    I always enjoy my services here but I had Erica and Catherine yesterday and this was the best experience Ive had! Erica is down from Largo training and not only was she easy to communicate and bond with, she was engaging and made things extremely comfortable. Her training style is so efficient as I noticed her explaining things with ease and detail so that Catherine understood fully what she was talking about. Catherine also made this experience extremely enjoyable for me in how comfortable she was and how she was taking in all of the information Erica was giving her. This makes me look forward to continuing getting services at EWC even more knowing that they are bringing in people like Catherine with a trainer like Erica. Thanks to you both for giving me great services but also the conversation and laughs I needed as a mama with 2 tiny babies.

    Venesia is very good and makes me feel comfortable for the experience. I have the leg and full face passes. I also enjoy earning rewards to buy extra products, exfoliating sponges, eyebrow gel and sugar scrubs.

China at the front desk gave the warmest welcome, she was also super helpful and informative when helping me choose which products to take home and was overall super friendly. Venesia was the absolute BEST, I can not express how much i loved her, the second she came and greeted me my worries went away.     Laverne is extremely thorough. She is a true professional at her job with years of experience. She always has a smile on her face genuinely happy to see you! Laverne has the kindest soul and always asking about the temperature of the wax. I have sensitive skin and a lot of people rush and donā€™t pay attention to that important detail. Which leads to being burned by the wax. Highly recommend Laverne!

    I found Venesia as a walk in after our move and I have returned ever since...I promise she is the best. My skin has cleared since seeing her regularly. Ive been to others when she was full, and it is not the wax you return for, its the provider. She leaves no hairs and pulls them with the root intact. Her technique has helped prevent me from ingrown hairs or the hairs broken off. Highly recommend.

    Euro-Wax Ctr offers terrific service. Being involved in Sport w/ fitted clothing, the body hair approach in-use far too long proved to be making complications for me. The Technician Angelica in Estero and later, Crystal in Fort Lauderdale S were both very kind and kept me engaged w/ all expected changes to incorporate into personal care. Had never tried Wax for body hair upkeep and, is one day later (full legs) and the results are worth it. Thank You!

    I just experienced the work of the best waxing technician ever! Ive been having waxing services since I was 15 years old, and that was a long time ago. Iā€™ve been tolerating services from the staff of my local shop in Naples. The last 2 times Ive tried to make an appt at my local location, they were closing very soon. I decided to go back to the salon at Coconut Point Mall. Melody performed my services and it was the most professional experience Ive had in years. It was a 30 minute drive to get there. After my appt was completed, there was still another client coming in after me. WOW! Just think, the Naples shop was unable to help me because they were closing. Whatā€™s wrong with this picture? Great customer service from her!Pros: great promotions, easy to make an appointmentCons: Brow tint dye was only left on 2 minutes before wiping off, which means its not that noticeable. I had done some research prior to my appointment and found that most of the articles I read suggested that brow tint dye is supposed to be left on anywhere from 10-15 minutes, which results in dyed brows and lightly dyed skin which helps give the brows a fuller appearance. So in that regard, I did not have that result with the tinting and was disappointed. Also, this is more about the practice of waxing and is no reflection on Venesia, but I guess Ive just gotten too pampered with threading my eyebrows for years. I made an appt to get my brows waxed because my threading place was closed and man...waxing produces no where near as sharp and crisp of a defined shape as threading does.

    Only giving it four stars because Savannah was so nice and did a good job. When I initially came in (I was waiting in my car for a while because of Covid) the front desk girl was so frazzled. When I got home I realized there was one spot that needed a little plucking, but no big deal. I use the body aloe wash, cbd & lighting serum and they do work well and make your skin look great. If you need any waxing service highly recommend going to Venesia.
