    I hadn’t cut my hair in almost 2 years, so you can imagine how bad my ends were. My hair was almost down to my hips and I had long hair all of my life. I decided to make a big change and cut it about armpit level, and add wispy bangs. I was extremely nervous but Brenda did an outstanding job! From the hair washing, to cutting and blow drying she was fantastic and professional! I am so obsessed with this new style and will definitely be a client for life! I’ve also seen some beautiful hair coloring done by this salon and am definitely considering getting a color next time. Thank you so much for your amazing talent!

    I always count the days till my next visit, I love this salon!! My hair always looks & feels great, even after washing them myself they stay so soft & healthy! I highly recommend this salon and definitely ask for Francine as your stylist, she rocks! Cute, little Emma will welcome you in & Peter makes the best cappuccino’s! This is a must-go!

    I have tried 3 hair stylist since I moved to Florida last June. I chose Francine based on the reviews I read here. She is absolutely the best and deserves her 5 star rating. She listened to what I wanted done to my hair and did exactly what I wanted and explained what needed to be done for future appointments. None of the other stylists I had tried were only interested in what they thought was best for them. Francine is a super star.

    The salon is beautiful and the products are top of the line. Francine is an amazing stylist and knows hair. After years of problem hair, I have finally found someone I can trust to keep my hair healthy and looking great.I love that she is carrying an organic line of hair products. I highly recommend giving The Strand a try. You will not regret it!

    I’ve been looking for a good salon since I moved to the area three years ago. Finally found a superb stylist in Francine who reconstructed my hairstyle after a very bad cut and made my hair look stylish and cute. Now I am getting compliments on my cut, and I feel like a new woman! Francine is consistently excellent. Salon is very nice and employees very professional.

    Great salon with pleasant immaculate atmosphere! The staff were extremely professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire appointment. My appointment was for color and cut with Francine. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable as to the color process as well as the best cut for my hair texture, etc. She also gave me insight as to certain ingredients in products etc. I would highly recommend The Strand Hair Studio and Francine! 5* in my book!

    I have a stylist I see at home but was in desperation to have my hair cut and colored locally this season. My friend Michelle told me about The Strand Studio and Francine. From Peter answering the phone in a professional and courteous manner to Francine’s expertise I was very pleased with the result. She listened and although I had no picture to go by she was able to match my hair color and gave me a superb cut even suggesting low lights. I will definitely be visiting next season.

    The Strand Hair Studio is a beautiful place, lots of space and very friendly staff. And of course my hairdresser Lisa Brown is the absolute best! I have been her client for many, many years and always look forward to my next appointment with her. Not only does she do a superb job, she is very nice and always funny to be around and its always great to chat with her.

    Francine was recommended to me by a friend, because Id elected to get bangs back in October & had been unhappy with them ever since Id gotten them. Id gone to 3 different stylists, bringing pictures each time, & had never walked out with the bangs I desired. My friend said Francine knows bangs, so give her a try before giving up on bangs altogether. Im so glad I did! Francine ascertained that Id probably be happier with a different hairstyle, not just one length. Her confidence made me trust her readily & I decided to get a full cut, which I hadnt had since Irma when my original stylist left & never returned. Francine was quick & efficient with her cut, so I could tell she had a clear vision. She ended up giving me long layers & finally giving me the bangs I wanted! She said that one side was a little messed up from one of those prior trims & wed need to wait a few weeks for it to grow out, but the other side was exactly how Id wanted it & matched all my pictures! Ive even washed & styled it myself & its perfect. The messed up side is blended & you really cant tell its not perfect unless youre meticulous like she is. I love the long layers because I still have my length but theres now an overall cohesiveness to my style, not just a curtain of bangs dropping to 2 of hair. I can wholeheartedly recommend her if youre looking for someone new. She knows what shes doing, does it well, & will make you love your hair!

    Brenda colored, cut and blew dry my hair. She did an excellent job. I worked at a hair salon for 4 yrs. and from my own experience in the hair industry I can say with certainty that Brenda is a perfectionist. I have probably one of the Thickest head of hair in the world (NOT EXAGGERATING!!!) people always ask me if I’m wearing extensions — and she handle it no problem!! My layers are perfection and my blue black is gorgeous!!!I highly recommend Brenda. The salon owners are super nice and Emma is so sweet!!!Thank you guys for squeezing me in last minute and staying late for me!!I love my hair!

