    I came here to try the dip powder on my nails. The nail tech was excellent and educated me about the process as I told her I had never had the service done before. She ensured I was pleased with the nail art and color scheme. The environment was very relaxing with familiar classical music faves playing.

    I love this place. My daughter in law recommended and I thought I’ll give them a try. Titi and Olivia are amazing technicians. Really take pride in their craft and it shows! Olivia’s pedicures are the BEST I’ve ever had and my fingernails? Oh my gosh! Fabulous. Recommend this place over and over!

    I’ve been coming to The Polished Nail for 7 years and it’s the best nail salon I’ve ever experienced. Relaxing! Lovely atmosphere, quiet music and NO TV’S! Like a SPA, clean, hygienic, professional. Kylie is the “new owner” (she bought about a year ago) and she knows everyone by name, impressive and a personal touch. I’ve had mani/pedi’s from almost all the technicians and everyone has been excellent. Highly recommend, you’ll never go anywhere else afterwards.

    Excellent service, extremely clean, professional and friendly. I have been coming in and out of Florida for the last 2 years visiting from England. I have tried a lot of nail salons to find one that can match up to the standard and quality of the girls that do my nails in the UK, and I finally found it! Vanna is friendly, professional and very efficient.The spa and nail area is immaculate and this can not be said for all nail salons around Naples - the staff all wear a uniform and I noted the girls doing the pedicures wear gloves. The work stations are clean and organized and the polishes are all of excellent quality and the equipment used is clean and well maintained.This is a bright, clean salon with a professional feel. They are slightly more expensive than a lot of the salons but having experienced the others I guess its a case of you get what you pay for.I cant recommend them enough - I am so glad to have found them.

    I was the last client of the day and was treated so welcoming by Van and Michele. Very friendly, excellent quality of service. Not only did I leave with beautiful nails but a joyful spirit as well. I highly recommend The Polished Nails. You wont be disappointed!

    I really enjoy going to this location. The location itself was convenient. The store itself was clean, and beautiful. The environment was very relaxing, which was what I needed. I had the pleasure of having Bill as the individual to do my manicure and pedicure. He was great! His stories of Vietnam, the war and his life is amazing. Do ask about it! Its incredible.The results for my manicure and pedicure was great as well.Overall, I would highly recommend it and already had my friends/husband go.

    My third experience in the last 15 months in The Polished Nail and it was great. Clean, upscale and professional. Took my mother-in-law here for pedicures. They got us in with short notice (Thank you, Vannah!). My Mother-in-law was thrilled with Bill. He treated her like a VIP and she said it was the best pedicure she has ever had. Michelle did a great job on my pedicure and was friendly and personable. This will be my new regular nail salon.

    This is the prettiest, definitely the most immaculate and most relaxing Spa I have been to in a very long time. You are welcomed by the owners Vanna and Chris who cannot be more accommodating to you during your treatment. Their standard of employees is by far top notch. I have been a customer for about 6 years and I have never been anywhere else. There is no need to go further if you are looking for an upscale salon in Southwest Florida.The colors and the decorating calm you the moment you walk through the front door..     I was on vacation in Fort Myers and saw that there were an incredibly large number of nail spas in the area. I choose the Polished Nail because of its proximity to my place, and because of its well done website. It was an excellent choice! I had the deluxe manicure and pedicure. Their customer service is top notch; the atmosphere is relaxing, fresh and welcoming; classical piano music played the entire time; it was clean and professional. It was also easy to locate. I recommend this place and will be returning should I find myself in Fort Myers in the future!

    Very ACCOMMODATING service.We walked in with 6 people ... 1 fill, 1 acrylic,4 pedicures and they were more than helpful to take all of us even though they were busy already! All the services turned out great. Love the hot stone pedicure! My daughters nails turned ou lovely! Thanks for a great day!

    Went into this place based on reviews....SO glad I did. Van convinced me to try powder polish (instead of my usual gel fill and polish.). The BEST thing ever!!! So much healthier for my nails, and no nail separation! I am thrilled. My husband came with me for his first pedicure ever. His feet were the softest I’ve felt them in over a decade!!! (Highly recommend the Euro pedi). If you’re on the fence, don’t be. Awesome place!

    I have been to many nail salons all over the country, and this one is by far the best I have ever been to. It is extremely clean and professional, and the quality of service far exceeded my expectations. The decor is beautiful and upscale, the pedicure and manicure stations are state-of-the-art and plush, and everyone is extremely friendly and accomodating. I was warmly greeted by the owner when I walked in, and asked if I wanted a complimentary beverage. I was then introduced to Vanna, who is also an owner. I have never had a nail technition as warm, friendly, and skilled as Vanna. She did a flawless job and I was so relaxed by the time I left that I just wanted to stay there all day! I will never go anywhere else again, I love this place!

    Best nail salon in Ft Myers they go above and beyond to make sure youre absolutely satisfied to the fullest! She did my toes, but it didnt match as well as it could have been. Without even me saying something. She asked if I wanted them changed, then she brought over several different colors and found the one that was perfect! They are always so pleasant and nice to talk to! Will be coming back here for a long time.

    A good friend traveling out of town told me about her wonderful experience at The Polished Nail...she got off the interstate after Googling nails while traveling on the road in Florida. She explained that they were extremely thoughtful despite the fact that she was just passing through the area. The staff bent over backwards to get her out as soon as possible not mention that it was one of the best nails services shed ever had the pleasure of receiving. Hot rocks were including with the pedi and the pink and white gels were beautifully done. The salon was extremely CLEAN, the interior very tasteful and refreshing compared to other nail salon she has visited. My friend doesnt usually post reviews but she was compelled enough by the level of service to ask me to post this for her as she was driving. She expressed that she would want someone to tell her about them and is just sad she doesnt live near by to use their services more often!!! Job Well done!!

    I LOVE, LOVE , LOVE The Polished Nails & Day Spa of Estero. The atmosphere and music is calming, the massage chairs are completely relaxing, a wide array of services is offered at very reasonable prices, and the entire staff is extremely welcoming and professional. They are perfectionists! I have been highly pleased this past year going regularly, and will not go anywhere else!

    After my previous manicurist moved from the area, I tried other salons and wasn’t impressed. A friend referred me to The Polished Nail over a year ago and I have been having regular manicure and pedicures with Vanna ever since.     I snowbird up and back to Estero, and have not had any luck with nail salons....Up UNTIL I discovered The Polished Nail. The place is very clean and everyone was pleasantly friendly. Nice music plays rather than the television, which makes it relaxing.mthe technician who took care of me was very nice and did a lovely job....unlike all of the other places I have experienced here. I highly recommend this salon.👍

    Great experience! Went for pedicure at 5:45 not realizing they close at 6 during summer months. Very pleasant, did not hurry through, took time to do a great job. Had fun conversation and happy with result. We will visit again!

My name is Tammy Nguyen and I have worked for Vanna & Chris for 3 1/2 years. We would all like to apologize to Nena for the unpleasent experience she had. I would like to say though that the review does not sound like The Polished Nails & Day Spa. We DO NOT upcharge for callus remover or use emery boards to file your calluses. Also, our jets in our pedicure stations have just recently been updated in the last month. We would also like to add that there is a competeing nail salon down the street to ours that has changed their name to Polished Nails & Spa.
