even made fresh coffee for me while I waited for my highlights to set in. Love my hair. Ill definitely be back.

    I called this salon yesterday at 2.30 p.m., and they had me in for 3 p.m. I did not specify a stylist and was placed with Wendy (with a Y). You know those dreams we have of a stylist that will listen, understand, read your mind, ask and advise every step of the way, ask you if YOU have any questions and all the while delivering a professional, caring service with a smile, well that is Wendy. I waited until I slept on my hair and it is still the best cut I have ever had and I am 55 yrs old and have lived and had my hair done in many countries over those years. Thank you Wendy and Ulta for a great service.

    I had been going to this Destin location about four times now and Samantha had been the one to cut my hair each time and extremely happy with her work. She is very professional. All I do is show her a photo of the style I like and she does her wonders. I highly recommend!

    Amazing cut and color from Samantha Grimaldi, not to mention impeccable customer service! She’s an extremely talented stylist with a knack for giving you exactly the color you want, and a most beautiful executed haircut. I am in love with my hair and color. Can’t remember the last time I walked out from a stylist this content with everything.

    I had a wonderful experience, I was scheduled to get my hair &make up done. Jay did amazing. She was nice and made me feel beautiful for my wedding pictures. I highly recommend coming here she does a great job. Shes very friendly and very good at her job.

    The recent remodel makes the store feel 10x more luxurious! I love the new brand additions. I generally know what I’m looking for so I don’t usually ask for help but when I needed help with hair products Barbara from the salon was very helpful. The ladies in salon all do amazing jobs and I would recommend any one of them to those looking to get their hair done. I personally would not recommend working for this company though.

    This is such a BEAUTIFUL & CLEAN store! The staff was absolutely warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming! Myself and my sister came in there looking for facial cleansers and decided to buy more! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend this location for beauty products!

    You can’t go wrong with any stylist in the Ulta Salon! Because of my busy career, I always wait until the last minute to schedule a hair appointment. It doesn’t matter whose calendar I get on, my hair always looks awesome! Great environment, fair prices, and they always have a million extra things I want!

    I got my hair done with Tish!! An absolutely amazing stylist. My hair has never looked so good after visiting a salon. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone with curly hair!

    I havent given 5 stars b/c their 21 days of beauty was really bad this yr. You could tell it was totally surplus products, not what you really wanted.Having said this my ULTA store is lovely. Great sales help, clean store and knowledgeable staff.Yet its impossible to buy new makeup in this CoVid environment as there are no testers.

    Ulta is like Target. You go with no end purchase goal and let the shelves tell you what to buy. In my case it’s usually everything and today was no different. Great selection of product, very helpful staff members.

    Came in to do my hair before my wedding and ended up getting my makeup done by Beckah on the fly. Due to my birth control I have melasma which darkens my skin on my upper lip so I initially just asked how to cover it up. She immediately knew the condition and how to cover it up and insisted that she do my makeup. She made me feel gorgeous and my pictures looked amazing! I believe she stated she was going to be the assistant manager soon and it is well deserved.

    I travel all over the country for my job and like many of us girls ypu will run out of your necessities. If you are In a town without even an Apple store your choices are Limited to the pharmacy or if you are Lucky an Ulta Store. I have never walked into an Ulta store feeling like I do walking into Barney’s of NYC. Nope.....Never! Furthermore never in a million years would I expect too....Remember Options here....I dragged myself to the Destin Florida Ulta store. I was on a mission.......get my Items, pay and quickly walk out. Walking in I received your typical welcome following an offer of assistance. I said my no thank you’s And went on my way. I had told myself No questions.....I set myself up on that one because a store like that they set you up for questions......So I looked for someone to help me and was immediately greeted by Kim. She carried herself as if she was the manager and definitely having a log of retail experience she must have read my body language and read it well because as soon as she answered she stepped away. Of course in the most polite & professional way. Ugh!!! More I was in there the more the questions.....thinking at this point it was to much effort maybe I should just walk out. Instead I was greeted by Madeline. She was younger than Kim I immediately thought there was no way this millennial was going to know about mature skin....I was completely wrong! Shocker....she had more knowledge than freaking Wikipedia.....next thing you know Kim approached the both Of us and instead of the two of them competing they worked together And I mean really worked together. Their ideas complimented one another. I stayed until the store closed and ended up spending double the money. The best part was for the first time I was able to enjoy Ulta and instead of sprinting out the door I strolled.No it’s a barney’s But seriously what is........So Kim and Madeline Thank you both for your wonderful service and your great attitudes you two were awesome!Anyone looking for the BEST ULTA STORE in Destin Florida and surrounding areas it’s definitely worth the trip!

    I was there doing some plumbing work for the salon. Ive worked at other locations, but this particular salon was the cleanest and most well kept one I have seen. Staff was super cool! Definitely recommending to my wife.

    Barbara cut my hair and I LOVE IT!! I am very fussy about who cuts my hair but Barbara is my go to gal while I spend the winters in Destin. Thank you so much Barbara for the conversation! I will be making one more appointment in a month so Im looking forward to another appointment and some more conversation with you .

    Overall, I like the place. Great selection of shampoos, nail polishes, skin care, make-up... Although they dont carry all high end brands (at least not in Destin store). The staff is helpful. Sertain things are overpriced.

    The ladies are always extremely helpful at the Destin Ulta. While they dont carry as many extremely clean, non-toxic cosmetic lines that I would like, they do carry Tarte and a couple of other good lines.
