Ive been a Great Clips customer for many years and theoretically you arent able to make your appointment with a specific hair stylist. You also cant be sure your preferred stylist is there on that day. Since my Great Clips outlet is in the same mall as my regular grocer Ill check to see if my favorite stylist, Melissa, is on duty and then check in online before grocery shopping. This works like a charm...

Great Clips has so many good things going for them. First off, when I came to this Dunedin location they had my info from my usual Great Clips out in Utah. Second, they have the awesome check-in online service that makes waiting at the store a thing of the past. And third, the service was fantastic! The haircut was quick and looked great. Friendly staff and overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend

I will always go here for my haircut.I’m a guy with hair that’s very complicated to cut, it’s not very long and it’s not very curly but I like to keep it about a 4 or 5 on the sides and just scissor cut on top. Simple enough right? Wrong. My whole life I have been traumatized by hair salons that spray men’s hair down until it’s soaked and then trim it all down the same length and cut your bangs straight across and blow dry and gel it up perfectly so you feel like a boss when leaving. That’s great for a guy who wants to keep putting product in his hair for the next 2 months until it’s time for the same scalpel surgery again… well not this great clips location, the wonderful staff at this location are truly experienced and knowledgeable and take their time to care properly for my hair type. They cut it dry and shape it properly for how I will realistically wear it everyday. I cannot express my gratitude enough.

Carla cut my hair and I couldnt be happier! She was recommended to me for precise short hair cuts and did an excellent job! I called to make an appointment with her and was told that normally you cant request a specific stylist, but it was a quiet morning and she would be there till 1pm. I waited maybe 10 mins while she finished with her client, and I was on my way home half an hour later, completely satisfied!

Took my 5yr old son to finally get a professional haircut due to my sons special needs. I would always give him his hair cuts as he hated the feeling of scissors and hair trimmers. However, I took him to Great Clips and Jessica there is amazing. I explained to her about my son and the challenges he had. She completely understood, was very patient and stopped to give my son a short break. Now my son is excited to get a haircut and see Jessica. When we come in and he runs right over to Jessica and gives her a big hug. She knows what cape he likes to wear (monsters) and lets him hold the hair brush she uses to wipe loose hair away. Its people like Jessica that make this world amazing for parents of child with special needs.

Fifth grade clips is an affiliated with the one that I used to go to all the time but they the girls in there did a wonderful job with my hair and they seem very friendly and very customer service oriented very very handicap friendly as well Ill go back

I made my appointment with the Great Clips app. It showed me that the appointment was available in 5 minutes. So I drove immediately there. I was shown to the chair. Since they are my usual place to get my hair done, my hair was started right away. I was finished very quickly and correctly. It was slightly shorter than normal but looked good. I had a coupon for the haircut so I was pleased with the outcome.