    I was ready for a whole new look going from long layered highlighted hair to a short blonde pixie. Going this drastic I needed a professional hair stylist who knew exactly what she was doing and Francine delivered just what I was wanting! With the help of my husband God lead us to her and I am so thankful and overly pleased with my results. Francine and her husband, Peter are owners of The Strand, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease, assuring me I was in good hands. Their kindness and professionalism is outstanding. I would recommend giving Francine the opportunity to bless you with a beautiful hairstyle that will leave you feeling beautiful and confident. I will definitely be going back!!!

    So often, I’m dissatisfied after I have my hair cut and styled. My hair is naturally wavy and many stylists don’t know how to work with waves. Consequently, I’m pretty apprehensive when it’s essential for me to get my hair cut and styled. I was a snowbird, new to Bonita Springs, when I called The Strand. They said they had various levels of stylists and so I selected the master level, hoping to feel better about the outcome. I was delighted with Francine. She was friendly to talk to, she listened to my concerns and gave my a great style and cut that was easy to manage in the FL humidity. She recommended a product that enabled me to maintain the style without a lot of effort. Unfortunately, I’’m moving to Venice, but my husband says it’s fine for me to come down to Bonita Springs, so Francine can continue to style my hair.

    Just had my hair cut and colored by Brenda for the first time! She did a amazing job... I walked in with my hair looking so crazy & long. I told her to just fix my hair & make it pretty.. she did exactly that and I’m in love with this new style! i’ll definitely be coming back :)

    I am a client of Louis Bruno who I have had as my stylist for over seven years. He is a master craftsman and very personable. The Strand is the nicest shop I have ever gone to. Everyone is pleasant and they also offer delicious cappuccino and warm towels. Emma who is the dog greeter is loving, enjoys people and always giving kisses and waging her tail. She is a real delight.

    This was my first visit to The Strand. My stylist, Paulette, just moved to this salon. I was very impressed with the salon and enjoyed it very much. Paulette has been my stylist for several years and I would follow her anywhere but I am glad she chose The Strand. She is great with my short fine hair and I frequently get compliments. I would highly recommend her and The Strand.Allison

    Love my visits to The Strand! I always feel like a new person when I leave. You cannot go wrong with Francine, she will treat you like family. She is also very knowledgeable about all current hair products and procedures and will do what is best for your hair.

    This was my first appointment here. The owner and front desk receptionist were both very welcoming and friendly. Very clean and beautiful ...my stylist was Paulette. She was wonderful and listened to what I wanted. Great haircut!! Will definitely continue with her for all my future hair cuts.

    What a truly wonderful experience I had with Francine. She was extremely knowledgeable as I had quite a bit of over-processed damage on my entire head. Therefore, I had to go extremely short but how adorable it is. I have absolutely no doubt that I will continue to go to The Strand and they also have an amazing product line.     I went to The Strand on a referral from my friend.Lisa did my hair- color, cut and highlights. I love it! Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and very talented.The salon is very comfortable and everyone is sooo nice. I enjoyed my time spent there. They sell great products also!     I went to The Strand last March for a Brazillian Keratin treatment. The service was prompt and friendly.They explained my options to me and once I made my decision, they did not rush me but took their time with the process and made sure it was done right. Its been 6 months and I am still happy with my treatment. Would definitely recommend.

    I called the strand at the last minute on a Saturday, in need of a style for an event on a Monday night! Salons are seldom open on Monday so the fact that I not only got an appointment at the last moment with Francine, I also was able to get it on Monday! I left loving my hair style and anxious to return to purchase the product she used in my hair! Thank you Francine!

    Extremely good service. Easy to book online. One suggestion would be is to list that they use both regular and hard wax. Beautiful salon. Very clean and trendy. The esthetician was professional. Her station was clean and the waxing service was well done. Very friendly staff. When I am in town, this will be my go to salon.
